We had a wonderful time at Avista! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. This is a place you could stay and never have to leave. There is an excellent restaurant on site and an inside bar as well as one out by the pool. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs were well-maintained and clean. The location is also convenient to other restaurants, shops, and yummy icecream and Italian ice. We will definitely be staying again in the future. ❤️

절대적으로 멋진 시간! 위치가 완벽합니다! 해변, 상점까지 도보 거리, 하이웨이에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 개인적이며 수용 적이었습니다. 주차는 괜찮 았고, 3 개의 속성 1 건물이 다른 속성 ... 주차장을 사용해야합니다. 물론 내가 머물렀던 1 명이지만 바로 옆이나 길 건너편에 있습니다. 레스토랑 음식과 음료는 훌륭했습니다. 매우 깨끗합니다. 나는 그날 아침에 허리케인 이안이 Mytle Beach를 쳤던 밤에 체크인했다. 복도에 누수가 있었는데, 복도 바깥의 카펫이 채우고 있었고, 유지 보수 및 하우스 키핑은 우리가 그것을 알아 차리기 전에 사건에있었습니다. 나는 확실히 추천하고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

호텔의 위치는 말할 것도 없고 해변이 바다 옆에 있으며 호텔 자체에는 어린이에게 적합한 다양한 스타일의 수영장이 여러 개 있습니다. 호텔은 상업 지역에서 멀지 않으며 주변에 많은 패스트 푸드 레스토랑이 있습니다. 아울렛에서 차로 약 5분 거리에 있어 레저 휴가 및 부모-자녀 여행에 매우 적합합니다. 호텔에 주차 공간이 여러 곳에 분산되어 있지만 주말에는 높은 점유율로 인해 여전히 주차 공간을 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다. 밤에 도착하는 투숙객은 호텔에 들러 다음날 아침에 주차 공간으로 이동할 수 있습니다. 호텔 직원이 차량 이동을 위해 전화를 드릴 것입니다. 아침 식사는 객실 요금에 포함되어 있으며 7-10시에 제공됩니다. 예상보다 좋습니다. 다양성이 매우 풍부하고 맛이 매우 가정적입니다. 그것은 기본적으로 다른 나라 사람들의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있습니다. 우리가 살았던 바다 전망 스위트는 15 층에있었습니다. 사진은 발코니에서 바라본 전경입니다. 맞은편 건물은 그의 집 게스트룸이기도 하다. 전반적인 위생 상태 및 하드웨어 구성이 양호합니다. 다음에는 이것을 선택할 것입니다.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

today my id was expired and I had already booked my room for next night. my boyfriend was kicked out of my room with less than an hours notice and locked out of room, with not even all of our belongings while I was at work!!! no one at this hotel had the decency to inform me of their decision that they wouldn't except my expired ID and I needed to leave ASAP. and I had to get my refund from 3rd party sales Trips.com which said this booking would not be offering any refunds!! still waiting to hear back from them on refund!I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone after the rude people I had to deal with today!!!

My check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

시설이 조금 낡았고, 위생환경이 좋으며, 교통이 편리하고, 무료주차가 가능합니다. 전염병 기간에는 아침 식사가 제공되지 않지만 무료 커피와 레모네이드가 나쁘지 않습니다

Thanks for a great experience, we on the ocean, I know I heard people complain about it being wet in the elevator but they had workers cleaning every sec, and see people with wet feet just dragging it back.. thanks for the great customer service, I’ll book again next year 😎 front desk 😎 security 😎 cleaners 😎 everyone ☺️ thanks yall
