Overall, I would say the stay was not bad, but there were some issues with communication. I was woken up in the middle of the night by other guests and I’m not sure why there was no control over the noise, but this was quite disruptive. Another issue was the breakfast arrangement. Our package included breakfast (not we chose to have breakfast), but we were not given any reminder or clear information that the breakfast venue was located somewhere else. We only realised before checking out that we had missed breakfast for several days. We then had to discuss the matter with the staff, who agreed to provide breakfast for two days, although we had missed it for three days. The boy at the front desk was extremely helpful but not the lady. Only after we raised the issue were we asked to sign a check-in form stating that breakfast was included. I’m not sure if other guests experienced the same situation, but we felt that the communication and coordination could definitely have been better.

밤에 도착했을때 워치가 이곳이 맞아?라는 생각이 들게해요 ㅎ 하지만 체크인후 그곳에대해 파악이되니 걱정은 안됩니다. 근처에 큰마트가 있어 카드결제도 쉽고 좋습니다. 리셉션들이 모두 착하고 친절한 곳입니다. 조식까지 완벽함.

Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

프라이빗룸에 묵었어요 방도 너무 깨끗하고 에어컨도 잘되어서 좋았어요 지하 1층 주방도 깔끔하고 화장실이나 샤워룸도 깔끔하고 좋아서 공용 화장실,욕실 사용에 불편함이 전혀 없었어요 숙소 바로 옆 24시 마트가 있고( 카드가능 ) 걸어서 10분정도 나가면 대형 마트도 있어요 한달살기 하는 여행자들에게 최고의 숙소같다는 생각을 했습니다 나중에 또 여행하게 된다면 무조건 여기로 올겁니다

Amazing place， reception can speak English， near food shop

I recently stayed at (Hotel flagman it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future

Everything was clean, the air conditioning was good, free laundry, the only thing I disliked was that most of the time the WiFi wouldn’t come through in the bedrooms.

위치가 매우 좋고 깨끗하고 매우 좋았습니다. 입장은 알기 어렵지만, 다른 사람의 입소문으로 번호를 알고 들어갔다. 침대는 넓고, 다른 사람이 움직이도 흔들리지 않는 것이 도움이되었습니다. 또한, 자주 샤워에 청소가 들어있는 것 같습니다. 이것이 가장 기뻤다. 직원도 친절합니다. 그러나 다른 손님이 시끄럽고 (호텔은 나쁘지 않습니다) 특히 열쇠가 없기 때문에 보안 측면에서 어떻게되고 있습니까? 약간 불안합니다.

It was okay. I booked female only room however Men and women have to share restroom areas and showering areas so it doesnt feel uncomfortable. Service was friendly
