Comfortable stay, hotel a bit dated but clean and functional, staff mainly friendly, issues at breakfast with staff working really hard but not able to keep up with food replenishment, told by manager to use a paper cup as no clean cups available, had to ask twice for coffee machine to be filled with milk.
Reasonable choice of breakfast items, unfortunately no pastries though.
Good amount of free parking available, staff clearing and cleaning tables friendly and hardworking.

Inside the Stirling university which is a nice and quiet environment, but it requires travelling to the city centre. There is no restaurant which opens for dinner except that in the hotel.
The original room on ground floor given to us has a strong odour smell, which did not disappear after cleaning by housekeeping team. The reception initially refused to change the room. Only after we insisted then we were given another room on the first floor, but it wasted us almost 1.5 hour in waiting.
Otherwise, everything is very good including the excellent breakfast.

Wir hatten ein hundefreundliches Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer im Cottage, in dem schon ein Hundebett, -napf und Leckerlis auf uns gewartet haben. Wir konnten auch gleich einen Tisch im dazugehörigen Pub reservieren. Der Service sowohl am Empfang als auch im Pub war sehr aufmerksam und insgesamt haben wir uns bei unserem Aufenthalt während der West Highland Way Wanderung sehr wohl gefühlt.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Stirling by foot, can't beat it! It's a basic hotel but has all you really need, with no frills. Staff were fast and helpful, parking on site. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower pressure isn't great. But rooms were quiet, bed comfortable.

This hotel gives serious ”just got married” vibes. Stunning decor, luxury coated in pure style and the service and food in the restaurant is fantastic. Worth every penny

리리뷰어I really loved my stay The Allan Park. Such a nice cozy homie place. Very spacious room that has everything you need, staff is really helpful and friendly, cozy lounge room with a fireplace. The only thing I would suggest adding is the hook on a bathroom door for a towel. Would love to stay here in future and highly recommend for anyone.

리리뷰어Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

NNick England방은 넓고 깨끗했고 프론트 데스크 리셉션은 쾌적하고 도움이되었습니다. 호텔 라운지와 식사 공간은 크고 밝았습니다. 장식은 축축하고 모든 곳에서 못생긴 카펫과 벽지가 광범위하게 사용되었습니다.
이상한 샤워 혼합 밸브 배치로 인해 샤워를 할 때 욕조가 매우 빨리 채워졌습니다. 회전 유리 샤워 도어 / 디플렉터 배치로 인해 샤워 스프레이가 욕실 바닥에 끝나지 않도록하는 것이 불가능했습니다. 욕실 문에는 프라이버시를위한 적절한 손잡이 / 묶음 / 잠금 장치가 없었으며 자석으로 닫혔습니다. 주차를 찾는 것은 공포의 이야기였습니다. 모든 정기적 인 장소가 취해졌고 남은 것은 완전히 혼란 스러웠습니다. 다른 모든 사람들은 방금 즉석에서 주차하고 잔디 등을 풀에 따라 드라이브를 찾을 수있는 곳 ...
Wi-Fi는 전체 체류 기간 동안 작동하지 않았습니다. 리셉션 직원은 라우터가 ”과부하”일 가능성이 있다고 표시했습니다. 그들은 라우터를 리셋했지만 도움이되지 않았습니다. 방에 물리적 LAN 드롭도 없었습니다.
우리는 처음에 존재하지 않았던 아침 식사 (뷔페 스타일 - 거의 빈 따뜻한 사람)에 20 파운드를 지불했습니다. 우리가 식사 지역에 들어갔을 때, 사람은 거의 없었지만 많은 ... 더러운 요리, 칼, 기타 등으로 덮인 대부분의 테이블 ... 연장 된 기다린 음식이 흘러 나왔다. 그 동안 우리는 커피를 찾아야했다 (인스턴트 커피는 게 만들어졌다). 실제 음식 제공은 일단 나타 났지만 많은 품목이 미리 포장 된 품목으로 재 가열되어 거의 히디 (과일, plain yogurt 등 ...) 옵션이 없었습니다.

JJonathanNice pub and rooms, ideal stopping off point travelling up north near Stirling. The restaurant is good, with reasonably priced classic pub food and selection of beers. Unfortunately we left too early to have the full Scottish breakfast which was included.
