The room is clean, new and spacious, it has all the home items from cookware to washing machine to heater. Locate just 5mins walk to the station, and 15mins to the VA Waterfront, convenience store and coffee shop around the corner.  Highly recommended for solo traveler for its convenience.

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in

(분명히 그러한 경우에) 배터리가 없었기 때문에 쓸모가 없었습니다. 남아프리카 시민으로서 우리는 전력의 불확실성을 완전히 이해하지만 이 숙박 시설의 비용과 일반 고객을 위해 우리는 더 많은 장소가 있을 것으로 기대했습니다. 식사 시간은 우리가 도착했을 때 받은 환영 시트 세부 정보와 비교하여 구내에 있던 직원의 편의를 위해 조정되었습니다. 우리가 거기에 있었던 3일 동안 현장에 명백한 관리자가 없는 지원 직원이 전체 장소를 운영하고 있는 것 같았습니다(우리는 주말에 머물렀고 최고의 시간이라고 가정할 것입니다) 건물 앞에는 약 4개의 주차 스포츠가 있지만 잠재력에 익숙하지 않아 종종 조금 더 멀리 주차해야 했습니다. 전반적으로 위치는 주요 긍정적이었습니다. 가격을 고려할 때 우리는 더 나은 편의 시설을 갖기를 바랐고 설명이 믿게 만든 것과 달리 숙소에 수영장이 없기 때문에 이 숙박 시설의 프로필을 수정할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 다행히 사이먼 마을과 해변의 매력은 세부 사항과 사치에 대한 심각한 관심 부족을 보완했습니다. 이 가격과 이 위치에서 가질 장소로 가정할 것입니다. 3/10 아마 다시는 거기에 가지 않을 것입니다.

이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 위치가 완벽해서 필요한 편의시설들이 모두 가까웠고, 이동하기도 편리했어요. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 24시간 운영되는 헬스장도 제 일정에 맞춰 이용하기에 정말 좋았습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고, 다양한 메뉴가 준비되어 있어 모든 취향을 만족시켰습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 더욱 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙소였고, 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

Very affordable hotel inclusive of good breakfast. It's centrally located and easy to access the various tourist areas.The staff were courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay whilst in Capetown.

호텔은 케이프타운 중심부에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 객실은 혼자 또는 젊은 커플에게 충분히 편안합니다. 중심부를 돌아다닐 계획이라면 꽤 쉽습니다. 저는 번화한 거리를 따라 20분 걸어서 워터프런트에 도착했고, 어디에도 위험을 느끼지 못했습니다. 호텔 주변의 작은 상점과 슈퍼마켓에서 일상의 모든 필요를 충족할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 빈약하지만, 바로 옆 거리 모퉁이에서 적당한 가격에 훌륭한 아침 식사를 할 수 있는 좋은 카페와 기성품을 살 수 있는 슈퍼마켓을 찾을 수 있습니다. 호텔 출구 바로 오른쪽에 아름다운 공원 입구가 있으며, 그곳에서 산의 멋진 전망이 보입니다. 직원들은 반응이 빠르고 모든 문제를 해결해줍니다. 유일한 단점은 밤에 마당에서 나오는 에어컨 시스템의 소음입니다.

이른 항공편 때문에 하룻밤을 묵었기 때문에 조식을 평가할 기회가 없었습니다. 현대적이고 편안한 호텔로, 훌륭한 지역에 위치해 있으며 도시 전망이 훌륭했습니다. 전날 밤 리셉션에서 예약했던 공항 픽업 서비스를 아침에 찾을 수 없어서 서비스 평점을 낮췄습니다. 하지만 직원들이 재빨리 택시를 불러주었습니다.

I really liked the accommodation. It is located within walking distance from the bus stop and taxi rank. nearby and also within walking distance of the city center, Main Street, observation decks with stunning views and the beach (but the water is terribly cold and you will not be able to swim in any of the beaches in Plettenberg Bay). I was met by a pdministrator named Debbie. She is very friendly and smiling, tried to help in everything (even in things that are not part of her duties). The reception has all the information about the attractions nearby, local taxi numbers (bolt taxi does not work in Plettenberg bay), information about restaurants and their menus, and you can book excursions. the room itself was very clean, including the toilet was in perfect condition. there is a TV and everything that is stated in the ad. on the downside, I spent only one night at the location, but the electricity was turned off twice (both times in the evening) (but there was no light on the entire street, or maybe in the entire city, so it's not the fault of the accommodation). Plettenberg Bay itself is amazing (and safe even after sunset)

Apart from the hassle of a self service checkin, this place has all the amenities, the space and the crew to make your stay a comfortable one. Beds come with individual lights and charging points, as well as a decent size locker to stuff your day pack. Each bed also comes with a small compartment to stuff your small items. There’s a super mart next door for the self caterers and the bus stop is just a skip and a hop away.

The room is perfectly clean, with new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. The reception staff is friendly and efficient in resolving any issues. However, I would like to address the room's design, which is very office-like. I believe that a brighter color scheme would make the room more inviting. Additionally, I feel sorry for your staff, as they are treated unfairly. The man outside is forced to stand on the porch all day to open the gate! Regardless of the weather, whether it is hot and sunny or cold and windy, he does not have a place to sit. Why don't you put him in a separate room where he can sit? And put a camera on the gate, so that when he sees a car approaching, he can open the gate. It's a simple solution! Doesn't the receptionist even have a chair? How is that possible? If she's tired or has swollen feet, how can she greet guests? It doesn't matter to the guest whether she's standing sitting. But it matters to her! Take better care of your staff, and they will return the favor! I really hope for positive changes in your hotel and for your employees!
