I had a great experience staying at Havona Hotel @ Meldrum CIQ. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, especially for travelers crossing through CIQ, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable stay.

숙소를 찾아서 정말 놀랐습니다. 최대한 빨리 또 하룻밤을 보낼 예정입니다(사이트를 봤을 때 더 많은 밤을 예약하고 싶었지만 더 이상 예약이 불가능했습니다). 깨끗한 시설, 깨끗한 침구, 깨끗한 욕실 뜨거운 물로. 우리를 체크인해준 남자는 매우 친절했고 숙소 규칙을 우리에게 설명하고 주변 환경(근처 상점과 레스토랑)에 대해 조금 설명했습니다. 주방이 있으며 무료로 사용할 수 있는 몇 가지 기본 사항(커피, 쌀, 기름.. .) 객실에는 Wi-Fi와 선풍기도 있습니다(에어컨은 별도로 계약되어 있어서 필요하지 않았으며 밤이 별로 덥지 않았습니다. 요점을 말하자면, 창문이 없습니다(그렇습니다). 작은 추출기가 2개 있음) 대기 중에 약간의 습도가 느껴졌지만 지역과 국가를 고려하면 견딜 수 없는 것은 아닙니다. 제가 갔던 곳의 비용을 두 배로 지불했거나 다소 편안함을 느끼기 위해 청소하는 데 2시간을 소비해야 했습니다. ... 꼭 돌아올 필요는 없었지만 1박 이상 예약하겠습니다... 이제 떠나게 되어 아쉽습니다.

The room is clean and the toilet is spacious. Other than no window the room is quite new. Well just rent for a quick rest and already love the environment. I definitely wanna come back on my next trip. Oh the self check in machine is very new to me so I would love to give it a try again.

Stay for only a night and overall is okay. Able to find car park here and many restaurants nearby. One thing is the lamp in the room is not considered bright enough. Only warm light for the bedroom and white light for washroom. Towel toothbrush toothpaste tea sugar all provided. Two room cards provided with refundable deposit RM50.

위치가 아주 좋고 쇼핑몰과 검문소와도 매우 가깝습니다. 저는 침대 두 개가 있는 개인 싱글룸을 예약했습니다. 침대가 그다지 깨끗하지 않았고 머리카락이 몇 개 있었습니다. 일부 객실은 장기 투숙용이었고, 기숙사 같은 분위기였습니다. 화장실에 휴지가 제공되지 않았습니다.

확실히 다시 여기에 예약 할 것입니다. 직원은 매우 도움이되고 좋습니다. 우리는 오후 1시에 도착합니다. 그녀에게 일찍 체크인 할 수 있는지 물었지만 그녀는 오후 2시에만 체크인 할 수 있다고 말했지만 그녀는 우리가 10 분 후에 체크인 할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 분, 정말 감사합니다. 어쨌든 위치는 매우 좋고 나는 방을 좋아합니다.

The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.

Can see the cleaners hard at work to keep the place sparkling clean, though the bedsheet seems abit yellowish and towel railings rusty. Maybe time to upgrade fittings. They have a sitting area where u can grt free drinks (milo, coffee etc) from dispenser machine.

This is my 5th? 6th? time staying at Atelier. They are my top choice as I always have business at Pelangi. This time, I tried booking the Junior Suite, an upgrade from my usual SQ/SK option. Specially for their bathtub as I needed a nice mental break. However, I noticed the bathtub does not even fill. It drains as quickly as it fills so that not only waste a lot of water, it doesn't even fill beyond 10cm of water. It was such a shame I looked forward to enjoying this amenity. The toilet drains really slowly also at one point I panicked because i thought it will flood. All other amenities were amazing. Aircon, bed, tv, perfect. I had an amazing stay I didn't want to go out after my business appointment. I just stayed in and ordered takeout meals. I love Atelier!!! Please consider fixing the bathtub plug so will waste less water and enhance bathtub experience.

The check-in counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room we had -- Rm # 201 was spacious and clean.The bed was very comfortable.The room was surprisingly quiet; maybe it was because it was a cul-de-sac room. Bathroom was basic but clean. The only thing I dislike was the shower head, which had a spray setting so spread out that caused us to take longer to shower. The bidet water pressure so strong that it's 'hard to use. If the hotel could fix these two problems, it would have sweeten the deal even more. The room cost around $37 at the time of my booking. Overall the hotel makes a good choice in this price range for a one to two nights' stay. P.S. The hotel is located very near to Aeon, where an overhead bridge leads to the other side of the road with lots of f&b offerings.
