If location is your number one criteria, this place is perfect. As far as the inn itself, it’s very dirty, outdated, the service was mediocre, beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls are so thin you can hear every little thing. Also, upon arrival we were charged $135 destination fee on top of what we already paid. Disappointed overall.

This entire hotel is pure excellence. The people are what drives it. I need an accessible bath and my room was the best I ever had.

The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

매우 좋은 해외 경험, 깨끗한 객실, 무료 주차, 충분한 주차 공간, 호텔은 매우 조용하고 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다!

친구와 나는 뉴포트 하버와 마리나 호텔에 머물렀다. 우리는 물과 정박지가 내려다 보이는 방을 선택합니다. 정말 아름다운 전망입니다. Winter Blues에 정말 도움이 되었습니다. 위치는 굉장합니다. 수많은 상점, 레스토랑 및 걷기가 쉽습니다. 수영장은 너무 상쾌했습니다. 레스토랑과 라운지가 저녁 식사를 위해 열려 있기를 바랍니다. 그러나 가까운 장래에 그것이 바 수 있기를 바랍니다. 전반적으로 확실히 다시 여기에 갈 것입니다.

우리가 묵었던 호텔은 아마도 도로변에 있었던 것 같습니다. 창문을 닫아도 너무 시끄러웠고, 밖에서 차 소리가 끊임없이 들렸습니다. 체크인할 때 프런트 데스크 직원은 보증금과 주차 요금 결제를 위해 신용카드 정보를 요구하지 않았습니다. 다음 날 아침 6시쯤부터 방에 있는 알람 시계가 두 번이나 울렸습니다. 그리고 8시쯤에는 주차 요금을 내라고 다시 전화가 왔습니다. 정말 끔찍한 경험이었습니다.
