게다가 작은 놀이터도 있어서 아이들이 체크인 시간을 기다리느라 지루해하지 않아요. 방도 넓고 퀸사이즈 침대도 2개 있어서 아이들 데리고 오기에도 안심이에요. 패밀리룸에는 어린이를 위한 장난감 텐트와 갤럭시 나이트라이트가 포함되어 있으며, 더욱 재미있는 것은 간식 경품으로 교환할 수 있는 상품권 3장을 찾는 활동입니다. 아 네, 트로피카나 워터파크 티켓이 묶음으로 구성된 패밀리룸을 주문해서 무료 입장권 2장을 받았습니다. 전체적으로 아이들이 만족해요!
단점: 욕실에서 약간의 냄새가 납니다(하수구/화장실 냄새가 확실히 짜증납니다). 화장실에서 소변을 보는 도구가 약간 결함이 있어서 끄기가 어렵습니다. 편의시설은 매우 표준적이며 객실이나 화장실에 화장지가 없으므로 직접 가져와야 합니다. 아쉽게도 콘크리트 바닥 뷰의 방을 배정받았기 때문에 아무것도 보이지 않았습니다😅 그리고 가장 놀랐던 점은 조식이었습니다. 계란 후라이와 오이 조각을 곁들인 볶음밥(저희 아이 분량) 작은 그릇 2개만 있습니다. 조식이 제공되지 않는 객실과 비교하여 지불한 차이에 비해 정말 가치가 없습니다. 😄

아주 좋고 매우 만족합니다. 출장으로는 괜찮습니다. 가격 대비 성능이 매우 높습니다. 호텔 조식도 괜찮은데 냄새가 좀 참을 수 없습니다. 하지만 저기는 그런 것 같습니다.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang.
But also connected to small town nearby.
For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates.
When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys.
Front desk staff are very polite.
Room was clean.
Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised.
Toilets are clean enough and functional.
The shower head is standard 3-mode.
They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste.
Soap is provided.
You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water.
They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them.
There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too.
I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi.
Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft.
Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice.
You got a desk facing the window.
Aircon works really well.

아이들에게 친절한 직원분들이었고, 도움이 필요할 때 빠르게 응대해주셨어요.
객실은 깨끗했고, 시설도 좋고 완벽했어요 (헤어드라이어도 있었고요).
레스토랑은 쾌적했고 (놀이방도 있었어요). 조식 메뉴는 선택지가 많았고, 아뻠과 와플까지 모든 음식이 맛있었어요.
15개월 된 제 아이는 조식으로 부부르 아얌 꾸아 소또, 썰어놓은 파파야와 멜론을 맛있게 먹었답니다.
호텔 로비에는 예쁜 포토존도 있었어요.
쇼핑몰과 바로 연결되어 있어 스테이케이션이 훨씬 즐거웠어요. 집에서 간식을 따로 챙겨올 필요 없이, 슈퍼마켓과 다양한 식당들이 많아 편리했답니다.
온라인 차량 서비스(택시 등) 이용 시 승하차가 안전했고, 비가 와도 젖을 걱정이 없었어요 (호텔 앞이나 테라스코타 몰 앞에서 바로 승하차 가능했거든요).

호텔 주변이 매우 조용하고 근처 쇼핑몰까지 택시로 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 위생적이며 침대가 커서 매우 편안합니다. 체크인하려면 보증금이 필요하지만 다른 Ibis 호텔에서는 보증금이 필요하지 않습니다.

새롭고 저렴한 호텔로 심플하고 작으며 공항에서 멀지 않습니다. 소에타 공항을 오가는 여행자에게 적합하며 가격은 호텔이 어떨지 기대에 부응합니다. 인도마트 오픈 24/7과 바로 옆에 환전소가 있으며 음식을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로이 호텔은 예산이 부족한 환승 여행자에게 적합합니다.

나는이 호텔에 머무르는 정말 멋진 경험을했습니다. 체크인 과정은 빠르고 원활했으며 직원들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하고 환영했습니다. 방은 흠이없고 편안하며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 아늑한 침대에서 깨끗하고 현대적인 욕실에 이르기까지 모든 것이 내 기대를 초과했습니다.
위치는 레스토랑과 교통 수단에 쉽게 접근 할 수있어 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 옵션으로 맛있었고 식사 공간은 깨끗하고 잘 조직되었습니다.
가장 인상 깊었던 것은 서비스 수준이었습니다. 직원들은 항상 도움이되고 세심하고 전문적이어서 손님으로서 진심으로 감사하게 생각합니다.
여가 및 출장 모두에 적극 권장됩니다. 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것이다!

리리뷰어The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge.
For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain)
Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests...
Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta.
Summarised:
1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp)
2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic.
3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis)
Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well:
1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected.
2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside.
3. There was no hot water for showering.
4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment)
5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D
In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

Llike****방은 적당한 수준이고 하룻밤에 3~400위안이면 환승이 가능합니다. 하지만 가장 좋은 점은 공항 픽업 서비스가 있다는 점입니다. 먼저 호텔에 이메일을 보내는 것이 가장 좋습니다.
공항 셔틀: 이비스의 가장 좋은 점은 셔틀이 있다는 것입니다. 공항 픽업 장소는 국내선으로 도착하는 곳, 즉 국제선 출구에서 좌회전하여 끝까지 걸어가면 꽤 거리가 있는 곳입니다. 다음날 하차는 기본적으로 30분을 제외하고 매시간 진행됩니다. T3 하차는 약 20분 정도 소요되므로 그에 맞게 시간을 계획하시면 됩니다.

Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

방은 한 층 내려가야 하는데, 직원분들이 짐을 들어주셔서 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 방은 좀 작고 시설도 평범했지만, 깨끗했어요. 호텔 객실에 창문이 없는 것 같더라고요.
가장 큰 단점은 정말 시끄럽다는 거예요. 무슨 기계 소음인지 계속 윙윙거렸습니다.
조식은 별로였어요 😂 기내식보다 맛없는 것 같았어요. 출발층 밖에 먹을 곳이 꽤 있으니, 조식은 굳이 안 먹어도 될 것 같아요.
전반적으로 괜찮았고, 번거로움 없이 편하게 이용할 수 있다는 점이 가장 큰 장점입니다.

SSavitri DjRoom: Since the accommodation is actually apartment that is available for daily rental, there is no daily cleaning, no daily towel changes, and no breakfast. However, the room is quite large and neat for the price. Especially, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the city.
Facilities: For those who enjoy swimming, they have a long and spacious pool. There is also a gym with fairly comprehensive facilities. Also, since the ground floor has tenants including a minimarket, coffee shop, and laundry it is very convenient.
Location: Not secluded and on the main road. It's close to ICE BSD, so if you need to attend an event there, it would be an excellent choice. You don't have to worry about breakfast because there is a coffee shop nearby that serves it as well.
I wouldn't stay here for a long time, but I don't mind to return for another quick trip (one or two nights).
