미국 버지니아 소재 4성급 호텔

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

위치도 좋고 가격도 저렴해서 머물기에 좋았습니다. 직원들도 정말 최고였어요! 셔틀 기사님부터 프런트 데스크 직원, 레스토랑 직원까지 모두 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했고 침대도 편안했습니다. 조식 바도 다양하게 준비되어 있었어요! 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!

한 금요일 밤과 다른 하루 종일 2회의 콘서트를 위해 시내에 있었습니다. 예약으로 인해 체크인이 원활했습니다. 객실은 일반적으로 호텔뿐만 아니라 깨끗했습니다. 나는 3월 23일 전에 거기에 머물렀기 때문에 무엇을 기대해야 할지 알았습니다.

나는 Hotel Arlington Rosslyn The Key에서 환상적인 경험을 했습니다. 객실은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 넓고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 환영합니다. 현장에 스타벅스와 마트가 있어서 너무 편리하고 위치도 최고입니다. 지하철에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있어 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 추천!

Over all ,this is and older hotel, but it appears to be taken care of, the rugs in the halls were nice and clean. Getting into the room was a problem, you had to put the room key into the slot many times before you would get a green light to enter. This was every time you went into the room. It took 10-15 minutes for the shower water to get warm/hot, every time. I purchased a king size bed but was put in a room with two double beds. They claimed that all the king size were booked. I showed them my confirmation of a king size being booked but they said there was nothing they could do since no king size beds were available. The price was very reasonable

The room was overall clean l, bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t to my standards, around the shower it had built up dirt and the inside of the shower . The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom at all. The sofa bed was broken so my daughter & I had to macgyver the bed to get it fixed.. overall an okay stay.

근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있는 매우 쾌적한 환경. 이 지역에서는 드문 일일 주차가 포함되어 있습니다. 아름다운 레스토랑에서 좋은 아침 식사! 바는 홀에서 매우 흥미로웠습니다. 그렇게 긍정적이지 않은 유일한 점은 호텔에서 여러 이벤트가 발생하여 주차하기가 조금 어렵고 22h.에서 지나가는 소음이 하루 만에 호텔을 취소하기에 충분하지 않다는 것입니다.

시도하기 좋은 호텔. 호텔은 돌아 다니기가 조금 어렵고 홀, 엘리베이터, 도로 등에서 더 나은 간판을 사용할 수 있습니다. 침대는 편안했고 나는 419호실에 있었고 화장대 거울이 한쪽에 부서졌고 샤워는 곰팡이의 흔적을 보였습니다. 방은 매일 청소되었지만 더 많은 커피 포드가 제공되지 않았습니다. 컨디셔너 병이 작동하지 않았습니다. 가장 큰 불만은 예약 중, 체크인 및 출발 아침에 늦은 체크 아웃을 요청했다는 것입니다. 두 번 문제가되지 않아야 한다고 들었지만 아침에 전화해야했습니다. 내가 할 때 나는 그들이 그것을 할 수없는 이유에 대한 약간의 차선 변명을 받았습니다. 이 때문에 프론트 데스크 직원을 믿을 수 없을 것 같습니다. 나는 아마 다시 여기에서 예약하지 않을 것입니다.

Da ich zuvor bereits in anderen Häusern der Kette übernachtet hatte, hing die Messlatte hoch. Dieses Haus konnte sie nicht reissen, es blieb unter den Erwartungen. Das von mir genutzte Zimmer war recht klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber, wirkte allerdings - wie auch die Präsentation des Frühstücks - lieblos. Eine für abreisende Gäste sicherlich interessante Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden; da der Rezeptionist nicht aus der Gegend war, konnte er zu Waschsalons keine Auskunft geben.

On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options.  It is also a lovely historic property full of character.  On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up.  Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it.
