A luxury conversion on two levels, The Mill has been elegantly furnished. The bedroom with king size bed and en suite is on the ground floor and is entered through an entrance hall. The bedroom has an en suite with bath and overhead shower and heated towel rail.Stairs lead from the bedroom up to the open plan kitchen and living area which is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV/DVD and heated towel rail.The Mill has a private south facing patio leading from the bedroom and from the patio take a short walk a lych gate into the field which boasts the highest point in the Parish with magnificent views over the Skirrid Fawr, Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Brecon Beacons beyond. The sunsets are worth waiting for.Under floor heating is throughout the ground floor with radiators on the first floor. Taking its name from the old country dialect word for 'woodpecker', Yaffle Barn is approached at 1st floor level, over a contemporary glass bridge into a spacious living area, with inset woodburner, large comfy sofas and kitchen area, big bifold doors from which you can view the garden, orchard and grazing horses.
