방은 넓었고, 곡선형의 반쯤 개방된 구조였습니다. 공간은 실제로 꽤 괜찮았는데, 사진에서는 좀 특이하게 나왔네요. HM 호텔은 일반적으로 품질이 매우 좋습니다. 접혀 있는 객실 키와 안내 편지도 꽤 인상적이었습니다. 호텔 로비도 환상적이었고, 향기도 좋았습니다. 프런트 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 정중했습니다.

조용한 숙소를 원한다면 최고의 선택입니다~ 하루 한가지 정도의 스케줄만하고 느긋히 쉬는 휴가라면 너무 좋은 숙소입니다.

Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

와우, 어디서부터 시작해야 할지. 남편과 저는 반대편 지구로 이사한 후 3살 된 아이를 마요르카로 데려왔습니다. 1년 만에 처음으로 바쁜 일상에서 벗어난 휴식이었고, 크리스마스 이후 일주일 동안 마요르카를 방문하기 위해 우리 도시에서 직항편이 있어서 끌렸습니다. 섬에 머물 곳을 조금 조사한 후 엘바 선셋을 찾았습니다. 먼저, 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 엘바의 모든 직원에게 헤아릴 수 없는 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 이 시설의 직원들이 얼마나 편안하고 즐겁고 친절하고 사려 깊고 관대할 수 있는지 상상할 수 없었습니다. 진심입니다. 그들은 모두 정말, 정말 놀랍습니다. (이름이 잘못 철자되었다면 미리 사과드립니다!) 특히 이 휴가를 우리에게 절실히 필요했던 멋진 경험으로 만들어준 마르타, 엘리스, 에이드리안, 크리스티안, 헨리, 폴라, 페드로, 전체 청소 직원, 그리고 그곳에서 만난 모든 사람에게 감사드리고 싶습니다. 아들 휴고는 만나는 모든 사람에게 따뜻하게 안겨주고 보살펴 주었으며, 호텔 어디를 가든 온전히 받아들여지고 사랑을 듬뿍 받았습니다. 호텔 이야기가 나와서 말인데, 저희는 비수기에 묵었는데, 정말 강력 추천합니다. 아름다운 위치, 따스한 햇살, 아름다운 바다 전망을 자랑하는 밝고 넓은 객실, 수영장(물론 추웠지만... 남편과 아들은 별로 신경 쓰지 않았지만요!), 스파, 그리고 바다가 내려다보이는 레스토랑까지, 모든 게 완벽했습니다. 엘바 선셋을 마법 같은 장소로 만들어 준 모든 분들께 100점 만점에 100점을 드립니다. 진심으로 사랑합니다 xx

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de
