If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 바로 위치입니다! 지하철역이 바로 앞에 있어 주요 관광지와 쇼핑가로 이동하기에 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 모던하고 미니멀한 디자인으로 꾸며져 있으며 깨끗하고 밝습니다. 프런트 직원인 샤오 첸(Xiao Chen)은 매우 친절합니다. 전반적으로 도시 관광을 위한 거점으로서 가격 대비 성능과 위치 모두 훌륭합니다.

평소 아투어를 자주 이용하는 편이라, 이번 우한 방문에도 역시 아투어에 묵었습니다. 전체적으로 숙박 경험이 정말 좋았어요.🤓 프런트 직원분들은 친절하고 인내심이 많아서 소통하기 편했습니다. 객실 청소 담당 아주머니들도 꼼꼼하고 예의 바르셨어요. 처음 배정받은 방에 들어갔을 때 희미한 백단향 약재 냄새가 났는데, 저희 엄마가 냄새에 좀 예민하셔서 불편해하셨습니다. 그래서 프런트에 이 상황을 말씀드렸더니 당일에 바로 공기청정기를 가져다주셨어요. 방 바꾸는 게 번거로울까 봐 걱정했는데, 호텔 측에서 흔쾌히 다음 날 방을 바꿔주겠다고 연락을 주셨습니다. 마침 그때 외부에 놀러 나가 호텔에 없었는데, 객실 직원분들이 저희 짐을 정리해서 새 방으로 옮겨주셨어요. 아투어 객실은 늘 깨끗하고 편안하며, 화장실 바닥과 변기까지 모두 아주 깨끗합니다. 호텔 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 관광지와 가까워서 이동이 편리해요. 우한 여행 오시는 분들께 이 호텔을 정말 추천하고 싶습니다. 다음에도 또 오게 되면 다시 이곳에 묵을 거예요!

객실은 넓고, 시설은 새것이고, 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 아침 식사로 나온 두유는 정말 싱거웠고, 두부껍질은 정말 맛있었어요. 직원들의 서비스 태도는 고르지 않고, 비교적 열정적인 사람도 있지만 전혀 그렇지 않은 사람도 있습니다 🙂↔️ 이 부분에 대한 교육을 강화했으면 좋겠습니다.

번화가에 있지만 객실 방음이 완벽해서 도심 속 고요함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓고, 건식과 습식 분리형 욕실에 독립형 아일랜드 욕조가 있으며, 고급 엘레미스(ELEMIS) 어메니티가 비치되어 있습니다. 침구는 부드럽고 피부에 자극이 없어 하룻밤 자고 나면 피로가 싹 풀립니다. 객실 전체가 스마트 음성으로 조명과 커튼을 제어할 수 있으며, 전망 좋은 객실에서는 도시 전경을 내려다볼 수 있어 시야가 탁 트이고 힐링이 됩니다.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Hotel That Truly Leaves Nothing to Be Desired! We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! It is exceptionally elegant, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and thoughtfully presented. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our entire stay. The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy its unique atmosphere. Another wonderful benefit is the 20% discount vouchers for the traditional photoshoots, which are undoubtedly one of the main attractions for visitors to this area. We received the vouchers without any complications, which was a lovely added bonus. We can also highly recommend the breakfast! There is a delicious selection of freshly prepared Chinese dishes, all beautifully presented and of excellent quality. The hotel’s facilities are equally impressive. Both washing machines and dryers are available, which is especially convenient when travelling for an extended period. Even the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was perfectly organised and went absolutely smoothly. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations: the exceptional cleanliness, luxurious atmosphere, fantastic location, delicious breakfast, and, above all, the genuinely wonderful staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation! It was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at during our travels through China, and we would happily return anytime. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable!

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

만심호텔: 유럽풍 고건물에 숨겨진 레트로 판타지 이번에 묵었던 만심호텔(장한루/칭다오루 부근 지점)은 정말 저를 깜짝 놀라게 했습니다. • 건물 외관: 호텔은 역사적인 유럽풍 고건물에 자리하고 있는데, 밤에는 황금빛 투광등이 건물의 윤곽을 드러내어 마치 지난 세기 초의 상하이로 순간 이동한 듯한 느낌을 줍니다. • 공용 공간 디자인: 문을 열고 들어서는 순간, 로비의 미학에 압도되었습니다. 독특한 흑백 녹색 기하학적 바닥 타일이 정교한 원형 샹들리에와 레트로 축음기와 어우러져 고급스러움이 가득합니다. 복도 끝의 예술 작품과 짙은 녹색 벽면은 사진 찍기에 매우 좋으며, 아무렇게나 찍어도 영화 같은 분위기를 연출합니다. • 객실 경험: 객실 내부는 레트로 분위기 때문에 편안함을 희생하지 않았습니다. 원목 톤과 회백색 벽면의 조화는 매우 절제되고 고급스럽습니다. 특히 침대 옆의 기하학적 부조 배경 벽이 마음에 들었는데, 디테일이 살아있습니다. 채광이 매우 좋으며, 도시의 빛과 그림자를 볼 수 있는 작은 발코니나 욕실 전망까지 있습니다. 세면도구의 품질도 훌륭했습니다. • 분위기: 가장 좋았던 점은 이곳의 '여유로운 분위기'입니다. 공용 라운지에는 정교한 직조 의자들이 많이 놓여 있었는데, 오후에 이곳에 앉아 커피를 마시며 창밖의 거리를 바라보니, 정말 도시 속에 숨어 있는 듯한 여유로움을 느꼈습니다. 요약: 레트로 문화를 좋아하고 주거 품질에 대한 요구 사항이 있다면, 이 만심호텔은 가성비와 심미성을 모두 갖춘 최고의 선택입니다.

프론트 데스크의 여성 Hedy는 매우 친절하고 배려심이 깊습니다. 그녀는 도착 시간을 문의하고 고객의 요구를 이해했으며 특별히 WeChat을 추가하고 무료로 식사를 신청한다는 것을 알게되었습니다. 아침 식사는 높은 층에 방을 마련했습니다. 호텔의 바닥은 실제로 높지 않지만 [안면 가리개] 체크인시 어린이를 위해 어린이용 슬리퍼와 칫솔이 준비되어 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 호텔에는 객실 내에 세탁기와 건조기, 소형 냉장고도 갖춰져 있어 가족과 함께 여행하기에 매우 편리합니다. 지하철 2호선도 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. Jianghan Road 및 Wansongyuan과 매우 가까워 여행이 매우 편리합니다. 경험은 완벽했습니다💯, 메이데이 기간 동안의 활동도 매우 의미가 있었습니다. 아이들은 매우 행복했고 나중에 기회가 된다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다!

침대가 정말 너무 푹신했어요! 딱딱한 침대 선호하시는 분들은 피하셔야 할 것 같아요! 메모리폼 침대가 전혀 아니었고, 새벽에 허리가 아파서 잠에서 깨 옆 창가에서 잤어요. 인테리어는 오래되었고, 바닥은 회색빛이며 구석구석 먼지가 눈에 띄었어요. 문을 열었을 때 습한 냄새가 났는데, 창문을 여니 좀 나아졌어요. 침구류 위생 상태는 괜찮았어요. 저층이었는데도 아주 조용해서 밤에 창문 열고 자도 문제없었어요. 관광 안내소에서 걸어서 7~8분 거리라 가까운 편이고, 조식은 간단해서 대충 먹을 만했어요. 서비스는 매우 좋았지만, 방음은 보통이어서 옆방에서 짐 끄는 소리가 들렸어요. 침대가 너무 푹신해서 다른 사람에게는 추천하지 않을 거예요.
