Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city.
The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk.
What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus.
Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

CChrish_OG우리가 받은 패밀리룸 #2는 정말 넓어요!! 제 집보다 더 커요. 위치가 꽤 좋고, 택시가 많이 지나가요. 호텔까지는 오르막길을 걸어가면 되고(번햄 파크에서 걸어가는 경우) 주요 도로까지는 내리막길을 걸어가면 됩니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았어요. 그들은 하루 전에 선호하는 아침 식사를 묻고, 아침에 문을 두드려 언제 먹고 싶은지 물어봅니다. 컴포트룸도 크고, 다행히 온수 샤워도 아주 잘 됩니다. 짐을 둘 수 있을 만큼 넓은 옷장도 있어요. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심이 많았어요. 하지만... 물론 우리가 머무는 동안 단점도 있었어요. 첫째, 방에 들어갔을 때 방에서 고양이 오줌 냄새가 살짝 났습니다. 고양이를 키우는 사람이라면 고양이가 카펫이나 커튼에 오줌을 누는 냄새를 아실 거예요? 그리고 바로 청소하지 않았나요? 길고양이가 방 안으로 들어와서 표시를 했거나 새끼 고양이를 낳았을 거예요. 고양이 오줌 냄새가 매우 미묘해서 냄새가 사라지는 듯... 아니면 뇌가 그 냄새를 잊어버리는 걸까요. 🤣 또 다른 점은 싱글 침대 2개를 위한 별도의 방이 있다는 것입니다. 우리는 다른 방에서 자고 싶어하지 않아서 결국 더블 침대에서 모두 잤습니다. 더블 침대는 우리 취향에는 약간 너무 딱딱했습니다. 체크아웃 시간이 너무 이르고 오전 11시 30분인데 연장은 불가능합니다. 결국 오전 8시에 체크아웃했고(투어가 있어서) 프런트 데스크 로비 앞에 짐을 두고 왔습니다. 룸서비스도 이용할 수 없는데, 모든 손님이 식사를 해야 하는 레스토랑/식당이 있거든요.
다시 여기 머물까요? 아마 그럴 겁니다. 하지만 다시 2호실에 배정된다면 다른 방에 머물도록 요청할 겁니다. 🤣

익익명 사용자We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

리리뷰어Wi-fi is spotty. No bedroom slippers. No decent table in the room. No hot water in the lavatory. When I raised the concern of white sediments present in the faucet water which could be a health concern, I was just asked to just get water from the dispenser. It was not properly checked, and I was not moved to a different room.

바기오에 아주 일찍 도착했는데 오후 늦게 체크인 할 수 있어서 접수원에게 일찍 체크인 할 수 있는지 물어보려고 했습니다. 호텔은 내가 도착하기 전날 밤에 풀 하우스가되어 이른 체크인이 적합하지 않았지만 체크인 시간을 기다리는 동안 시내를 돌아 다니는 동안 힘들지 않도록 소지품을 맡길 수 있다고 제안했습니다.
베드룸 슬리퍼를 제외하고 세면도구와 수건이 제공됩니다. 이는 매우 약간의 문제로 간주됩니다.
전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다! 👌🏻

리리뷰어The hotel is okay for a short stay, though there are a few things to keep in mind.
The place is a bit old, and it shows in some of the room features. The electrical outlets are the parallel type, so you’ll need to bring an adapter if you plan to charge your devices. The bathroom setup could also use some improvement—the door doesn’t lock, and the shower door doesn’t fully close, which means water can easily spill out and leave the floor wet.
We paid a little under ₱2000 for an overnight stay, which already included breakfast. The location is also fairly convenient. If you enjoy walking, Burnham Park is about a kilometer away, and it’s an easy and pleasant walk—we ended up going there on foot ourselves.
Overall, it’s not the most modern or polished place, but it works fine if you’re just looking for a simple place to stay for the night.
