Time: 1.45hrs Aguas calientes train station to hotel is on walk of 500 meters. Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu Bus available: 24 USD return ticket. Time 20min · Helpful and Friendly Owner: A major highlight was the owner. He was exceptionally helpful, offering great advice and guiding us on our tour plans. This local insight was invaluable and made our trip much smoother. · Good Daily Breakfast: The included breakfast was tasty and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. It's also the time when tea and coffee are served, so you can get your caffeine fix before heading out. · Clean and Tidy: Daily cleaning service is provided, and our room was always kept spotless. The hotel feels very well-maintained. · Convenient Currency: As noted, USD is widely accepted in the area at the market rate, which includes settling your bill at the hotel. This makes things very easy for international travelers. Things to Note: · No In-Room Tea/Coffee: Be aware that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. 마추픽추에 가서 하룻밤을 묵을 예정이어서 호텔에 두 번 따로 예약을 했습니다. 첫 번째 예약으로 이 호텔에서 첫날을 보냈는데, 두 번째 예약 요금을 함께 지불하라는 안내를 받았습니다. 영수증은 없었지만 오해는 없을 거라고 안심시켜 주었습니다. 짐을 챙겨 리셉션에 맡기고 체크아웃 후 다시 체크인하라고 했습니다. 첫 번째 예약에서 두 번째 예약 요금을 왜 선불로 지불해야 했는지 잘 모르겠습니다(취소하고 싶었는데 취소할까 봐 걱정했던 것 같습니다). 이전 게시물에서 언급했듯이, 편의 시설이 심각하게 부족합니다. 물 공급이 부족하고, 파이프와 변기에서 물이 차는 소리가 매우 크고, 수도꼭지에서 나오는 물은 밤에는 사진과 같고, 투어 중이었던 어느 이른 아침에는 물이 졸졸졸 흘러내렸습니다. 간단히 말해서, 다시는 여기에 묵지 않을 것입니다.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

호텔에 도착해서 욕조에 마개가 없다는 것을 알았으므로 마개를 제공하도록 요청했지만 하루 후에 제공되었으며 손 씻기가 제공되지 않았습니다. 마지막 날에는 비누가 제공되지 않았습니다. 또한 호텔 직원은 페루에 도착한 기록이없는 것 같고 페루에 불법적으로 왔기 때문에 추가 $ 55.00을 지불하도록 요청했습니다. 나는 그것에 대해 논쟁해야하며 마침내 그들은 내 도착 세부 사항을 찾았습니다. 아침 식사는 환상적이며 청결도 좋습니다. 사소한 문제를 제외하고는 좋습니다. 모든 편의 시설과 가깝습니다.
