그래도 최고의 서비스와 시설을 자랑합니다. 어제 묵었던 것은 주말에 묵는 손님들이 너무 많고 연회장에서 비공개 행사가 있어서 조금 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 밤 03시 30분, 복도에서 여러 사람이 문을 두드리며 이야기를 나누는 소리가 들려 쉬고 있던 다른 손님들의 편안함을 방해했습니다.

Very well maintained hotel. Clean and location is next to a big mall. Very convenient for food.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Recommended hotel to stay at Pekanbaru. Cleanliness is good. Modern & minimalist design The location is also good. The hotel allowed early check in with free airport pick up and drop off.

더운 날인데요 냉방기가 꺼져있어 입실 시 꿈꿈한 냄새가 많이 났어요. 그이고 침구에서 약간 담배냄새가 올라왔어요.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

공항에서 약 30분 거리에 있는 편안한 호텔로, 공원과 관공서 건물 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었는데, 특히 아침 근무를 하던 아담한 체구의 컨시어지 직원 이만 씨(아쉽게도 성함을 여쭤보지 못했습니다)와 추가 침대를 요청하고 좋은 관광지를 추천해 준 객실 청소 직원에게 감사드립니다. 아궁 씨의 체크인도 순조로웠습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 전반적으로, 이번이 프리미어 페칸바루에서의 첫 숙박이었는데, 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

객실 위생이 좋고 욕실이 부족합니다. 이것은 욕실 사진입니다. 검은 세라믹 수도꼭지 / 매트 (곰팡이), 아침 식사 메뉴가 좋고 서비스가 매우 좋습니다.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.
