멕시코 연방 정부 소재 4성급 호텔

이 호텔은 번화한 도심에 위치해 있어 쇼핑과 다양한 식당을 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 근처에 바도 많아 멕시코시티를 방문하는 관광객에게 최적의 위치입니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 괜찮습니다. 시설이 아주 새것은 아니지만 필요한 것은 충분히 갖추고 있습니다.

전반적으로 호텔은 좋았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 깔끔했으며 아무 문제 없었습니다. 샤워는 따뜻하고 좋았고 침대도 편안했고 금고도 있었습니다. 다만 미니바나 냉장고는 없어서 4성급 호텔치고는 다소 부족할 수 있지만, 저에게는 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 좋았고, 시내 중심가와도 가깝고 근처에 대중교통도 여러 곳 있어서 편리했습니다. (멕시코시티의 대중교통은 좀 복잡했습니다.) 제가 유일하게 불만이었던 점은 원래 다른 여행사를 통해 예약했는데, 도착했을 때 호텔에서 예약 당일에 예약이 취소되었다고 했다는 것입니다. 게다가 객실도 제공해 주지 않고 원래 예약과 가격도 맞춰 주지 않았습니다. 그래서 두 번째 예약은 약 8유로 정도 더 비쌌습니다. 큰 차이는 아니지만 짜증이 났습니다. 하지만 다른 여행사에 연락했더니 예약 확인 과정에서 문제가 생겨서 호텔 측의 잘못은 아니라고 했습니다.

프런트 직원은 매우 세심하고 친절했습니다. 객실은 관리가 필요해 보입니다. 수건과 침구는 힐튼 기준에 미치지 못하는 매우 오래되었습니다. 엘리베이터가 작동하지 않았습니다. 이런 문제가 처음 있는 건 아닙니다. 객실 에어컨도 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다(실내 온도를 제대로 낮출 수 없었습니다).

청결: 카펫은 엄청나게 더러웠고, 방에는 린넨 냄새가 진동했으며, 베개, 이불, 커튼에는 담배 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 조식은 인접한 더블트리 인에서 제공되었습니다. 음식은 불결했고 과일에 머리카락이 붙어 있었습니다. 커피는 끔찍했고, 갓 갈아낸 커피는 없었습니다. 게다가 차를 마실 뜨거운 물도 항상 부족했습니다!

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

장점 : 직원들은 친절하고 서비스는 따뜻하며 영어와 스페인어를 구사합니다. 로마 노르테의 좋은 위치, 어디든 갈 수있어 매우 편리합니다. 고층 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 단점 : 로비, 엘리베이터, 복도를 제외한 공공 장소는 위생 상태가 좋지 않습니다 .10 층의 공공 남성 화장실 냄새가 분명합니다. 화장실 뚜껑과 쿠션이 사라지고 세탁실이 제대로 유지되지 않습니다. 많은 기계를 사용할 수 없습니다. 세탁실에서 파우더와 세탁 세제를 찾을 수 없습니다. 직원에게 요청해야합니다. 방은 유지 보수가 부족하고 벽에는 불편한 흔적이 있습니다.

직원분들이 매우 친절하고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 하지만 제가 묵었던 방은 너무 작았습니다. 방에서 업무를 보실 계획이라면 추천하지 않습니다. 그 점을 제외하면 위치는 정말 최고입니다.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

1907년 호텔은 매력이 넘치고, 곧 크리스마스라서 분위기도 좋아요. 구석구석이 독특하고 과거의 오래된 물건들이 전시되어 있으며, 새들이 노래하고 꽃향기가 나는 레스토랑도 흥미롭습니다.
