네덜란드 위트레흐트 소재 3성급 호텔

호텔이 정말 멋졌어요! 처음 들어갔을 때 정말 아름다운 레스토랑에 온 줄 알았어요. 아침 일찍 도착해서 짐을 보관할 스마트 사물함이 있어서 편리했어요. 셀프 체크인도 정말 간편했고, 직원들도 정말 친절했어요. 포드 객실은 정말 깨끗하고 조용했고, 침대는 넓고 편안했어요. 포드 안에 있는 스마트 컨트롤 색상 변경 조명도 정말 마음에 들었어요. 포드 아래 수납 공간은 정말 편리하고 안전했어요 (객실 키로 열 수 있어요). 샤워실과 화장실도 많아서 줄을 설 필요도 없었어요. 수온과 다리미도 완벽했고, 수건, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 샤워젤, 헤어드라이어도 모두 준비되어 있었어요. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었어요. 아쉽게도 음식은 먹어보지 못했지만, 다음에도 다시 와서 맛있는 음식과 음료를 맛보고 싶어요. 참고로, 위트레흐트 기차역에서 걸어서 2분 거리에 있고, 주변에 레스토랑, 카페, 상점들이 많아요.

이보다 더 중심가에 있을 순 없죠. 햄튼 호텔은 언제나 그렇듯 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다(다리미판까지!). 아침 식사는 항상 훌륭하고, 음식이 부족해지면 직원이 즉시 더 가져다주곤 했습니다. 항상 그렇듯, 모든 호텔이 다 그렇듯 이 점은 정말 만족합니다. 쇼핑센터 안에 있어서 위치도 환상적이고 매우 안전합니다.

카이위안 호텔(Kaiyuan Hotels)에서 투어를 예약했는데, 투어 일정을 원활하게 맞추기 위해 이틀을 여기서 예약했습니다. 도착해서 보니 시내에서 꽤 멀어서 하루를 취소하고 시내에서 하룻밤을 묵은 후 셋째 날 투어에 다시 합류하려고 했습니다. 갑자기 상황을 설명하니, 여자 접수원이 씨트립(Ctrip)에 확인해 보라고 하며 씨트립에서 환불을 수락하면 취소가 가능하다고 했습니다. 씨트립 측은 호텔 측에서 환불을 수락하면 괜찮다고 하며 접수원에게 전화를 받도록 했습니다. 그런데 남자 접수원이 와서 여자 접수원과 몇 마디 이야기를 나누더니 갑자기 태도를 바꿔 취소에 대해서는 아무 말도 하지 않았다고 했습니다. 여자 접수원은 죄책감이 들었던 건지 더 이상의 대화를 피했습니다. 저는 그저 운을 시험해 본 것뿐이었고 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다. 취소는 기분 좋은 놀라움이었고, 취소하지 않는 것도 이해할 만했습니다. 하지만 거짓말은 서비스 업계에서 큰 금기입니다. 씨트립 고객센터에 전화를 걸 때 자신감 넘치는 어조를 보니 마치 제가 거짓말을 하는 것처럼 들렸습니다. 암스테르담에서 시간이 부족하다면 시내 중심가에 있는 호텔을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 교외 지역은 저렴하지만, 시간과 교통비가 만만치 않습니다.

Goede locatie, goed bed. Snelle wifi. Nespresso en koelkastje op de kamer ook fijn. Kamer en badkamer waren echter niet zo groot, en de vloer in de hoeken niet schoon. Kluisje werkte niet, airco ook niet. Erg vervelend na een dag van 30+. Volgens de reveptie hoorde het zo. Ramen kondem gelukkig helemaal open. Een receptioniste sprak gebrekkig Nederlands. De prijs kwaliteit was wel in orde, daarom toch voor herhaling vatbaar.

Voor business lijkt het me een super hotel, voor ons als privestel nogal zakelijk en onpersoonlijk. Vreemd dat het ontbijt vegetarisch was en dat er niet cash kon worden betaald. Nog vreemder dat we wel schone handdoeken en prullenbakken kregen maar geen opgemaakte bedden. Na dat te hebben gedeeld met de housekeeping, kregen we voor de laatste nacht van de 5 nachten een schoon opgemaakt bed. Aangezien het ontbijt vegetarisch was, was kaas als beleg een belangrijk item. Wat ons betreft erg onaantrekkelijk aangezien de plakken er met de dag krommer en droger uit leken te zien.

가족 호텔처럼 매우 따뜻한 느낌입니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 아침 식사는 10유로로 매우 저렴하고 매우 풍부합니다. 레스토랑은 하루 종일 영업합니다. 그러나 교통이 매우 편리하지 않습니다. 도시에서 택시를 탈 수 있습니다. 도시로 돌아가거나 Dehar Castle에 가면 택시를 탈 수 없습니다. Dehar Castle에서 4km, 도보로 50분 거리에 있습니다.

This hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Net hotel met goede bedden en vriendelijke service. Prima voor een kort verblijf.

I had a very pleasant stay at NH Centre Utrecht and would recommend it, especially for short business trips or city visits. The location is the biggest advantage — right in the historic center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and key sights like the Dom Tower. Getting around the city is extremely easy, and everything you might need after work is just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. They were also happy to give directions and local tips, which made the stay more comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, with all the essentials like good Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and basic amenities. It’s worth noting that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is common for central European city hotels, but still perfectly functional for a short stay. A small downside is that you may hear some street noise depending on your room location, and the building has a more classic style rather than a modern business-hotel feel. Still, for the price and location, it offers very good value.
