Okay na sya for solo travelers like me who just want a place to stay. Also it is located at the center of Ormoc

호텔 자체는 좋고 깔끔했어요. 새 호텔인 게 분명했어요. 하지만 화장실은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 타일이 미끄러워서 위험했어요. 샤워 공간과 변기, 세면대가 분리되어 있지 않아서 샤워할 때 화장실 전체가 젖었어요. 수도꼭지 손잡이가 헐거웠는데 (이건 저희 잘못은 아니지만요), 세면대 위 유리 받침대가 자꾸 떨어질 것 같아서 혹시나 떨어질까 봐 걱정됐어요 (이것도 저희 잘못은 아니지만요). 전등 스위치 커버가 거꾸로 되어 있었는데, 급하게 설치하신 건 아닌가 싶어요. 방 안의 수납장도 부서져 있었는데 (이것도 저희 잘못은 아니지만요). • 칫솔과 치약은 제공되지 않습니다. • 수건은 제공됩니다. • 프런트 데스크 직원분들, 특히 경비원 아저씨는 친절했어요. • 샴푸, 바디워시 등은 작은 용기에 담겨 있어요. • 방 안에 메뉴판이 있어서 음식을 주문할 수도 있어요. • 정수기는 2층 로비처럼 보이는 곳에 있고, 온수와 냉수가 모두 나와요. • 넷플릭스 있음 • 공항 근처 전반적으로 별점 4/5점을 주겠습니다. 숙박은 괜찮았지만 화장실이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 참고로 저희는 10호실에 묵었습니다.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

현대적이고 조용한 객실은 개별 냉난방 시스템과 티 하나 없는 욕실을 갖추고 있으며, 서비스도 친절했습니다. 6층 야외 공간에서는 아름다운 오션뷰를 즐길 수 있습니다. 주차는 옆 쇼핑몰과 공간을 공유해서 어려울 수 있습니다. 위치는 타클로반 시내까지 차로 약 10~15분 거리입니다.

이 호텔에서의 숙박은 실망을 넘어섰습니다. 화장실 수도꼭지가 작동하지 않고 변기가 플러시되지 않고 비데가 쓸모가 없었습니다. 기본적인 필수품은 완전히 무시되었습니다. 더 나쁜 것은 전체 장소에서 끔찍한 냄새가 나서 편안함을 느낄 수 없었습니다. 여기에서 유지 보수가 우선 순위가 아니라는 것이 분명합니다. 위생과 기능의 부족을 보상할 수 있는 장식은 없습니다. 나는 체크 아웃하기를 기다릴 수 없었고 누구에게도이 장소를 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 문제를 해결하고 다른 곳에서 예약하십시오!

좋은 호텔, 저렴하고 좋은 직원 및 편리한 위치. 이 작은 마을 최고의 호텔. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 호텔 1층에 있는 멋진 레스토랑. 객실, 좋은 음식과 서비스가 포함된 무료 아침 식사. 좋은 방, (침대, 책상, TV) 누락 된 유일한 것은 작은 냉장고였습니다. 모든 편의 시설과 좋은 온수가있는 좋은 욕실. 지하철 상점 옆의 시내 중심에 위치하고 있으며 도보로 가까운 거리에 먹을 곳이 많습니다. 다시 기꺼이 거기에 머물 것입니다.

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.
