Accessible room with twin beds was large, clean and well equipped. Great location off A1M with alternative to hotel restaurant if needed. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Perfect for breaking our motorway journey.

Absolutely spotless and finished to a high standard. Decor is modern and appealing throughout. Staff are helpful. Lovely restaurant and fantastic coffee served there. The only slight issue I would say, is that you can hear guests in the next room very easily and this isn’t desirable for obvious reasons. We sadly ended up with very noisy guests in the room next to us the first night we stayed and this caused considerable disruption to our sleep pretty much all night. Saying this, we didn’t notify the staff though (so they may have been able to help) as there was no phone in the room. The next night was fine and completely silent so this would be dependent on who you have staying near you.

The accommodation was close to the theatre and centre of town. The room was very small, but it was clean and okay for the one night we booked.

Very clean and modern hotel just a short walk from Stockton High Street (incidentally, only 16 minutes walk from Thornaby rail station which is the better option than Stockton station itself - ironic that the town that gave us the railways has a mostly abandoned rail station!) Reception staff were friendly and efficient allowing me to check in early to get to the Stockton Calling festival. Buffet style breakfast didn't disappoint either! Will definitely be returning!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location in the middle of high street is ideal for all surrounding amenities The hotel Is very quaint, quirky and comfortable and clean and affordable The staff are very accommodating and breakfast is first class, service is good. I would highly recommend this to anyone
