Kasi nga po yung package na kinuha ko is may kasamang free food so, din ba na mababawasan yung amount dun sa package na bino-book ko?? 🤔🤔 Kanina kasi kinuha ko yung 무료 식사 ko와 8:40am ata yun nung pumunta ako sa 프론트 데스크 para kunin ko yung meal ko, nag antay ako tapos ayun umabot yung Oras ng 10am yung Pag aantay ko hehe 🤦 yung naka lagay sa 카탈로그가 10 분 전에 다팟과 야나 yung 음식 힌디어? 무료라고 생각합니까?! Good location and quiet place…Staff are very friendly

가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 룸서비스 음식은 저렴했고, 할인된 가격으로 제공되는 객실 마사지도 훌륭했습니다. 시설에 문제가 좀 있었지만 고객센터에 문의하니 바로 다른 방으로 옮겨주었습니다. 숙박 측면에서는 가격 대비 만족합니다.

새로 지은 곳이라 전반적으로 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 단점은 방에 냉장고가 없다는 점, 창문의 암막 스크린이 너무 비친다는 점, 그리고 큰길가에 있어서 소음이 좀 신경 쓰였다는 점입니다.

Good for it's price, you can't complain about it. But if you r planning to stay shorter it might be cheaper to book at front

재가 예약 디럭스 방 없어서 투베드방 사용했고 1층 식당이 있으나 아직 영업하지 않는듯 했습니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절해보였습니다. 착오가 있어서 하루 일찍 체크아웃 하라고 하더라고요. 실수니까 이해 합니다 여권도 직접 챙겨주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 지리적으로 한인타운은 멀었지만 아주 조용해서 너무 좋았습니다

우리 첫 번째 방은 배관 문제로 인해 냄새가 너무 심했습니다. 이 문제 때문에 다른 방으로 옮겨야 했습니다. 욕실은 괜찮 았지만 샤워 공간에 반쯤 폐쇄되었습니다. 물은 화장실과 세면대 공간에 쏟아지는 경향이 있습니다. 호텔은 새 것처럼 보이지만 욕실의 문 손잡이가 계속 떨어지고 있습니다. 다락방으로 가는 계단이 너무 가파르기 때문에 계단을 오르내리는 것이 꽤 어려웠습니다. 특히 수하물이 있는 경우 더욱 그렇습니다. 레스토랑의 음식은 너무 좋았습니다. 다른 레스토랑을 시도해 볼 수 있습니다. 직원 서비스와 청결도는 100%!! 완전히 환영하고 수용합니다. 직원에게 손을 뻗습니다.

The location is excellent. Less than 1km to Plaza Mayor de Balanga. Close to cafes, food park, night market, and other fast food chains. You can ride a tricycle as soon as you get out of the vicinity. They're quick to respond with calls and online inquiries. The facilities and essentials supplied are almost like those you'd expect in a hotel. The shared bathroom is not a downside as I expected initially. They are actually well-maintained and comfortable to use. The front desk almost has everything you might need in any situation: medicine, alcoholic drinks, games, trash bags, paper cups, etc. There's a water dispenser, too, to fill up water containers. The free breakfast is very much appreciated. It was already prepared as early as 6:30 AM, and you can choose to take them out. The food is nice, too. Well recommended for solo travelers or friends who are staying for a few days in Bataan.

2nd time here. We checked in on Sunday, April 27, almost 2pm. Around 1:50ish. I went to the front desk. But the two women there didn’t attend to me right away because they were busy with something. That took around probably 3-5 minutes. Then a guy outside the front desk area asked me if I was checking in. I said yes, (obviously) that’s why I was there. He told me to just wait and that they’d call me.  We had a lot of stuff with us since we came all the way from Taguig and DRT. My partner told me to mention that we already had a reservation. So after a few minutes, I approached again. The girl said, “Ay, meron na po pala kayong reservation, ma’am,” and then she took my name. Shouldn’t she have asked me that from the start? Instead of just assuming I was a walk-in and ignoring me at first. It felt like I was the one who should be shy to talk to them because they seemed so busy.  Anyway, fast forward, the key card was sorted and we were heading up. But here’s the worst part: From the elevator all the way to the hallway on the 3rd floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong and nauseating. 😣  The room itself was fine. Premium room. Had a TV, the aircon was okay, and there were toiletries. I just wish the front desk staff would be more proactive in asking guests, and I really hope they can make the elevator smell better, no cigarette odor, because it’s really dizzying, especially for nonsmokers. It felt awful.
