Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

위치가 정말 최고였어요. 지하철역이 바로 옆에 있고, 아래층에 카레집이 있는 것도 큰 장점이었어요. 주변에 상점과 식당도 많았고요. 집 자체도 정말 훌륭했어요. 침대도 편안하고 조용해서 일본 가정집 체험을 하기에 완벽한 곳이었어요. 이터널, 정말 감사합니다! 다음 일본 여행 때 꼭 다시 방문할게요.

숙소의 스탭 분들의 대응인가 따뜻하고, 또한 절도가 있어, 매우 기분 좋게 보냈습니다. 금연 가능한 방이 많은 가운데, 흡연자인 동반자는 매우 기뻐하고 있었습니다. 게다가 방에 남는 냄새의 대응도 제대로되어있어 기분 좋게 보낼 수 있다고 생각합니다. 중요한 온천이지만 원천의 힘을받을 수 있습니다. 대만족의 온천입니다! 또한 들어가고 싶습니다 ♪

The house design is beautiful, but the location is a bit far unless you have a car. The guesthouse serves food, and you can mingle with other guests. You can also play with the cats, though be careful with the three-legged one. The room is clean and comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is clean, and the owners are truly kind-hearted ❤️❤️. On my arrival yesterday morning, I stored my luggage there first. When I asked about the bus to the hot spring street, since it would take too long, the owner kindly drove me there himself. This morning, in my rush to catch the bus to the next city, I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten my iPad. The owner actually chased down the bus and returned it to me. I’m just so grateful!!! 이 호텔은 정말로 추천입니다!분위기는 매우 따뜻하고, 청결하고, 오너는 정말로 친절합니다❤️❤️. 자차로 온천가까지 보내 주셨습니다.오늘 아침, 다음의 도시에 향하기 위해서 서둘러 버스에 탔을 때, iPad를 잊어 버린 것을 눈치채지 않았습니다만, 오너가 버스를 쫓아, 일부러 전달해 주었습니다!

櫃檯人員非常的客氣，可以提早寄放心喔，房間也非常乾淨，這個家庭很可以，除了離今天有點遠，其他沒什麼問題，附近也有超市

A very affordable lodge to book if you intend to snowboard/ski for long! Although location is slightly far from hirafu and other mountains, they offer bus services there. Also there is free shuttle buses back from the mountains which stops opposite the lodge!

비수기에 항공권이 싸서 7일 여행을 하러갔어요. 평소에 숙소 욕심도 없고 잠귀도 어둡고 어디서든 잘 자는 편이라 제일 가격이 저렴한 텐투텐을 예약하게 되었어요. JR 삿포로역에 내려서 맥도날드쪽으로 쭉 직진만 하면 숙소가 나와서 골목에 있지만 찾기는 쉬웠어요 캐리어 끌고 갈땐 조금 멀게 느껴졌는데 짐이 없을땐 위치가 나쁘지 않다는 생각이 들었어요. 숙소 시설은 기대를 안해서 그런지 너무 만족 했어요 샤워실 화장실 세면대 침실 깨끗했고 화장실은 1층에 2개도 같이 쓸수있어서 화장실 문제는 전혀 없었어요. 기본적으로 바디워시 샴푸 린스 치약 칫솔 클렌징&핸드 폼 큰타월이 지급되는것도 좋았어요 침실은 생각보다 넓었고 매트리스가 집 매트리스만큼 좋진 않았지만 잘 잤어요 불편했던 점은 캐리어 캐비닛이 작아서 제 캐리어가 들어가질 않아서 그냥 바닥에 세워놓고 필요할때마다 그자리에 눕혀서 필요한걸 꺼냈어요 캐리어 펼칠 공간이 좁은건 아쉬웠어요 그리고 아쉬웠던건 공간 분리가 나무로 되어있어서 방음이 안된다는 점이라 소리내는게 조심스러웠어요 묵으실분들은 소음귀마개 수면안대 챙겨가시는게 좋을거같아요 편의점도 5분거리에 있고 1층 공용공간에서 밤마다 외국친구들과 술도 마시며 얘기도 나누고 총평점 5점만점에 4.5점 되는것같아요 저는 또 묵을것같아요!

What truly stands out is the warm hospitality of the staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Considering the high accommodation prices often found on Rebun Island, this ryokan offers outstanding value for money. As a bonus, you may even spot seagulls gathering on the rooftop in the morning, creating a charming and memorable island atmosphere. Overall, an easy 5-star stay for anyone looking for affordable, comfortable, and authentic accommodation on Rebun Island.

아담하고 예쁜 코티지 스타일 빌라였습니다. 공용 공간도 정말 아늑했어요. 조식은 직접 만든 듯한 가정식 스타일로 푸짐하게 나왔고, 멜론까지 있었네요. 방은 2인실인데도 충분히 넓었고, 소파 공간도 따로 있어서 편안하고 여유로운 하루를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음번에는 눈 내리는 겨울에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!
