객실: 넓고 침대가 편안했습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 제 방에는 생수가 제공되었지만, 리셉션 직원에게 물어보니 생수를 무료로 주셨습니다. 정말 친절하셨습니다. 위치: 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만, 호텔은 조용하고 녹지 공간에 있습니다. 무료 대중교통이나 근처 버스를 이용할 수 있어 시내까지 이동하기 편리합니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 감사합니다.

This is certainly one of the best Mercure that I have ever stayed at. The owner and management must have put in tremendous effort to do up the interior decor. The lobby lounge was so homely opulent. The room was tastefully modern and done up, though do note that the bathroom did not have a door, so it was easy to get a chill after a hot shower, especially in winter. Breakfast room was cozy but the spread was excellent with hot selections, a rarity for small european hotels! Bus stop right at front of hotel to catch the free bus #9 to town.

이 호텔 강력 추천합니다 🏨~ 100년이 넘은 역사 깊은 호텔로, 독특하고 향수 어린 분위기가 물씬 풍깁니다. 룩셈부르크에 가면 항상 첫 번째로 선택하는 호텔입니다. 조식 포함 객실 패키지를 강력 추천합니다. ❤️ 전망이 정말 아름다워요. 공항에서 바로 가기도 편리하고, 경치도 정말 아름다워요. 길 건너편에 슈퍼마켓이 대각선으로 있고, 시내 중심가 광장까지 걸어서 3분 거리예요. 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절하고 잘 맞아주셨어요 🍎. 프런트 데스크 직원들도 정말 친절하고, 그중 한 명은 중국어를 할 줄 알아요. 👏 유일한 단점은 와이파이가 좀 느리다는 거예요. 다행히 출국 전에 월정액 데이터 요금제를 가입해서 문제없었어요.

중급형 비즈니스 호텔입니다. 고급스럽진 않지만 필요한 모든 편의시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 작은 체육관과 사우나. 아침 식사는 만족스럽습니다. Kirchberg 지역의 조용하고 편리한 위치.

위치, 청결, 서비스, 어메니티까지 모든 것이 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다. 체크인 할 때 저희를 맞아준 모든 직원들이 너무 다정하고 사랑스러워서 기분 좋게 룩셈부르크 여행을 시작할 수 있었어요. 방은 조금 작긴 했지만 이후 들른 영국 호텔에 비하면 대궐이었고요, Rituals의 제품들을 사용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 동생의 생일이 투숙일정에 겹친다고 말씀 드렸더니 기분 좋은 축하를 해주셔서 기억에 많이 남습니다. 🥰

The location of the hotwl oa good. The rooms are big and clean but you meed to be very careful about their location within the hotel: with a street view, they will be noisy (very passing street and lots of people talking well into the night). The rooms on the other side are quieter. The soundproofing is close to non existant so you may still be exposed to people yelling, laughing or talking loudly. We had this issue and the staff helped us change room, although it took a bit of negotiating as their first reaction was that the noise was not their problem. Last, rooms marked as having a double bed convertible into two singles are truly not (see picture). You can hav two matresses, but given the closeness of the bedside tables, you cannot properly separate the beds.

호텔은 하이킹 코스와 다른 명소 근처에 있어서 위치가 좋았습니다. 객실도 아주 좋았고, 호텔 시설(사우나, 헬스장)도 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사는 풍성했고 저녁 식사는 그저 그랬습니다. 전반적으로 이곳을 추천하고 다시 묵을 생각입니다. 마지막으로 중요한 점은, 원래는 제가 예약한 방과 다른 방을 주려고 했다는 것입니다(물론 '열등한' 방이었죠). 직원들은 Trip, Booking 등의 플랫폼에서 객실을 ”과대하게 판매”하기 때문에 호텔 측에서 이런 요청을 처리할 수 없다고 말하려고 했습니다... 이런 일은 처음 겪어보는 것이었고, 몇 번 설득한 끝에 예약한 방으로 배정되었습니다. 그래도 여행 초반에 이상한 기억으로 남았습니다.

The place is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. Everything was convenient, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is overall good in terms of reaching the very heart of the city (~7 min walk), and the tram station (~3 min walk), but the gare district feels a bit creepy for a solo traveler at night. Luckily, the hotel is at the border of the district and the center, so you do not really have to experience the district. Would totally recommend.

주차가 매우 편리하고 호텔 바로 앞에 있으며 여행하기 편리하며 버스 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞에 있으며 룩셈부르크에서 무료 대중 교통을 즐길 수 있으며 호텔도 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다.

Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie aan de rand van het bos. Grote parkeerplaats voor de deur waar je gratis kan parkeren. Binnen in het hotel is het modern ingericht, hotel is voorzien van een mooi binnenzwembad en een relax ruimte. Kamer was zeer schoon, rook fris en voorzien van een badjas met slippers. Helaas viel het bed wat tegen omdat deze erg klein was, de kamer had 2 eenpersoons bedden tegen elkaar aan. Ook de dekens waren klein. De kamer was gelegen aan de achterkant van het complex met uitzicht op het mooie bosrijke gebied. Wat het minder prettig maakte was een soort van elektriciteit huisje die pal achter het pand staat, met het raam open hoor je continu een lage toon zoemen. Uiteraard is het met ramen dicht niet te horen. Het ontbijt was matig, beperkte keus en het aanbod was klein. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een prima verblijf met hier en daar een kleine puntjes van aandacht.
