The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

저는 3개의 객실을 예약했는데, 모두 스타일과 객실 구조가 다릅니다. 위치는 PIK 2에 있어서 괜찮지만, 무료 주차 공간이 없고, 한 객실은 온수기가 제대로 작동하지 않고, 다른 한 객실은 에어컨이 침실이 아닌 거실에 있습니다. 또한, 주방 세제와 식수가 제공되지 않고, 일부 침구류는 깨끗하지 않아 빈대가 있는 것 같기도 합니다(싱글룸). 더블 침대는 괜찮았고, 에어컨도 시원했으며, 냉장고도 잘 작동했습니다. 빨래를 말릴 공간은 없었지만, 식료품점에 가는 것은 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 가격은 괜찮았고, 무엇보다 숙소 관련 문의는 WhatsApp을 통해 주인과 연락하면 훨씬 수월했습니다.🙏🏻

객실 유형은 꽤 좋고 위생은 나쁘지 않습니다. 즉, 열쇠를 가져 가려면 아래층 상자에 가야합니다. 일반적으로 말하면 좋고 가격 대비 성능 비율은 괜찮습니다. 먹고 마시고 쇼핑하기에 비교적 편리합니다. 아래층은 비즈니스 지구입니다.

그 호텔은 공항과 매우 가깝고 무료 셔틀버스가 있어서 출발 전날 하룻밤 경유하는 사람들에게는 꽤 괜찮았습니다.

The room is so small and no space to moving no personal cloths can hanging. This hotel is just only for sleeping.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. T3 출발층 E **트 근처에 있어서 호텔 입구를 찾기 쉬웠어요. 방은 한 층 내려가야 하는데, 직원분들이 짐을 들어주셔서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 방은 좀 작고 시설도 평범했지만, 깨끗했어요. 호텔 객실에 창문이 없는 것 같더라고요. 가장 큰 단점은 정말 시끄럽다는 거예요. 무슨 기계 소음인지 계속 윙윙거렸습니다. 조식은 별로였어요 😂 기내식보다 맛없는 것 같았어요. 출발층 밖에 먹을 곳이 꽤 있으니, 조식은 굳이 안 먹어도 될 것 같아요. 전반적으로 괜찮았고, 번거로움 없이 편하게 이용할 수 있다는 점이 가장 큰 장점입니다.

이번 숙박 경험은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 위치가 편리해서 자카르타 공항을 오가기 매우 쉬웠고, 환승이나 짧은 체류에 적합했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 침대도 편안하고 방음도 잘 되어 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심했으며, 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 전체적인 환경은 조용하고 안전했으며, 가성비가 높아 자카르타를 방문할 때 좋은 숙소 선택이 될 것 같습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

A newly renovated hotel — it was a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as well, right in the center of the Alam Sutera area. Very ecommended!

방은 정말 작지만, 다른 건 괜찮았어요. 다행히 수영장이랑 헬스장이 있어서 좋았고, 아침 식사는 일본식 위주라 종류가 다양하지는 않았어요. 여기 죽은 대체로 좀 뻑뻑해서 중국인 입맛에는 잘 안 맞을 것 같아요.

오차드 반다라 호텔은 지금까지 다녀본 국가의 공항 근처 호텔중 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 우선 예약 과정에서 가장 궁금한 사항은 공항픽업&드랍에 대한 사항이었는데 와츠앱을 통해 궁금증이 해결 되었고, 입국후 셔틀 탑승 포인트에 도착 할 때 까지 무사히 탑승을 할 수 있도록 소통하며 도움을 주었습니다. 체크인시 예약 바우처 및 여권을 통해 제 이름을 본 체크인 카운터 직원은 반갑게 인사를 해주며 오차드 반다라 호텔에 방문을 해줘서 고맙다고 말을 했습니다. 그 직원에 이름을 물어봤어야 하는데 오랜만에 떠난 여행을 마냥 신나서 이름도 묻지 못했네요. 룸 컨디션은 하룻밤 혼자서 쉬기에는 충분했으며, 이른 시간에 무료로 제공되는 조식은 절대 무료로 생각 할 수 없을 정도의 퀄리티였고 맛 또한 좋아서 든든한 하루를 시작할 수 있게 해줬습니다. 다시 자카르타에 간다면 당연히 오차드 반다라 호텔로 갈 예정이먀, 저처럼 자키르타에 입구 후 발리 또는 인도네시아의 다른 지역으로 이동하는 여행객에게 추천합니다.
