미국 인디애나 소재 3성급 호텔

출구전에 하루 묵고가기에는 딱입니다. 방도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 주변에는 딱히 돌아볼곳은 없긴 합니다. 딱 비즈니스 호텔

The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.

이 호텔은 매우 이상합니다. 두 번 예약했습니다. 청구서 가격, 실제 공제 및 Ctrip이 나에게 보낸 것과 동일합니다. 이틀 전에 공제가 일치하지 않으며 Ctrip 태도가 처리하기에 나쁘지 않습니다. 이제이 청구서가 아닙니다. 동일, 예정된 시간은 127.33 US 달러이고 청구서는 139.23 US 달러입니다(이것은 주세 추가, 이해할 수 있습니다). 그러나 내 은행 카드 실제 공제액은 174.23 US 달러입니다. 차이가 너무 큽니다. 2018년의 마지막 날은 사실 이 문제에 대해 걱정하게 만들었습니다. 이것은 나쁜 평가를 받아야 합니다.

프론트 데스크 직원은 훌륭하고 정중했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 수영장이 문을 닫았고 6월 1일이라 아쉬웠습니다. 그들은 미식가 아침 식사를 광고합니다. 놀랍게도 --- 가깝지도 않았고, 커피용 크림도 없었고, 주스 음료 중 하나가 꺼져 있었고, 요구르트도 없었고, 그 다음 모든 것을 마무리했습니다 ---- 와플 머신이 역겹다!!! 더러운 & 내가 와플 메이커에 붙어있는 와플에 대해 내 앞에 와플을 만드는 여성에 대해 물었을 때 호스트는 ”글쎄, 와플 메이커의 비 스틱 코팅이 모두 마모되었기 때문입니다.” & 호텔은 새 것을 얻기 위해 예정되어있었습니다. !!! 내가 냅킨으로 그것을 닦았을 때 - 검은 물건이 그것에 나타났다 ... 그래서 오늘 나를 위해 와플이 없다고 말할 필요가 없다!! 와플 메이커는 사용되지 않아야합니다! 우와. 그리고 소시지 링크의 온도는 터치에 차가웠다! ! 정말 실망했다, 스티븐 본

By far the staff at this hotel was so much more helpful and welcoming than any hotel I have ever previously stayed in. Good night staff was so friendly and willing to help answer questions. Good morning staff and breakfast stuff we're constantly checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed and were taken care of. Our room on the third floor was huge, spacious, included two giant Riverview windows, and was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in previously. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast buffet was more delicious and larger than any breakfast buffet of other hotels. We stayed for one night, myself, my boyfriend, and my 6-year-old son. Not a single complaint and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Evansville area!!

우리는 우리의 체류를 즐겼습니다. 우리가 로비에 들어갔을 때 손자는 ”이것은 좋은 호텔입니다”라고 말했습니다. Crystal은 프론트 데스크에서 훌륭하고 수용적인 에이전트였습니다. 일부는 개조 중임에도 불구하고 방은 깨끗했고 복도는 좋았습니다.

We arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.

우리는 배구 토너먼트를 위해 여행 중이었고 토요일 / 일요일에 호텔이 필요했습니다. 나는 호텔이 거기에 머무르는 배구 팀과 함께 매우 시끄럽다는 이전 의견을 읽었습니다. 우리는 어떤 유형의 소음에도 문제가 없었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 빨랐습니다. 방에는 충전기를 넣을 수 있는 일반 콘센트와 함께 전자 제품을 충전할 수 있는 5개의 USB 포트가 있었습니다. 미니 냉장고, 커피가 있는 커피 메이커, 전자레인지가 있었습니다. 침대/베개는 편안했습니다. 다시 머물고 친구에게 추천 할 것입니다.

I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY.  PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.  THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM.    IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP.  THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE.  HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN.  THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.  IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM. I and my husband had to stay there for some business. The room was clean and fully equipped. What I loved the most was the heated pool—it was amazing. The price was impressive. I will definitely go back again.
