처음에는 호텔에 대해 약간 회의적이었습니다. 그렇게 인기가 없다고 생각했지만 도착했을 때 사람들이 많았고 방과 욕실은 깨끗했지만 편의 시설은 많지 않았지만 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 호텔이었고 확실히 다시 올 것입니다.

Location is good, room is small even family room and breakfast is terrible, staff cannot tell us properly then the breakfast meals than I choose is very under expectation

recommended for the price tag during my order. Everything good but some area need to improve such as parking and conditions of devices inside the room

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Batu. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room 5012: Comfortable bed, stunning balcony view, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a meeting room and restaurant just beside the reception counter. Good • Approximately 12mins walking distance to Losari Beach. • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret and Alfamart. • Nearby cafe, Republik Kopi. • Nearby places to eat, Mas Daeng, Sate Gaga, RM Bahari. Bad • The balcony door wasn't locked and unable to lock. • Toilet water at times very little pressure. • The room has a door that links to another room(501). • Toiletries not provided. I don't know how this hotel got a good rating, but something unexpected happened during my stay. It was on a Saturday late night, a group of teenagers were having party in their room(501), they were drinking and smoking in the room, making so much noise and playing loud music, the worst part was they knocked on my room door 2-3 times when I was sleeping. They were not only making noise in their room but also in the corridor, they were screaming and shouting. Probably, the counter/security personnel needs to do a patrol after 12 midnight on each floor, especially on a Saturday night, to ensure minimal noise pollution.
