Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

For anyone planning a trip, whether for business or leisure, this property offers an exceptional blend of style, comfort, and top-tier service.

전혀 좋은 경험이 아닙니다. 시설 외관의 물리적 외관이 매력적으로 보였습니다. 언어 장벽으로 인해 프론트 데스크의 남자를 거의 이해할 수 없었습니다. 우리 방에 도착했고 방에서 어떤 종류의 방 탈취제도 찾을 수 없었기 때문에 카펫 전체에 뿌려진 소나무 향기가 엄청나게 났습니다. 창문을 열지 않아 열 수 없었습니다. 우리의 눈과 목이 타오르면서 공기 움직임을 얻기 위해 AC 장치의 팬을 삐었습니다. 다른 방을 요청할까 생각했지만 복도에서도 같은 강한 향기가 나는 것처럼 같은 냄새가 났을 것이라고 확신합니다. 침대는 바위처럼 단단했고 우리 둘 다 밤 대부분을 뒤집고 뒤집어서 허리가 아팠습니다. 시트에서도 아주 깨끗한 냄새가 나지 않았습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 커피는 매우 약했습니다. 욕실 전등 스위치가 얼마나 더러웠는지 사진이 있습니다. 역겹다... 방을 예약하기 전에 이곳이 어떻게 그렇게 높은 평가를 받았는지 모르겠습니다. 나는 내가 지불한 것에 대해 지금 a$$에 몸을 차고 있고 우리는 겪었습니다. 무슨 수를 써서라도 피하세요...

내 차가 고장 났으므로 2 박 동안 킹 룸을 예약했습니다. 호텔은 I-70 바로 떨어져 있으며 내 차가 작동하는 곳에 적합하므로 위치가 꽤 좋았습니다. 근처에 몇 개의 레스토랑과 상점이 있었지만 때때로 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 처음 요청한게 20달러 보증금으로 되어서 서비스에 실망했고 나중에 금연자일 때 방에서 흡연 혐의를 받고 갔습니다. 시설은 그냥 괜찮았으며 청결은 통과 가능했고 방에 음식을 주문할 수 있었습니다. 데스크에서 필요한 경우 깨끗한 수건/ 어메니티를 제공하였습니다. 밤 동안 침대와 화장실을 찾으신다면 좋은 곳이지만, 더 많은 것을 찾는 가족에게는 추천하지 않습니다.

Look, for the price it is probably better than most. The nonexistent staff was the biggest disappointment. Took me almost an hour to wake someone from their slumber (4:30-5:30 pm) to check me in. I had to be somewhere at 6:00 pm so this was very frustrating. Btw, ringing the bell does absolutely nothing.  Outside of that the room seemed clean and modernized but the heater did nothing so I froze through the night.  The breakfast, I'd say stick to the waffles. I'm glad they offered eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy but the eggs were watery and I didn't trust the gravy. Sausage was ok.  The gym is a joke. I spent most of my time trying to fix the cables on their Smith Machine that's shoehorned into the corner of a very small room. Then I did some free weights but I had to do all exercises while sitting down because I kept hitting the ceiling with shoulder presses and over the head tricep extensions. lol.  They're trying, kind of like the little engine that could. Like I said, for $65 it's probably your best option.

I stayed here for a week and they never asked me any days if I needed any kind of house keeping. No one offered to change linens, bring fresh towels, or toilet paper.
