모든 훌륭하고 좋은 아침 식사이지만 이번 주말에 서비스와 아우라의 태도는 약간 나쁩니다. 비극은 없지만 더 많은 것을 기대할 수 있습니다.

폴란드 출장 일정 중 주말에 브로츠와프를 다녀왔어요.
리넥에 있는 호텔로 찾아서 예약했는데 세상에 위치는 최고요!!! 리넥에서 구경하다가 뭐 사면 호텔에 짐 놓으러 바로 다녀올 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.
리셉션에 계신 직원분들도 너무 친절했고, 얼리체크인도 마침 방이 준비된 상태라 그냥 가능하다고 해서 정말....편하게 있었습니다.
시설도 너무 좋고 깨끗했는데 반려견 투숙이 가능한 호텔이었던지라 제 방에서는 살짝....개 냄새가 났었어요...다른 방은 괜찮았구요.
개 냄새 제거만 잘 해주셨으면 정말 더할 나위 없이 훌륭한 호텔이었을테지만...그래도 이해합니다...^^
조식도 훌륭하고, 여러모로 가장 인상깊었던 호텔이었습니다.
브로츠와프 출장 및 여행 계획 있으신 분들은 이 호텔 강력 추천합니다!

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

우리는 잘 자고 있었고 그것이 우리에게 가장 중요한 것이었습니다.
호텔은 몇 년 동안 왔지만 미니바를 제외하고 기대하는 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 입장 및 체크아웃은 매우 빠르고 친절했으며 절대적인 플러스를 제공합니다.
가격 / 가격은 우리에게 절대적으로 적합했습니다. 그리고 내가 말했듯이 우리는 아주 잘 잤습니다.

Zit goed gelegen, vanuit de airport te bereiken met de bus 106, stopt praktisch voor de deur. Treinstation op 2 min afstand.
De lobby ruikt lekker fris en de incheck ging vlot.

Pokoje przestronne ,wygodne co do widoku mieliśmy pecha bo nasz znajdował się na parterze z widokiem na skarpe.Widac ze te na wyższych piętrach mają balkony i ładne widoczki.Sniadanie bardzo dobre ale małą uwagą,przy takim dużym obłożeniu jeden express do kawy to trochę mało, kolejki jak za komuny.
Basen duży i z ciepłą wodą .Dziękujemy za miły wypoczynek

익익명 사용자Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

익익명 사용자Die service und die Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings waren bei einem Zimmer, das ich vorher gebucht habe mangelhaft in der Dusche. Und beide Zimmer ( erste und dritte Floor) waren die Internet Verbindung schlecht, also vermeiden falls ihr für Geschäftsreise buchen wollt.

EEril Ken TravelsThe apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

BBurman나는 보통 저예산 호텔에 머물므로 많은 것을 기대하지 않지만 이곳은 가치가 좋지 않았습니다. 카펫이 삐걱 거리고 천장 통풍구가 떨어지고 구멍이 났습니다.. 아침 식사는 주말에 오전 8시까지 시작되지 않습니다. 휴식 모드에 있다면 괜찮지 만 정시에 버스 환승에 가야한다면 쓰레기입니다. 매우 멋진 직원이 결함을 조금 보완하는 데 도움이됩니다.

AAndreaConvenient hotel next to the airport. You can reach from the terminal by foot or by public transportation (bus or taxi). Unfortunately they do not offer any shuttle service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to where you can go to the city centre. The hotel is nice and new and the room are in a very good state.
