B&B 호텔에서 내 방의 청결에 대한 불만 B&B 호텔의 객실 청결 및 하우스 키핑 표준에 대해 불만을 제기하고 싶습니다. 방을 청소한 후 침대 시트가 교체되지 않은 것을 알았습니다. 침대 시트에 여전히 눈에 띄는 얼룩이 있었고 침대에서 머리카락도 몇 개 발견했습니다. 이것은 내가 머물기 전에 침구가 교체되지 않았다는 명확한 인상을 주었고, 이는 받아 들일 수 없으며 위생에 대한 심각한 우려를 불러일으킵니다. 제가 볼 수 있는 것에서 볼 때, 청소한 유일한 것은 바닥을 진공 청소기로 청소하고, 싱크대를 청소하고, 테이블을 닦는 것이었습니다. 그러나 깨끗하고 새로 변경된 침대 시트 –을 제공하는 새로운 손님을위한 방을 준비하는 가장 중요한 부분은 완료되지 않았습니다. 침대 시트의 얼룩과 침구에 남은 머리카락을 보여주는 사진을 첨부했습니다. 이것들은 방의 청결 수준이 낮음을 분명히 보여줍니다. 손님이 호텔에서 합리적으로 기대해야 할 청결과 위생 수준을 충족시키지 못하기 때문에이 경험에 매우 실망했습니다. 침대 시트가 왜 바뀌지 않았는지에 대한 설명에 감사 드리며이 문제를 적절하게 조사하고 해결하기를 바랍니다. 당신의 답변을 기대합니다.

Good size room, could do more with maintenance of place, especially with the cleaning of the room, nice breakfast, like the bar area as well, nice selection of drinks, good swimming pool and sauna. Great location no far from the city centre. This place with a modern decoration and cleanliness can go up to a 5 star. Lovely staff, always ready to help you to get what you need. Definitely will be back again and will bring my kids too.

Unfortunately room not as described in marketing pictures Please be warned the hotel do not match your rooms nor make your stay any more welcoming First two rooms offered had dirty bedding & poor shower Third room had to accept but bathroom could have been modernised to mirror that of the photo on the website Hotel itself is beautiful

Experience a charming stay @Jockey club rooms, Newmarket (near Cambridge, UK) A truly traditional and sophisticated stay at the Jockey Club Rooms. Our deluxe room overlooked the beautifully kept gardens, and the interiors — especially the Colefax & Fowler fabrics — felt timeless and elegant. The bathroom was enormous, almost larger than the bedroom, and the whole property is filled with classic equestrian art and heritage charm. We enjoyed champagne in the private members’ bar, a rare privilege for overnight guests, and breakfast was exceptional — from eggs Benedict to eggs Royal, kippers, pancakes and more, all served in a grand dining room. Easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The atmosphere is old‑world English tradition at surprisingly accessible prices, with free parking and a perfect High Street location. Ideal for visiting Cambridge or Suffolk — and we loved being able to stroll to Thai Kitchen for dinner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, history, and understated luxury - all for the price of a room in the Premier inn!

The cheapest single room probably and its rear placing on the 1st floor close to the exit for amenities on the ground floor had its audible experience....unpleasant until late at night. ..every night of 4. However, with not much choice in the area one would have to use it again for which reason they count on frequent bookings. Then again, even if a bit of loyalty would not go a miss and at least give a room on the second floor where you have one less sound effect and some window covering too!

I stayed here i enjoyed this stay. I did boil the ketrle.and that just before leaving . Dr otteker i added as the water cam be dubiiois .the demand for this water is high so i add a cleaner and i passed the water via a brita style filter . Its nice for comlan. The riom is cold fpr.me this is super i need cold as heat can might may be bad news? So thr electruc stpped Hmm Then it seems the kettle was not on a trip circuit tp syop a nlown fuse in the plug of thr ketyel it been a notmality to have a kettel over flow. I diid not shower as i found the amount of wayer is difficult to.keep many areas as this in constant sypply I neede dot be hydrated if i wash that does not happen ..and i spebt two.days readdresi g g this need .. Advjce tp all hotels.os hav3 a ketgle.with glass hwrer the customer sees the water is dirty or clean..it.is.a.beyyer sytem.not.rto be too.well.its water . ?

We stayed the one night. All staff were helpful and welcoming. We had an internal small double room, quite claustrophobic and no natural airflow. Aircon was available in room. No child's menu in the restaurant but was told by reception sausages and chicken nuggets can be provided, and they were. Overpriced main meals in my opinion all about £18 and relatively narrow selection of options. Fire alarm went off just before midnight, so we had to evacuate, not ideal with a child but can't be helped, thankfully all was ok but then poor night sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at the premiere inn. I was hesitant at first but it was only one of a few places in bury that offered twin beds. Location was great, backed on to the Abby gardens, and a short walk into town.  Checkin was fine, you could do it yourself digitally or a real Person could help!! The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products and procedures, ie dinner, there were lots of desks and choices.  We hadn’t planned to eat there but the menu looks extensive and had some great new healthy options. Do we had dinner and happy hour wines.  Breakfast was immense too.  Shower was hot, pillows were plump, room was clean.  I did wonder why we did t have a fridge or bottled water but it was no biggy.  Overall I’d stay again.

우리는 우리 집에서 일을하는 동안 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 우리는 개를 우리와 함께 데려갈 수 있기 때문에 호텔을 좋아합니다. 우리가 가진 방은 안뜰에 있으므로 1층에 있습니다. 2인용과 강아지용으로 적당한 크기의 방. 우리는 비용을 낮추려고 노력하면서 호텔 시설을 너무 많이 사용하지 않았습니다. 우리는 전에 레스토랑과 바를 사용했습니다. 음식을 즐겼다. 이전 방문에서 먹었던 로스트 디너는 아래를 참조하십시오. 애프터눈 티는 정말 좋았습니다. 좋은 patjing 시설이지만 근처에 주요 도로 공사가 있습니다. 우리는 하우스 키핑을 거부하고 2 개의 무료 음료를 받았습니다. 좋은 부지와 여름에 사랑스러운 상상을 할 것입니다. 지금 객실에 에어컨. 욕실의 약간의 업데이트는 아프지 않을 것입니다. 곰팡이를 보여주기 위해 봉인. 수도꼭지, 마모된 플러그. 또한 32호실에서 사진 내용을 제출할 수 없습니다. 검토해야 합니다!!
