좋은 가치, 위치는 체인 호텔보다 낫습니다. 근처의 피자 하우스 CONA는 훌륭한 음식과 좋은 서비스입니다. 렌디의 시골 지역에서 제공되는 피자는 유럽의 전문 수준입니다. 홍콩의 값 비싼 레스토랑에 물어보고 싶습니다. 양심도 없습니다.

오부시 시내를 산책하는 것도 최고의 위치였습니다.
주인, 직원, 요리사도 매우 따뜻하고 친절한 사람 々이었습니다. 또 오부시에 가고 싶고, 그 때 이 여관에 또 묵고 싶습니다^ ^

The reception with the short hair is very kind. The room is spacious but the AC does not work well. I would return because of the wonderful service from the receptionist and the cleaners, who were also very hospitable.

기차역을 오가는 택시 요금은 여행당 900엔으로 비싸지 않습니다.
나는 호타카 신사를 방문하여 역에서 호텔까지 걸어가고 수로를 따라 계속 걸어보려고 노력했습니다.
구글맵을 열어 길을 잃지 않고 함께 탐색하면 즐거운 경로입니다.
호텔 자체는 새롭지 않습니다. 그러나 깨끗하고 이상한 트윈 룸에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
하지만 개인적으로 저는 이걸 아주 좋아합니다. 상호 사생활이 있기 때문입니다.
모든 방의 창문은 일본 알프스를 내려다보고 있습니다.
아침 식사가 설정되었습니다. 일본식 또는 서양식을 선택하십시오.
배치도 맛있고 맛도 좋습니다.
호텔 옆에는 핫토모토라는 테이크아웃 식품점이 있어 맛있고 가성비가 좋습니다.
또는 반대편으로 걸어가면 슈퍼 마켓인 무지와 맥도널드가 있는 커뮤니티 몰이 있습니다.
여성과 남성 모두 사랑스럽고 친절하며 영어로 의사 소통합니다.

酒店會在夜晚鎖門全個大堂都會熄晒燈同埋冇人

住過日本好多溫泉旅館
呢間真係最早關。
第二朝我浸溫泉嘅時候
有一個外籍男士走咗入女湯
幸好我都仲着住上身衫，下身着住內褲
佢入到嚟見到我都好驚訝
佢即刻行返出去，係門外不停道歉
之後我好冷靜咁同佢講話朝頭早係會男女湯轉左
佢話佢唔知道職員冇同佢講
咁我都親身經歷職員嘅英文係非常非常有限
依間酒店嘅周圍係乜都冇，
你需要揸車先至會去到最近嘅便利店

窓から見える新緑が美しかったです。スタッフの方々もとても感じが良かったです。温泉のお湯はとても熱かったので長湯はできませんでした。車がないと現地まで行くのは難しいです。

RRgkobashiLet me start with the good parts:
- The location is convenient, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and rental shops nearby. They also work with Hakuba Lion Adventure, so we got some great discounts for rentals.
- The room was very clean and well-equipped, they also have a dry room for snow gears.
- Breakfast was freshly made every morning, with a nice variety and really delicious food.
However, our experience was tainted by communication issues with the owner. Upon arrival, he realized we had come by car and immediately scolded us for not informing him in advance. He claimed to have messaged us about it, but we later discovered he was talking about *********** while we had booked via Trip.com. Since no parking was reserved for us, we had to use a nearby rental space for 1,000 yen per night. We accepted this, understanding that parking is limited during snow season.
Until the third night, our car got stuck in the snow, so we went to ask for help. Instead of assisting us, the owner started blaming us again, saying he had already sent us a message telling us not to drive because of the heavy snow. But we were very confused because we double checked all our booking platform messages and emails there was NO such message at all. So before we checked out, we brought this up again and the owner just said, “Well, that’s not my fault, and I don't recommend booking platforms such as Agoda, Trip.com or *******”.
This place is quite a disappointment. The location itself is great, and the breakfasts were amazing, but the owner’s attitude completely ruined the experience.
To make things even more frustrating, the owners speak Mandarin (as does one of us) and a bit of English, yet the owner insisted on speaking Japanese, fully aware that we didn’t understand it. It almost seemed like he was pretending to be Japanese.
If you’re expecting authentic Japanese hospitality, this is not the place. I genuinely liked the place and even considered staying for a week to work remotely, but the owner’s behavior made that impossible.
Who wants to be scolded multiple times during a vacation?

리리뷰어마쓰모토역에서 도보 10분 이내 거리에 위치해 있지만 조용한 곳에서 이동이 어려움을 느끼지 않습니다. 렌트카 회사도 가깝고 자전거 서비스도 있어서 추천합니다. 외국과 일본인 직원에 의해 안심하고 숙박 할 수있었습니다. 자전거를 빌릴 때, 눈길을 걱정하고 헬멧을 빌려 주셨습니다. 무료 커피 서비스는 돌아온 후 차가운 몸을 따뜻하게합니다. 트윈 룸은 입구는 작지만 방은 잠을 충분히 넓습니다. 단, 콘센트 수가 적고 전원 탭이 있으면 좋습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 장소가 좁고 매일 같은 메뉴이지만 기다리지 않고 먹을 수 없을 정도로 일체가 있기 때문에 매우 감사합니다. 마츠모토에 갈 때, 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

리리뷰어The staff really went above and beyond to make two ignorant Canadian tourists feel extremely welcome at a traditional Japanese Ryuken. Though there was a small language barrier, we never felt that we could not communicate our needs. The hot and cold onsen was very refreshing after walking post towns along the Nakasendo Way. The river next to the hotel made for a relaxing experience and deep sleep. Somehow, I missed the option when booking to select the dinner option, there is really no other food options in the area, and the clerk (owner) said he would put a 'simple meal' together for us for a small charge which we found acceptable. The kaiseki that followed was some of the best and most authentic Japanese food we experienced in our two weeks in Japan. The woman serving us was an absolute gem and the cat that ran the establishment was adorable. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice sitting area with a view of the river.
Only points of contention would be that that it's a little out of the way if you don't have a car, but is conveniently accessable by bus with ~10 minute walk. The facilities are a little dated, the onsen is discoloured, but I assume that is from the natural minerals. There was a stale smell (smoke) in the rooms which is a bit off-putting to non-smokers. It would appear smoking is allowed in the facility which might be a plus to some.

WWuyayizhi유다나카 역에서 호텔 픽업 및 드롭오프 서비스는 첫인상이 매우 좋았습니다. 시설은 약간 오래되었지만 서비스는 매우 따뜻하고 방은 매우 크고 개인 온천이 있습니다. 매일 아침 호텔에서 무료로 손님을 스노우 몽키 파크로 데려다줍니다. 하지만 제가 마주친 서비스에 작은 결함이 있었습니다. 체크인을 했을 때, 호텔에서 Snow Monkey Park에서 돌아오는 시간이 정오라고 알려주었는데, 이는 나가노로 돌아가는 12시 30분 버스를 타기에 딱 맞는 시간이었습니다. 하지만 사실 돌아오는 시간은 다음 날 12시 30분이 되었습니다. 저는 나가노로 돌아가는 다음 버스만 탈 수 있었습니다. 버스가 적어서 한 시간 반 정도 늦었습니다.

IInstandyFukashiso could be one of the loveliest accommodation that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very polite, attentive and extremely helpful and courteous. The place itself is so beautiful and quaint. Traditional garments are provided as an option if you want to dress up for dinner. Made for great photo ops! The Kaiseki was the most beautiful equivalent of a degustation I’ve tried, and it was served in a lovely separate intimate dining area. During dinner Nobu-San a fourth generation family member of the owners greeted us which was a lovely touch. Soba was freshly made at the accomodation. We stayed two nights and the Kaiseki menu was different each time. Breakfast was a nice assortment of Japanese and Western options and the coffee machine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the onsens, there are two public ones that switch locations for men and women and a private one. They were well equipped and relaxing. Our room was on Level 1 with a private bathroom, seating area and little garden view. Overall this place is highly recommended. For a traditional ryokan experience, it was so nice. Even after we checked out, the receptionist gave us a little gift, and even walked us outside to where our car was parked. Such a warm and lovely place. Stay here for sure!

My stay in Meiji Onsen Ryokan was my first stay at a ryokan, and I’ve never felt more welcome at any other hospitality place I’ve been to before, of which there are many. And even after the first day, I am pretty sure it will probably stay this way forever.
I am very grateful for your kind welcome and I am amazed at the work that the team of your hotel does at this place. Everything feels natural and beautiful, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and special.
People who work here are passionate about their job, and as a passionate person myself I feel energized and happy to see others be so amused about what they do.
I will always remember my first stay here and I will compare other ryokans I go to with Meiji Onsen Ryokan, because I feel that it’s the best ryokan in Japan.

리리뷰어我在給民宿寫評價時很少吐槽別人，因為覺得服務行業不容易，能説好話儘量説好話，但是這次不得不吐槽一下這一家！我們來過湯田中4次，住過8個不同的民宿，前面3次，店家都提供接站/送站/去snow monkey park的服務，因此這一次就沒有提前確認，沒想到部分店家是不提供這項服務的（很少），天川莊就是其中之一！ 到達湯田中車站後，我給老闆打電話，費了半天的勁（老闆英文不好，溝通比較吃力），他開着車來接我們了，一切順利。走的那天早晨，大雪紛飛， 我們請求老闆送我們去車站，被他斷然拒絕了，説他們不提供送站服務（付出租車的費用也不行），而且也不幫我們叫出租車（電話很難打通，而且講日語），後來碰到澳洲客人一家四口， 她們提前一天要求送站，也被拒絕（她們説老闆居然來車站接我們，不可思議），後來託日本朋友預約到一輛出租車，她們也覺得老闆很mean！ 最後我們衹能拎着行李箱（地面都是雪，拉不動），走了8分鐘，來到公交車站，在大雪裡等了25分鐘（巴士晚點20分鐘），在電鐵開車前的最後一分鐘，沖進了車廂，整個過程刺激又心酸！ 希望大家能夠避雷，或者至少提前問清楚接站/送站服務，大部分民宿都沒有這個問題，但一旦你碰上了就會非常麻煩！

공공 시설에는 목욕탕이 있습니다 (남녀의 목욕 시간은 다릅니다) ／ 샤워 실 ／ 세탁기 ／ 로비에 만화 공간이 있습니다.
국보 마츠모토성과 매우 가까우며 자전거를 무료로 대여할 수 있어 정말 편리하고 친밀한 호텔입니다!

MMidlifeMilesWonderful Stay at Garden Pension Obogurgl
We had an excellent experience at Garden Pension Obogurgl. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Hakuba Goryu lifts, which made getting on the mountain super easy every day. The pension itself is cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a lovely garden that adds to the charm.
Our room was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for ski gear, and the communal areas had a relaxed, homely vibe. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local tips and transport advice.
We especially enjoyed being able to walk everywhere—whether it was to the nearby convenience stores, local restaurants, or just strolling among the beautiful pine trees. The large cherry blossom tree out the front added a special touch to the peaceful surroundings. If you're after a quiet, scenic, and welcoming place to stay in Hakuba Goryu, Garden Pension Obogurgl is a fantastic choice.
