필리핀 비콜 소재 5성급 호텔

드디어 다시 문을 열게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 저희 후기는 다음과 같습니다. 객실 첫 번째 객실은 괜찮았지만 에어컨 필터가 더러워서 직원에게 청소를 부탁했습니다. 다음에는 수영을 하러 나가고 싶었지만, SDB(냉장고)가 캐비닛에 고정되어 있지 않아서 분리할 수 있다는 걸 알면서도 어떻게 ”안전”하다고 할 수 있었는지 의문이었습니다. 그래서 그냥 넘겼습니다. 수영장에서 수영을 마치고 돌아와 샤워를 했는데, 아, 그런데! 배수가 전혀 안 되더라고요 😂 그래서 다른 방으로 옮겨달라고 요청했습니다. 그래서 다음 방에 들어서면 한동안 사용하지 않은 냄새가 났습니다. 카펫에는 먼지가 쌓여 발에 닿을 정도였습니다. 이 방은 에어컨과 욕실이 이제 괜찮습니다. 레스토랑 볼캐닉 그릴 - 전에는 음식 덕분에 여기서 쉬는 게 정말 좋았는데, 저희가 묵는 동안은 음식이 제한적이고 그릴에 구울 고기도 없었습니다 😅 볼캐닉 그릴이라는 이름이 왜 붙었을까요? 다른 음식을 주문했는데, 솔직히 맛있고 양도 많았어요. 조식 - 평일이라 뷔페는 아닐 거라고 예상했는데, 음식은 예전과 같지는 않았지만 그래도 풍성했어요. 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었습니다. 수영장 물론 이 호텔에서 마욘의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 더 할 말은 없고, 사진만 봐도 알 수 있죠. 서비스 직원들은 모두 정중했습니다. 가격 가격이 좀 비싼 편인데, 손님을 유치하려면 먼저 가격을 낮춰야 할 것 같습니다.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that permeated every aspect of my stay. Whether I was relaxing in my room, enjoying the hotel's facilities, or savoring the delicious cuisine, I felt like I was experiencing the best of the best.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.
