I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Todo el personal fue encantador. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Chichén Itzá. La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena. Precios acordes. Todo muy bie

나는 2년 전에 Grand Fiesta Americana였을 때 이 위치에 있었습니다. 저녁 식사 레스토랑 메뉴와 품질은 훌륭했습니다. 이 호텔은 아름다운 환경과 사려 깊은 서비스를 갖추고 있어 가족 휴가에 적합합니다. 우리는 올인클루시브 서비스를 선택했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지만, 점심과 저녁 식사는 매우 평범했습니다. 어쩌면 우리는 음식에 대한 높은 기준을 가지고 있을지도 몰라요. 쇠고기는 나무 장작으로 요리되었고, 선택할 만한 괜찮은 해산물은 사실상 없었습니다. 블렌디드 와인은 농축된 주스와 와인을 그대로 통에 담아서 마시기 매우 어려웠습니다. 맛있는 음식을 맛보고 싶거나, 맛있는 음식에 대한 기대치가 높다면, 모든 음식이 포함된 패키지가 아닌, 조식이 포함된 패키지를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 해변 모래는 고운 모래가 아닙니다. 이 지역에서는 흔한 일이고, 아무런 문제가 없습니다.

They were having a power disruption (only partial power) when I arrived for check in. Things happen; but the way they were dealing with it was exceptional. The desk staff did everything they could to minimize the impact to the arriving guests until full power was restored. The only problem I had was that Trip stated they have an airport shuttle. They did not.  It seems that may have been canceled recently (benefit of the doubt) and Trip has not updated their information. That may be more Trips’s failing more than the hotel. It seems the responsibility of keeping Trip’s information accurate falls on Trip, not the individual vendors.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr. Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back. Also the rooms are big and very quiet, my girls an i was very satisfied.
