**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

일반적으로 좋은 경험. 해변가에 있는 큰 올 인클루시브 호텔입니다. 비수기인 4월에도 호텔은 꽤 붐습니다. 우리는 직원을 좋아했고 모두가 웃고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 올 인클루시브 패키지를 샀고 음식은 좋았습니다. 방은 넓고 코너 발코니가 있어 바다와 도시의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 베개는 편안했습니다. 날씨가 좋지 않아 바다에서 수영을 하지 않았지만(해변은 좋아 보였지만) 수영장을 시도했습니다. 충분히 큰 것 같았고 가장 깊은 끝은 1.8m에 달했습니다. 마이너스에 관해서는 호텔에 약간의 개조가 필요하다고 말하고 싶습니다. 객실과 복도는 지쳤습니다. 우리 욕실에서 나쁜 냄새가 났고 첫날 우리는 거기에서 벌레(바퀴벌레 가능)를 보았습니다. 룸서비스는 매일 진행되었지만 방이 깨끗하다는 인상을 받았다고 말하기는 어렵습니다. 다음 호텔의 나이트 바도 언급할 가치가 있습니다. 어느 날 밤 자정까지 매우 시끄러운 음악이 연주되었고 발코니 문이 닫혀 있는 4층에서 아주 잘 들렸습니다. 우리는 비수기에 많은 문제를 겪지 않았지만 호텔이 가득 차서 주차장이 조금 작아 보인다고 말하고 싶습니다.

이 가격과 4 성급 호텔에 실망합니다. 방은 간신히 수용 가능했고 침대 아래에서 분명히 청소되지 않았으며 안경, 수건, 비누 및 샴푸 용기는 도착 시 거의 비어 있지 않고 머무는 동안 전혀 채워지지 않았습니다. 수건은 악몽이었습니다. 때로는 충분했고 때로는 하나, 때로는 두 개도 놓쳤습니다. 철을 얻는 것은 전투였고 세탁 서비스를 잊었습니다. 요청은 항상 좋은 대답을 충족시키는 것은 아니었고, 그들은 예방 조치를 취하지 않고 우리 옆에 방을 그렸고, 냄새를 우리 방으로 멀리 끌어들였습니다. 점심은 그 지역에 대해 엄청나게 비쌌습니다. 잊어 버리십시오. 포함 된 아침 식사와 저녁 식사는 괜찮 았습니다. 주변이 약간 죽었지만 위치는 매우 좋았습니다.

레스토랑의 직원들은 사랑스럽고 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 음식은 다양한 선택으로 맛있었고 방 청소도 훌륭했습니다. 나에게 유일한 단점은 실내 수영장과 체육관 시설의 제한된 개장 시간이었습니다.

슈퍼 서비스 음식 애니메이션, 기후가 잘 작동하지 않는 것을 제외하고는 모든 것이 괜찮습니다.

Excellent hotel , staff very helpful , currency exchange , better than the very few ones in the area . Food was really good , plenty of choice , even salad s looked fresh . Beer very good , imported spirits , mostly no charge , all round very good , only gripe , a map of complex would be helpful , only found the water slides by accident ? .

Loved the hotel.  Breakfast is amazing with a great variety. Dinner lack variety and no Tunisians specials, which was a bit disappointing.  Overall the hotel amenities were great . Access to private beach and swimming pool was great.   Karim 🇬🇧

和遊樂場、商業街、很多餐館建在同一個完整街區，形成了一個旅遊綜合體。 酒店的住宿部分又分為三大塊，一個是跟大堂及餐廳連在一起的迴廊式多層，房間應該是比較標準的酒店雙床房、大床房；另一個部分入口處有專人把守進不去。 我們本來定的是第一類，也沒有解釋，直接給送到了第三類：仿當地民居聚落，要走曲折的小巷子，像回自己家一樣開門，然後來到一個兩室兩廳兩衞再加一個內院的套房，一共三張床。這也太划算了吧！我們就母女倆，“不得不”一人住一間房哈哈哈。不過房間裝修一半，特別是倆馬桶離側牆距離都非常近，很不合理。照片一是這個區域的小巷子。 圖二是從大堂前往住宿三區的庭院，上面一圈也是套房，下沉庭院裏有餐廳，但因為是淡季都沒開門。庭院中有四顆樹，樹冠不大，每個傍晚卻會飛進幾百衹椋鳥，嘰嘰喳喳地熱鬧極了。 費用裏包括每天兩餐buffet，還算豐富，最起碼我連吃三天沒吃膩。北非餐食有大量燉煮、油炸、煎烙的手法，跟中餐有很多相似之處。甜點的形狀跟北方中式點心可謂一模一樣，不過味道嘛……甜到齁。
