Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

Overall it was a good experience staying in Novotel Pekanbaru. In fact this is the third time I’m returning to put up this hotel. The fact that it is clean and the rooms are spacious and surely one of the best hotels along the street.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

그래도 최고의 서비스와 시설을 자랑합니다. 어제 묵었던 것은 주말에 묵는 손님들이 너무 많고 연회장에서 비공개 행사가 있어서 조금 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 밤 03시 30분, 복도에서 여러 사람이 문을 두드리며 이야기를 나누는 소리가 들려 쉬고 있던 다른 손님들의 편안함을 방해했습니다.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the Wi-Fi was slow. Good for business travelers who don't mind a few minor issues.

The hotel is ok. Sound proof is poor. You can hear sound from the corridor. Maintenance needs to keep up. The air-conditioner is leaking at the lobby area The staff is not taking action. Just acknowledge the issue.

전반적인 숙박은 만족스러웠지만, 오후 5시에 마사지 예약을 하려고 전화했을 때 ”가능하다”는 안내를 받았던 것이 문제였습니다. 그런데 막상 스파에 도착하니 직원 두 명이 낮잠을 자고 있었고, 저는 기다려야 했습니다. 나중에 한 직원이 이미 예약이 꽉 찼으니 7시까지 기다려야 한다고 말했습니다. 약속을 지키지 않은 것도 문제지만, 아무런 조치도 취하지 않은 것은 더욱 문제였습니다. 결국 아무런 보상도 받지 못했습니다.

에어컨을 제외하고는 모든 것이 괜찮습니다. 전혀 춥지 않습니다. 호텔에 와서 확인하도록 요청하십시오. 조치가 취해지지 않았습니다. 몇 번 확인을 요청한 후 밤 시간에만 기술자가 확인하러 왔습니다. 예. 확인만 하면 됩니다. 그 후에도 여전히 아무것도 없습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 하지만 그 A / C 때문에 , 경험은 조금 갑작 스러웠습니다. 10/10에서 7/10으로 내려갑니다. 예, 에어컨 때문에. 나는 가장 비싼 방에 머문다. 그러나 그것에 대한 서비스는 완전히 나왔습니다. 새로운 손님을 위해 호텔에 엄격하게 대하십시오. 1 시간 이내에 조치가 취해지지 않으면 다른 방이나 호텔을 변경하는 것을 고려할 수 있습니다.
