이전에 예약했던 호텔에 문제가 생겨서 급하게 시내 호텔을 예약해야 했습니다. 씨트립 포인트 덕분에 괜찮은 가격에 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었어요. 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 걸어갈 수 있는 거리이고, 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 침대도 편안했어요. 전기 주전자도 제공되었는데, 뜨거운 물과 티백이 있어서 좋았습니다. 욕실 디자인이 조금 특이하긴 했지만, 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 체크아웃 후에는 짐을 보관할 수 있습니다. 공항까지 택시로 15분 정도 걸리고 요금은 약 22유로입니다.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

I can’t recommend Invisa Es Pla enough for anyone visiting San Antonio, Ibiza! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Egg Roundabout and literally a stone’s throw away from Lidl, which is ideal for grabbing pre-drinks and snacks for the room. The rooms have recently been refurbished and you can tell, everything feels fresh, modern, and well thought out. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Ibiza heat), and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Spotlessly clean throughout, both in the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, but the real standout was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. A full English is available, along with freshly cooked fried eggs, pancakes made right in front of you, omelettes to order, crispy churros, a wide variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, and meats. To top it off, they offer a great selection of fruit juices, hot drinks and water, all fresh and replenished constantly. The pool setup was also excellent. There are two pools: one quiet pool for relaxing and unwinding, and another livelier one with a DJ and a great atmosphere. The pool bar made grabbing drinks super convenient, whether you’re chilling or getting the day started with a cocktail. All in all, Invisa Es Pla strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. Clean, comfortable, and well-located, it’s the ideal base for your Ibiza holiday.

(이름이 잘못 철자되었다면 미리 사과드립니다!) 특히 이 휴가를 우리에게 절실히 필요했던 멋진 경험으로 만들어준 마르타, 엘리스, 에이드리안, 크리스티안, 헨리, 폴라, 페드로, 전체 청소 직원, 그리고 그곳에서 만난 모든 사람에게 감사드리고 싶습니다. 아들 휴고는 만나는 모든 사람에게 따뜻하게 안겨주고 보살펴 주었으며, 호텔 어디를 가든 온전히 받아들여지고 사랑을 듬뿍 받았습니다. 호텔 이야기가 나와서 말인데, 저희는 비수기에 묵었는데, 정말 강력 추천합니다. 아름다운 위치, 따스한 햇살, 아름다운 바다 전망을 자랑하는 밝고 넓은 객실, 수영장(물론 추웠지만... 남편과 아들은 별로 신경 쓰지 않았지만요!), 스파, 그리고 바다가 내려다보이는 레스토랑까지, 모든 게 완벽했습니다. 엘바 선셋을 마법 같은 장소로 만들어 준 모든 분들께 100점 만점에 100점을 드립니다. 진심으로 사랑합니다 xx
