Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

기차역 바로 건너편에 있는 훌륭한 위치. 나는 아침 일찍 도착했고 깨끗하고 깔끔한 방을 받았음에도 불구하고 호스트와 모든 직원에게 감사드립니다. 이 호텔에 다시 머물게 되어 기쁩니다.

방이 잘 정리되어 있고, 화장실이 깨끗하고, 거실이 넓어서 며칠 동안 머물기에 완벽한 호스텔이 되었기 때문에 꽤 좋은 경험이었습니다. 리셉션은 환영하고 지지적이었습니다. 저는 nap ***or 호스텔을 확실히 추천하고 싶습니다.

가족과 함께 머물 수 있어 좋습니다. 사원과 가깝습니다. 좋은 나는 가족과 함께 머물렀다 문제 없음 모든 것이 괜찮 았습니다. 여행자 연결이 있습니다. 호텔에서 픽업 및 드롭 할 수있는 더 많은 장소를 방문 할 수 있습니다.

Mantra hotel is the Best Hotel. The room is Near and Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shower is working with hot and cold water properly. The towel is pretty new. The bedsheet and pillows are really comfortable. I slept happily. Walkable distance from Main Road. Recommended for Good families. I would like to recommend it to all types of travellers. As shown in pics, same as it is. Reasonable price. Would be appreciated, if they maintain in long rum with the same neatness and prices.

We stayed for just one day, But felt like a home after few hours of our stay. Didn’t get a chance to meet new buddies as we are in short time. I recommend this one if anyone looking for stay around in Bandra who is willing to enjoy the hostel cum home style stay.
