Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay

숙소를 찾아서 정말 놀랐습니다. 최대한 빨리 또 하룻밤을 보낼 예정입니다(사이트를 봤을 때 더 많은 밤을 예약하고 싶었지만 더 이상 예약이 불가능했습니다). 깨끗한 시설, 깨끗한 침구, 깨끗한 욕실 뜨거운 물로. 우리를 체크인해준 남자는 매우 친절했고 숙소 규칙을 우리에게 설명하고 주변 환경(근처 상점과 레스토랑)에 대해 조금 설명했습니다. 주방이 있으며 무료로 사용할 수 있는 몇 가지 기본 사항(커피, 쌀, 기름.. .) 객실에는 Wi-Fi와 선풍기도 있습니다(에어컨은 별도로 계약되어 있어서 필요하지 않았으며 밤이 별로 덥지 않았습니다. 요점을 말하자면, 창문이 없습니다(그렇습니다). 작은 추출기가 2개 있음) 대기 중에 약간의 습도가 느껴졌지만 지역과 국가를 고려하면 견딜 수 없는 것은 아닙니다. 제가 갔던 곳의 비용을 두 배로 지불했거나 다소 편안함을 느끼기 위해 청소하는 데 2시간을 소비해야 했습니다. ... 꼭 돌아올 필요는 없었지만 1박 이상 예약하겠습니다... 이제 떠나게 되어 아쉽습니다.

Recently transitioned to the Swing & Pillows brand, with ongoing renovation that's now largely complete. The all-important Quality of Welcome, so rare in JB hotels, is outstanding. Kudos to Umar, Jason and the team. 👍🏼 😍. Check in is fast and efficient. Keypad code for entry to the property if reception unattended may seem obvious, but it's a big help with both security and quality of life for hotel guests. Rooms are truly spotless, towels and linens are new and fresh, the bathrooms functional and the showers 🚿 enjoyable. All these things are rareties that are not to be taken for granted with JB hotels in this price range. By the way, even the Single Room No Windows is fairly spacious and the aircon and WiFi (do select the 5GHz band) are very effective. An easy, and strong, recommendation from me. I've been visiting JB for over 15 years, lived in JB for over a year before Covid-19 and have been super critical of JB hotels (price, quality, service, cleanliness and security / safety concerns) over the years. Swing & Pillows @Johor Bahru is a successful transformation of an old property. Well done 👏🏼 💕.

The cleanliness was acceptable, and the self check-in service was convenient. However, the soundproofing is poor—you can clearly hear the lift operating outside the room. In addition, when the neighboring guests were making noise around 11 p.m., we asked the staff for assistance to ask them to lower the noise, but no action was taken. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, despite the decent cleanliness and self check-in service.

이 호텔은 단지 잠시 쉬어가기 위한 저예산 호텔이므로 너무 큰 기대를 해서는 안 됩니다. 하지만 좋은 점은 음식과 침대 시트가 깨끗하고 에어컨과 온수기가 잘 작동한다는 것입니다. 바로 옆에 Soul Asia 타이 마사지가 있고, 합리적으로 저렴하고 식사하러 너무 멀리 갈 필요가 없는 태국 레스토랑이 있어서 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 주변에는 운전자를 위한 충분한 공용 주차장(FOC)이 있으며, 부킷 인다의 야시장과 가장 인기 있는 레스토랑은 모두 호텔에서 차로 10분 이내 거리에 있습니다. 유일한 뇌조는 손으로 들고 다니는 수하물 1~2개(최대)와 우리 같은 작은 체격의 커플 2명만 들어갈 수 있는 매우 작은 방입니다. 화장실도 작으며 샤워 시설은 세면대와 변기 바로 위에 있습니다. 우리 방에는 창문이 없기 때문에 방은 매우 조용하고 어두우며 늦게 자는 데 좋습니다. 우리는 방 밖에서 들려오는 도로 소음 없이 밤새 잠을 잤습니다. 그래도 Trip.com에서 Bukit Indah에서 찾을 수 있는 가장 저렴한 방입니다. 1박당 SGD 20.34입니다. 불평할 것이 없습니다 😄

Very good location with walking distance to RNF mall and JB Sentral. Big and confirmation room. Also walking distance to nearby famous restaurant Botak. Driving 5 mins to JB old street. Limited parking space, but there is a paid open space car park nearby. The only con is quite noisy outside due to construction recently.

I have always enjoyed staying there but the wall plugs and tv points don’t seem to work at times .. this is the 2nd time I am experiencing it .. hope that changes

위치가 정말 좋았어요. KSL과 홀리데이 플라자까지 걸어갈 수 있었거든요. 체크인했을 때 방 청소가 안 되어 있었는데, 직원분이 15분 안에 다른 방으로 바꿔주셨어요. 서비스도 좋았고 로비도 아늑했어요.
