Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied.
Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option.
I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

뛰어난 청결, 직원도 친절했습니다. 다만 매일 레크리에이션이 있기 때문에 천천히 하고 싶은 사람에게는 별로 적합하지 않은 것 같아요. 다양한 사람들과 교류하고 싶은 사람은 꼭.

고레가오 동쪽에서 가장 좋은 기숙사 중 하나입니다. 역에서 1.5km 떨어져 있습니다. 깨끗하고 위생적인 욕실과 화장실이 있습니다. 한 가지 부정적인 점은 AC가 24 시간이 아니라는 것입니다.

Wij hadden een familiekamer maar is nog steeds klein. Aan de achterkant is de kamer rustiger dan aan de voorkant. Vind de prijs aan de hoge kant maar het is Mumbai. Wel naast het metrostation maar ver weg van bijvoorbeeld de gateway to India.

Overall the stay was okay. I expected the place to be a tourist hostel kind of a place, however, the crowd was completely local and they stay there for longtime, looked like they go to their respective offices from that place. Don’t expect tourist crowd there, it unlike those touristy hostels where the crowd is very much happening.
Otherwise, the place was clean, the receptionist uncle is very sweet and cooperative. The helper guys keeps cleaning the dorm. Inmates mind their own business. Bathrooms are clean, that’s most important. I was there for 2 days. I couldn’t find anything bad there. A typical office goers hostel it was. My stay was comfortable.

장거리 비행 후 다음 비행 전에 공항 근처에서 휴식을 취하는 것은 믿어지지 않았습니다. 다시 여행하기 전에 준비 할 시간이있었습니다. 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

”Bhai, ye room to shuru hote se khatam ho gaya” this exact dialog i remembered when I entered the room. The room width was just to fit the queen size bed. The length of the room was ok.
Location : Sea facing. awesome view if you take Sea facing room.
parking : I could not see any car parked or place to park.
Only one water bottle offered.
Breakfast : Taste was okay

리리뷰어Hotel refused to provide the room i booked as they confessed that they didn't checked booking information. However they arranged another cheaper low quality room for our stay. Overall behaviour of hotel staffs is friendly. Ambience is beautiful. Thank you.

리리뷰어Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

AAdam W Morley포함된 아침 식사는 기대 이상이었고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 오후에는 스낵도 제공되었는데, 음식이 매우 맛있어서 기분이 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치는 뭄바이 남부에 있어서 좋았고 공항에서 차로 35분 거리에 있었습니다. 북쪽에서 활동이 많으면 여행이 많기 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하지 않을 수 있습니다. 도어 직원과 벨보이도 매우 정중했고 최선을 다해 도와주었습니다. 불행하게도 우리 경험 중 가장 나쁜 부분은 당신에게 부담이 되는 느낌을 준 리셉션 직원이었습니다. 많은 요청과 질문에 짧은 답변과 웃음이 나오지 않았습니다. 마지막으로 우리 방의 레이아웃은 방 중앙에 침대가 있고 밤에 움직이면 손잡이를 떨어 뜨릴 벽에 전화기 옆에 이상했습니다. 그리고 방은 사이트의 사진과 달랐습니다.

리리뷰어Great hotel, greatly located in the center of Fort neighbohood. Personnel always helpful, they helped me manage everything, from SIM card to Forex change to food ordering. Absolutely recommended. Have in mind that you'll be in the middle of the city center, so don't expect quietness, room cleaning could be better but to me.it was just perfect.

JJackHammerI was here 3 nights. This is a pretty low price for what you get. There are also many other dormitories around. Air-conditioned room with free Wi-Fi and fan in each capsule. There were cameras in the room, as well as a locker for your things. Clean linen. If you are taller than 180 cm, you will not be able to lie down here completely. There is no shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom. 5 minutes from Sakinaka and Asalpha metro stations. Nice staff by the way. When I was sleeping, 1000 rupees accidentally fell out of my pocket onto the floor, but the staff gave it back to me, for which I thank them. This is excellent value for money.

Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

리리뷰어All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.
