Very nice, walkable distance, great staff

저는 Elaf Ajyad에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 환상적이었습니다. 매우 친절하고, 도움이 되었고, 환영해 주었습니다. 원래는 침실 2개와 욕실 2개가 있는 방을 예약했지만 대신 트리플룸을 받았습니다. 다행히도, 리셉셔니스트가 큰 어려움 없이 문제를 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방은 매우 넓어서 더욱 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 언덕에 위치해 있어 나이 많은 여행객이나 이동에 문제가 있는 사람에게는 이상적이지 않을 수 있습니다. 하지만 언덕을 오르내릴 수 있는 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 픽업할 때는 약간 기다려야 할 수도 있습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하지만, 관리 시스템이 가끔은 약간 느릴 수 있으므로 인내심을 갖거나 후속 조치를 취해야 할 수도 있습니다. 전반적으로, 제가 지불한 가격에 비해 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 나이 많은 가족 구성원 없이 여행하는 저에게는 완벽하게 맞았고, 분명히 다시 여기 머물고 싶습니다.

이 호텔은 리노베이션을 했어야 했기 때문에 침실 공간은 새것 같지만 욕실과 주방 공간은 더 오래돼 보입니다. 도로에 가까워서 밤에는 좀 시끄러워요. 동시에 두 개의 욕실 문을 열면 회로 차단기가 떨어져서 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않습니다. 이곳의 장점은 알타이바트 국제공항과 가깝다는 점입니다. 과학과 지식의 도시가 비교적 가깝고, 아침 식사도 매우 풍부해요!

Our recent two-day trip to Taif began with a stay at Platinum Park, and it set the perfect tone for the rest of our journey. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a level of hospitality that truly stood out — all thanks to Mr. Sultan at the reception. I’ve travelled extensively across multiple countries and stayed in countless hotels, from luxury chains to boutique properties, but I can confidently say this: the customer service I received here was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mr. Sultan went above and beyond in every possible way — his professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of. While the rooms themselves were decent and comfortable, it was the exceptional service that made this stay memorable. Mr. Sultan's attention to detail and genuine care didn’t just enhance our stay at the hotel — it elevated our entire trip. It’s rare to find someone who leaves such a positive impression in such a short time, but he did exactly that. If you're visiting Taif and value top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Platinum Park — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Sultan, you’re in for a truly standout experience.

The hotel appears brand new and is therefore in great decorative order. However, we booked 2 single beds and was given a double bed. The room only had 1 towel and there wasn't a kettle or any tea/kettle. Also there wasn't any WiFi available in the rooms. Furthermore I had to give a deposit on entry which I thought was a bit weird given this is a hotel where people stay for a maximum of 12 hours whilst they wait for the next flight. On the positive side the staff were very helpful and the room came with 2 bottles of complimentary water. I would stay here again if I had a long connection time as it does the job.

They have amazing but budget-friendly rooms, not to mention their accommodating service staff. kudos!

Гостиница удобно располагается от харама. 5-10 мин. на автобусе. Очень большая проблема с лифтом, они всегда заняты во время намаза. В комнате чисто, кровати удобные, душ маленький. Кондиционер очень мощный.

The Emaar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah offers a convenient location for Umrah, situated approximately 800 meters from Masjidil Haram. The surrounding area is vibrant, with a plethora of shops, food stores, and gift shops, catering to the diverse needs of visitors. During Ramadan, the hotel's road access restricted to one hour before and after prayers. The hotel itself is well-maintained, exhibiting cleanliness, and the staff are commendably friendly and helpful.

Andalus Mall과 연결되어 있습니다. 즐길 만한 좋은 장소입니다. Eid Adha 때 이틀 동안 거기에 있었습니다. 호텔 근처에 기도할 수 있는 작고 아름다운 모스크가 있습니다. 호텔 바로 맞은편에 병원과 약국이 있습니다.

Before leaving Turkey, I almost changed my mind after reading the negative reviews about this hotel. However, given its proximity to the Kaaba and the fact that my mother was traveling with me, I thought, *“At least let me see it for myself—if I don’t like it, I can always switch to another hotel.”* To my delight, all my preconceptions were shattered from the very first moment! The staff is extremely courteous and attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the food is delicious. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Kaaba and right next to the bazaar—no need for transportation. I was particularly impressed by the genuine care and problem-solving efforts of the reception staff. Now, I’m starting to think those who wrote negative reviews might have had some ulterior motives. ————— Türkiye’den yola çıkmadan önce bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorumları okuyunca neredeyse vazgeçiyordum. Ancak Kabe’ye yakınlığı ve annemin de benimle olması nedeniyle ”En azından bir göreyim, beğenmezsem başka bir otele geçeriz” diye düşündüm. Ne mutlu ki oteldeki ilk andan itibaren tüm önyargılarım kırıldı! Personel son derece saygılı ve ilgili, odalar tertemiz, yemekler ise lezzetli. Ayrıca otel, Kabe’ye yürüme mesafesinde ve çarşının tam dibinde; araç kullanmaya gerek kalmıyor. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının samimi ilgisi ve sorun çözme konusundaki gayreti beni çok etkiledi. Artık bu otelle ilgili olumsuz yorum yazanların biraz art niyetli olabileceğini düşünüyorum.
