저희는 가족 스위트룸을 예약했는데, 무료로 업그레이드 받아 엄청 큰 방을 얻었습니다. 싱글 침대 2개와 더블 침대 1개, 그리고 거실과 식탁이 있어서 4명이 지내기에 충분했습니다. 가장 중요한 것은! 매트리스가 정말 역대급으로 편안했어요. 매년 여행을 다니지만 이렇게 놀라운 매트리스는 처음입니다. 너무 편해서 침대에서 일어나고 싶지 않을 정도였어요. 부드러우면서도 지지력이 있어서 수면의 질이 정말 좋았습니다. 떠날 때 어떤 브랜드 매트리스인지 물어볼 수밖에 없었습니다. 위치도 좋았습니다. 대수차(大水车)와 매우 가까워서 몇 걸음만 가면 도착하고, 조용해서 차량 소음도 없어서 아주 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절해서 마치 집에 온 듯한 느낌이 들었습니다. 숙소까지 택시를 타면 택시비도 환불해 주었습니다. 위생 상태도 깨끗했고, 5층에는 넓은 가족 공간이 있는데 세탁기 2대와 건조기 2대가 있어서 빨래하기에도 충분했습니다. 피트니스 시설! 웬일인지 랙이 설치되어 있어서 정말 실용적이었고, 맞은편에는 거울까지 있어서 운동하기 매우 편리했습니다. 정말 집에 온 것 같았어요. 6층은 레스토랑이라고 하는데 사실 카페 같았습니다. 테라스 전망대가 있고 내부에는 벽난로도 있었습니다. 호텔에서 무료 애프터눈 티를 제공했는데, 디저트, 과일, 커피까지 섬세하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 여기서 일하는 직원분이 만든 커피는 정말 맛있었습니다. 아침 식사로 나온 쌀국수도 맛있었습니다. 이 호텔에서 배달 음식을 시켰는데 하나도 실패한 것이 없었습니다. 밥이든 쌀국수든 디저트(아이스 브레드!)든 모두 정말 맛있었고, 아주 만족스러운 숙박 경험이었습니다!

I love this hotel so much. The hotel view is very great and the staff is very helping and friendly. Definitely will repeat. For the toilet very muslim friendly cause it has a bidet near the watercloset. It also serves free tea and orange. Very recommended.

B&B의 세심한 배려가 느껴집니다! 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 다음에 리장에 오면 꼭 이 호텔을 선택하겠습니다!

위치는 헤이룽탄과 고대 도시의 풍차와 가까워 매우 편리하며, 주변에 식당과 쇼핑할 곳도 많습니다. 객실은 작고 기본적인 가구로 꾸며져 있으며, 침구는 깨끗했지만 욕실 입구의 발매트는 교체되었으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 고객 서비스는 직원의 기분에 따라 달라지는 것 같았습니다. 첫날과 둘째 날의 경험이 극명하게 달랐습니다. 주차 관리와 고객 서비스는 개선이 많이 필요합니다. 교통 체증에 갇혔을 때, 직원은 전화를 찾아 연락하라고 했지만, 주차 위치를 모른다고 했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원과 고객 간의 언쟁을 목격하면서, 이틀간의 숙박이 날씨, 운, 그리고 직원의 기분에 따라 좋았다 나빴다 할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 다른 투숙객들은 이러한 부정적인 요소들을 겪지 않기를 바랍니다. 평소 같으면 별 5개를 주었을 것입니다.

🏠 숙소 환경이 매우 깨끗했고, 인테리어는 심플하면서도 편안했습니다. 객실에서는 얼하이 호수가 내려다보여 탁 트인 전망을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 공항에서도 불과 몇 킬로미터 떨어져 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 모든 객실에 더블 침대가 있어 커플 여행객에게 특히 좋았습니다. 숙소 주인분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다! 숨겨진 명소와 근처 맛집도 추천해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Most Memorable Stay of My First Trip to China I did a lot of research before choosing this guesthouse in Lijiang. Then I saw a photo of Aobai and somehow felt a calling 😂. I'm so glad I booked it because this turned out to be the most memorable stay of my entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei came to pick us up from the drop-off point and helped with our large and heavy luggage. We were travelling with children and walking slowly, but Xiaofei patiently walked with us while Ah Zhi pulled the luggage trolley all the way. My first impression was that Ah Zhi and Xiaofei looked quite serious and intimidating 😂, but after getting to know them, I discovered they are some of the kindest and most helpful people I met during my trip. The guesthouse is tucked away among the shops, making it peaceful, quiet, and cozy. We were welcomed by beautiful lady boss Wang Hui with high-quality Pu'er tea and flower pastries. The hospitality started immediately, and the tea never seemed to stop flowing. Xiaofei, who constantly made sure I never went thirsty. Every time he saw me, he would offer me tea or stop by for a chat. Although my Mandarin is limited, communication was never a problem. We used Google Translate whenever needed and even had a few of our famous ”fresh air sessions” together 😂. Before long, it became an inside joke whenever Ah Zhi or Xiaofei saw me. Of course, I cannot forget Aobai, the true star of the guesthouse! The owners were always happy to let Aobai out whenever my children wanted to see or play with him. After one play session, Xiaofei even noticed my coat was covered in Aobai's fur and handed me a lint remover. Such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was one of the most unique experiences. All guests sit together at one long dining table, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. As a Muslim, I couldn't eat the noodles, but that was not a problem. I enjoyed steamed sweet potatoes, corn, and eggs, while the staff kindly prepared hot water for the cup noodles I brought for my children and even provided milk drinks. Everyone was respectful of my dietary restrictions. There is also a free-flow coffee machine in the lobby using freshly ground coffee beans. Thank you, Ah Zhi, for making fresh coffee for me. When I requested milk for my coffee, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei happily helped. These little gestures made me feel so welcome. It rained throughout our stay, but Xiaofei and Ah Zhi constantly reminded us to take umbrellas whenever we went out. Even when they were having dinner, they would come out to assist us, greet us when we returned, or see us off when we left. A special thank you to Wang Hui, Ah Zhi, and Xiaofei. Their warmth, kindness, and hospitality made us feel completely at home. On checkout day, our train was very early, and Ah Zhi kindly sent us off with flower pastries and milk drinks for the journey. Xiaofei also recommended a halal restaurant nearby, and the food was exceptionally delicious. I would also like to thank the other staff members whose names I unfortunately did not get. Every single person we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. I already miss Aobai and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my first trip to China such a memorable one. This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 방은 크지 않지만 스마트 컨트롤, 프로젝션 TV, 쿵푸 차 세트, 체중계 등 시설이 완벽하고 새롭습니다. 공용 공간도 괜찮고, 세탁실도 있어요. 주변에 먹을 곳이 많고, 밤에도 시끄럽지 않습니다. 호텔은 고대 도시에 있지 않지만, 샹산 시장과 가깝습니다. 체크인 경험이 매우 좋았습니다. 추천합니다. 제가 불평할 수 있는 건 제가 묵었던 방에 대한 것입니다. 세면대 거울 아래에 유리가 있었고 방해가 되지 않았기 때문에 외부에서 온 사람들이 안에서 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 볼 수 있었고, 사람들은 매우 불안함을 느꼈습니다. 유리 구역을 봉쇄하는 것이 좋습니다.
