The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

위치가 정말 최고였어요. 지하철역이 바로 옆에 있고, 아래층에 카레집이 있는 것도 큰 장점이었어요. 주변에 상점과 식당도 많았고요. 집 자체도 정말 훌륭했어요. 침대도 편안하고 조용해서 일본 가정집 체험을 하기에 완벽한 곳이었어요. 이터널, 정말 감사합니다! 다음 일본 여행 때 꼭 다시 방문할게요.

숙소의 스탭 분들의 대응인가 따뜻하고, 또한 절도가 있어, 매우 기분 좋게 보냈습니다. 금연 가능한 방이 많은 가운데, 흡연자인 동반자는 매우 기뻐하고 있었습니다. 게다가 방에 남는 냄새의 대응도 제대로되어있어 기분 좋게 보낼 수 있다고 생각합니다. 중요한 온천이지만 원천의 힘을받을 수 있습니다. 대만족의 온천입니다! 또한 들어가고 싶습니다 ♪

쿠샤로 호수 근처에 있는 이 숙소는 마치 친척집에 머무는 듯한 느낌이었어요. 따뜻한 분위기의 세미 호스텔이었죠. 욕실은 공용이고 방음이 완벽하진 않아서 옆방 소리가 조금 들리긴 했지만, 전혀 문제될 건 없었어요. 편안하고 친근한 분위기 덕분에 그 정도는 감수할 만했죠. 가장 좋았던 건 바로 고양이 세 마리였어요! 정말 장난기도 많고 애정도 넘쳤어요. 한 마리는 쓰다듬어 달라고 제 방까지 따라오기도 했답니다. 너무 귀엽고 전혀 귀찮게 굴지 않아서 오히려 따뜻하고 편안한 기분을 느낄 수 있었어요. 게다가 온천탕에서 푹 쉬기도 했어요. 완전히 독립된 공간은 아니었지만, 정말 몸과 마음이 편안해지는 시간이었죠.

I highly recommend this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is clean, and the owners are truly kind-hearted ❤️❤️. On my arrival yesterday morning, I stored my luggage there first. When I asked about the bus to the hot spring street, since it would take too long, the owner kindly drove me there himself. This morning, in my rush to catch the bus to the next city, I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten my iPad. The owner actually chased down the bus and returned it to me. I’m just so grateful!!! 이 호텔은 정말로 추천입니다!분위기는 매우 따뜻하고, 청결하고, 오너는 정말로 친절합니다❤️❤️. 자차로 온천가까지 보내 주셨습니다.오늘 아침, 다음의 도시에 향하기 위해서 서둘러 버스에 탔을 때, iPad를 잊어 버린 것을 눈치채지 않았습니다만, 오너가 버스를 쫓아, 일부러 전달해 주었습니다!

櫃檯人員非常的客氣，可以提早寄放心喔，房間也非常乾淨，這個家庭很可以，除了離今天有點遠，其他沒什麼問題，附近也有超市

A very affordable lodge to book if you intend to snowboard/ski for long! Although location is slightly far from hirafu and other mountains, they offer bus services there. Also there is free shuttle buses back from the mountains which stops opposite the lodge!

체크인 과정이 좀 번거로웠어요. 컴퓨터로 영상 통화를 하면서 직원과 통화해야 했는데, 그 직원이 영어를 좀 어눌하게 해서 무슨 말인지 잘 못 알아들었습니다. 다행히 체크인은 성공적으로 마쳤지만요. 같이 숙박하는 사람들은 다들 예의 바르고 조용했습니다. 일회용 슬리퍼는 제공되지 않으니 직접 챙겨가셔야 합니다. 정말 황당했던 건 밤 11시에서 12시 이후에는 온수가 안 나와서 샤워를 할 수 없었다는 점이에요. 그리고 엘리베이터가 없다는 점도 주의해야 합니다. 2층이나 3층에 묵으신다면 짐을 들고 계단을 올라가야 합니다. 하지만 삿포로역 근처라 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 신치토세 공항에서 바로 올 수 있고, 지하철 환승도 필요 없어요. 다만 겨울에 오신다면 지상으로 이동할 때 눈이 많아서 짐 끌기가 힘들 수 있습니다.

관광 시즌 한가운데에 있는 예문 섬에서는 어떤 숙박 시설도 숙박 요금이 상당히 높아졌지만 그 중에서도 비교적 합리적인 가격으로 묵을 수 있었습니다. 호텔 자체는 그리 크지 않지만, 건물의 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 갖추어져있어 편안하게 보낼 수 있습니다. 서비스 커피나 전자레인지도 제대로 준비되어 있어서 불편을 느끼지 못했습니다. 화장실과 욕실은 공용이지만 청소가 잘 되어 있어 쾌적하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 대욕탕이 있지만, 약간 컴팩트한 구조로, 여유롭게 온천을 즐기고 싶은 분들은 근처에 있는 온천 시설을 이용하는 것도 추천합니다. 전반적으로 고급스러움을 요구하는 숙소는 아니지만 청결감이 있고 필요한 시설도 갖춰져 있어서 예문섬에서 숙박비를 억제하면서 편안하게 머물고 싶은 분들에게 충분히 만족스러운 숙소입니다라고 느꼈습니다. 관광의 거점으로 사용하기에는 매우 편리한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

아담하고 예쁜 코티지 스타일 빌라였습니다. 공용 공간도 정말 아늑했어요. 조식은 직접 만든 듯한 가정식 스타일로 푸짐하게 나왔고, 멜론까지 있었네요. 방은 2인실인데도 충분히 넓었고, 소파 공간도 따로 있어서 편안하고 여유로운 하루를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음번에는 눈 내리는 겨울에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!
