우선, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다 (예: 택시를 불러주고, 마지막 날 아침 7시에 공항까지 무료로 태워주기까지 했습니다!). 하지만 리조트의 위치와 시설은 '엑셀시오르 리조트'라는 이름에 걸맞지 않았습니다. 수영장은 형편없었고 (그래도 이용은 가능했지만), 선베드는 부서져 있었으며, 주변에 녹지는 전혀 찾아볼 수 없었습니다! 모든 것이 회색빛이었고, 몇몇 길은 끊어져 있었습니다. 땡볕에 티모르 광장까지 걸어가는 것은 불가능했습니다. 최소 20분은 걸렸기 때문에 택시를 타야 했습니다! 다른 투숙객들이 숙소 설명에 ”근처에 식당과 상점이 있다”고 언급한 것과는 전혀 다릅니다. 아무것도 없었습니다! 저는 딜리에서 3일을 보냈는데, 아쉽게도 바다에 한 번도 들어가지 못했고, 근처에 해변도 없었습니다. 택시는 크게 두 종류로 나눌 수 있습니다. 파란색 택시는 미터기를 사용해서 괜찮았지만, 노란색 택시는 가격을 흥정해야 했고, 보통 터무니없이 비싼 가격을 요구했습니다. 저는 크리스토 레이까지 파란색 택시를 탔는데, 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다! 아침 식사는 상당히 간소했어요!

Difficult to find. No Grab or Gojek in Dili, so I asked in advance about airport pickup and got no response. The entrance doesn’t look like a hotel, and the taxi driver who eventually found it insisted it was the wrong address. There’s a cheaper hotel 100m down the road not listed on Tripadvisor, this one is slightly better though. The owner told me leaving at 6am would be fine for an 8am flight. It wasn’t close, and I had to wake the maid at 4am to open the gate. If I’d missed the flight following his advice, that would have been entirely on him. Otherwise the place is clean, though rooms aren’t tidied daily.

While there’s no major negative thing about this place, there is also no major positive. It stands out like a much better looking “Hollywood style motel”. The breakfast is adequate. The location is more or less ok. The fact that Dili needs people to have or arrange transportation continually does no favour for the hotel, but has nothing really to do with the hotel itself, of course. It is just that fact that there is nowhere really walking distance from it.

출장으로 비치 가든 호텔에 숙박하였습니다. 객실과 공용공간 모두 전반적으로 청결 상태가 양호했고, 매일 하우스키핑이 잘 이루어졌습니다. 호텔은 시내 및 해변과 가까워 이동이 편리했고 근처에 식당과 편의시설이 있어 출장 중 식사와 이동에 불편이 없었습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 요청사항에 신속히 대응해주셔서 만족스러웠습니다 시설은 비교적 오래된 편이지만 에어컨·온수·Wi-Fi 모두 잘 작동했고 출장 숙소로는 충분했습니다 조식은 간단하지만 깔끔했고, 공항 이동과 미팅 스케줄 관리에 큰 불편이 없어 전반적으로 편안하고 효율적인 숙박 경험이었습니다. 출장이나 단기 체류용으로 추천할 만한 호텔입니다
