The location was perfect, located right in the cebter of El Poblado, everything within walking distance. Music from the bar will a bit noisy at night. The kitchen were clean n full of all the utensils. Fully recommended

Checked in to room 106, wifi signal does not reach the room, was changed to room 102, right next to the lobby. Walls were thin and hear everything from guests walking by to conversations in the lobby. It was tolerable until night time, a young female receptionist had 3 male friends visit her during her shift, that's fine just that I could hear everything. Their conversation began to disturb my stay. I walk out and see a group talking socially in front lobby, the receptionist and her male friends/visitors, when I return to my room, the conversation stopped 10 min later. As thin as the walls were, guests were rather respectful as I surprisingly slept like a baby.

Dos horas para a hacer el check in, pésimo servicio de los jóvenes que atendieron en la noche, supuestamente entregaban a las 3, logramos entrar a las 6 pm, cobran impuestos cuando en la aplicación aclara que ya están incluidos. Dicen no tener nada que ver con trip que ellos no han autorizado la publicación del hotel en esa página

L'hôtel est sûr avec des portes de chambres blindées et une réception qui veille au grain. Cependant,le quartier est un petit peu dangereux à la tombée de la nuit. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins ou restaurants dans un rayon de 100 mètres. Il ne fait pas chaud dans les chambres,ce qui est agréable. La chambre est grande,ce qui est pratique. Le téléviseur offre de nombreux canaux et le wifi,je le répète,est excellent. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je reviendrai.

Overall, this place is good with clean room, better front desk service, better location. But there was noise in the late night.

Hotel is great for a budget option and budget value. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel is connected to metro but in a semi- industrial area.

Pros: fantastic social hostel. Events are held most days (dance classes, football games, cocktail making). Loud music and party held on rooftop is loud (and fun), but couldn't hear it when in rooms (we were on floor 3 of 5). Great location with good food options and 10 minute walk from the subway. Downstairs had a good co-working area and comfy seats with a small but useful kitchen. Cons: bed sheets were not clean and there were lots of small bugs on the bed. Very off-putting getting into a bug filled bed. It didn't look like this was the case for the other beds in the room so likely not a major issue, perhaps we were unlucky.
