노르웨이 트롬스 소재 4성급 호텔

이 호텔은 위치가 정말 좋아서 상점과 레스토랑이 많습니다. 투어 집합 장소와도 가까워서 돌아오기에도 편리합니다. 전망이 정말 아름다워요. 2025년 11월 22일에는 객실에서 오로라를 볼 수 있었습니다. 욕실 바닥에 난방이 되어 있어서 추운 겨울에 아주 좋았습니다. 프런트 직원들도 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 이 호텔에 묵을 거예요.

시설: 전체 목조 구조, 매우 따뜻함, 해변, 엘리베이터가 없음, 객실 크기가 비교적 작음, 객실에 헤어 드라이어, 주전자 없음, 단순함. 아침 식사는 간단하고 빵, 소시지, 계란, 토마토, 오이, 매우 간단합니다. 위생: 깨끗함 환경: 바다 옆, 창 밖은 만, 창 아래는 바다입니다. 서비스: 레스토랑이 있고, 밤에 문을 열고, 체크인을 도와줄 웨이터가 있습니다.

공항, 시내랑 가까운 호텔이라서 선택했습니다! 직원분들도 친절하고 호텔 시설도 엄청 깔끔해요! 로비에는 웰컴티, 쿠키, 캔디도 있어서 당 챙기기도 좋습니다ㅎㅎ 중국인이 설립한건지는 모르겠는데 웰컴티가 중국차에 안내문도 중국어로 되어있더라구요! 10분 내외로 Coop 마트도 있고, 다른 식자재 마트도 있어서 간단히 먹을거 사와서 먹기 좋습니다. Tromso가 시내가 굉장히 작아서 성당 제외하고 웬만한 관광지는 다 호텔에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리 내에 있는 것 같아요:)

호텔의 위치는 공항에서 2km도 채 안되어 조금 어색합니다. 택시를 타면 175 크로나부터 시작하여 100 위안이 넘습니다. 돌아올 때는 공항버스를 타고 공항까지 갔는데, 요금은 3분에 80크로나였습니다. 버스들이 서로 가깝지 않아서 교통이 조금 문제가 있었습니다. 하지만 호텔 전체는 꽤 괜찮고, 특히 11층에 있는 무적의 전망 로비는 극지방의 아름다움을 감상할 가치가 있습니다.

Es war mein 3. Mal in diesem Hotel. Ausschlaggebend ist immer ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Wasser. Denn dieser Blick ist einfach unschlagbar schön. Wir waren jetzt zum ersten Mal eine ganze Woche. Da haben sich leider dann auch mal nicht so optimale Dinge gezeigt. Das enthaltene Essen ist grundsätzlich eine tolle Sache. Gerade in Skandinavien ist Essen gehen ja teuer und so ist es schön, dass das schon im Preis enthalten ist. Allerdings haben wir eine ziemliche Wiederholung der angebotenen Speisen festgestellt. Und die warmen Gerichte abends waren nur sehr lauwarm. Was echt nicht so toll war, ist, dass man den Reinigungsservice aktiv selbst anfordern muss. Haben wir auch gemacht, aber das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt (vor allem das Bad), nur Handtücher gewechselt und Seifensprender aufgefüllt. Und wenn man eine Woche da ist, fällt dann auch auf, das nur eine kleine Ecke zum aufhängen von Sachen sehr wenig ist. Wir hatten also die beiden Sessel voll liegen, was manchmal echt chaotisch war und man immer wieder neu aufräumen musste. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und freundlich. Und die Lage des Hotels eben auch ziemlich unschlagbar. Alles ist nah gelegen. Da wir einen kompletten Tag Regen/Schnee hatten und das Hotel gar nicht verlassen haben, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Möglichkeit mal in eine wärmende Sauna oder ein Schwimmbad zu gehen, oder eine Massage oder Kosmetikbehandlung im Hotel zu buchen auch ganz nett gewesen wären. Aufgrund des Ausblicks allein würde ich aber trotzdem immer wieder kommen ;-)

세 명이 이 호텔의 패밀리룸에서 4박 5일 동안 묵었습니다. 체크인할 때 주문에 약간의 문제가 있었습니다. Trip.com의 즉각적인 고객 서비스와 애프터서비스 덕분에 완벽한 여행을 보낼 수 있었습니다! 숙박 기간 동안 Clarion the Edge Tromso의 로비 고객 서비스 담당자인 Obah에게도 감사드립니다. 여러 여행 일정과 차량 서비스 문의에 인내심 있고 꼼꼼하게 답변해 주었습니다. Obah와 Johannes는 매우 친절하고 전문적인 서비스 태도를 보여주었습니다. 문제가 발생했을 때 즉시 도움을 주었고, 직접 객실로 가서 소파베드를 열고 금고를 수리해 주었습니다. 호텔 객실은 밝고 깨끗하며 매일 청소해 주고 타월 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 매일 풍성한 조식과 맛있는 저녁 식사가 제공됩니다. Andres의 서비스는 정말 세심합니다! 5성급 추천!

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

호텔은 정말 좋았습니다. 1층 레스토랑에는 24시간 온수, 차, 커피가 제공되었습니다. 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 있고 무료 짐 보관 서비스도 있습니다. 저희는 새벽 1시에 페리를 탔는데, 호텔에서 선착장까지 걸어서 5~6분밖에 걸리지 않아서 레스토랑에서 차를 마시며 여유롭게 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔의 세심한 서비스에 매우 만족했습니다. 공항 셔틀버스 정류장도 200미터 정도 거리에 있어서 편리했습니다. 아침 식사는 연어를 포함하여 푸짐했습니다 (간장이나 와사비는 없고 올리브 오일만 뿌려져 있었습니다). 하지만 연어는 양이 한정적인 것 같았습니다. 한 접시가 다 떨어지면 더 이상 나오지 않았습니다… 혹시 주방에 남아 있는지 물어볼 수 있었을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다!! 🤭🤭

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.
