To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

Nice place, but you can’t use the swimming pool because they work on it until end of may i remember. Breakfast really good, with kind staff. After everything is really expensive, food, drink, you have to pay if you check in early and you have to pay if you want to go to the ferry (50.000 with the hotel, 15.000 in the street). So I would advice to go to Patra Dumai Hotel, free early check in, free driver if you want to move, and food is cheaper. It was a better experience

한 푼 한 푼 다 가치가 있어요!!! 🤩 깨끗하고 편안하며, 아침 식사는 매우 다양합니다. 호텔은 또한 규칙을 매우 엄격하게 준수합니다. 다시 페칸바루에 간다면 또 여기서 스테이케이션 할 거예요 🥰

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

Pertama menginap disini, tempat lokasinya agak sedikit jauh dari downtown, sesampai di lokasi berasa pindah alam dari keramaian-kesunyian-kemewahan, ada hidden paradise di ujung perjalanan. Fasilitasnya sangat lengkap dan bersih Makanan dan sarapan enak dan pelayan restonya sangat ramah dan tanggap

그래도 최고의 서비스와 시설을 자랑합니다. 어제 묵었던 것은 주말에 묵는 손님들이 너무 많고 연회장에서 비공개 행사가 있어서 조금 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 밤 03시 30분, 복도에서 여러 사람이 문을 두드리며 이야기를 나누는 소리가 들려 쉬고 있던 다른 손님들의 편안함을 방해했습니다.

나는 내 경험에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 시내 중심가에서 단 몇 걸음 거리에 있는 호텔의 전략적인 위치 덕분에 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 직원은 방문 내내 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하며 항상 얼굴에 미소를 지으며 도움을 줄 준비가 되어 있습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 필요한 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 호텔 시설도 칭찬할 만합니다. 수영장과 피트니스 센터 덕분에 머무는 동안 활동적으로 지낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑의 아침 식사도 훌륭했고, 맛있는 음식을 다양하게 선택할 수 있었습니다 💯💯
