파키스탄 펀자브 소재 4성급 호텔

호텔 경영진님께 !!! 이 호텔은 정말 최고예요! 칭찬해도 모자랄 정도예요. 특히 리셉션 직원들은 제가 파키스탄에서 경험해 본 것 중 최고의 고객 서비스 기술을 갖추고 있어요. 마치 서양 호텔에 있는 것 같아요. 이름을 기억하고 싶었지만, 체크인과 체크아웃을 담당해주신 직원분은 정말 전문적이고 고객 서비스 능력이 훌륭했어요. 리셉션 경영진은 그 직원의 신원을 알아내서 급여를 인상해 줘야 해요. 신의 가호가 있기를 바랍니다.

오후 3시에 준비될 것이라고 말했지만 체크인을 위해 30분 이상 기다렸습니다. 아파트는 아직 준비되지 않았고 우리가 손님으로 전혀 대우받지 못한 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 체크아웃할 때 그들은 우리가 떠나기 전에 아파트를 검사해야 했기 때문에 멈추고 다시 기다리라고 요청했습니다. 이 지연으로 인해 비행기를 놓쳤습니다. 전체 경험은 매우 실망스럽고 실망스러웠습니다.

I stayed another night. Everything is ok. Room service was a bit too instrusive with excessive and unnecessary knocking on the door for questions (especially when I am a woman staying alone in the room). Otherwise all good. Breakfast was a plus.

오래된 아파트 단지입니다. 대부분의 침실은 3베드룸 스위트 스타일을 기반으로 합니다. 침실 창은 복도에서 열리며 그 자체는 Avari의 절름발이 전술입니다. 출입할 때마다 5km를 돌아야 하기 때문에 위치 자체는 매우 불편합니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 실망스럽고 우울합니다. 나는 고정 관념을 싫어하지만 부주의한 abbasi(s)가 인수한 또 다른 faizabad 호텔처럼 보입니다. 직원들은 분명히 정중하지만 손님의 우려를 들어보거나 이해하는 데 관심이 없습니다. 경영진이 이것을 건설적인 검토로 고려하고 견고한 개선을 할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Nice selection of breakfast Stayed for one night, can’t comment much Service is up to standard.

Firs time stayed in this hotel and honestly it’s 10 on 10 . Amazing location and great atmosphere.

Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort is an excellent hotel for family and business. Staff is very cooperative and polite with professional service. But aramada should provide complimentary clothes ironing services to all guests. I stayed there from 7th May to 9th May, but they charged me PKR 1,880 for ironing just one dress.

I had high expectations as the hotel came with recommendations from different people, however, it turned out to be kinda disappointing. very old rooms. ACs were out of order and the whole night was full of sweating. breakfast was very limited which you would not expect from an expensive hotel.
