이스라엘 남부구 소재 4성급 호텔

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

레오나르도 클럽은 완벽한 사해 여행이었습니다! 이웃들이 담배를 피우고 방을 바꿔야 할 때 타마르는 정중하고 즉시 처리했습니다. Shlomit은 우리가 행복했는지 확인하기 위해 여러 번 전화를 걸었습니다. 우리는 Shlomit이 우리에게 준 관심을 어떤 호텔에서도 얻지 못했습니다! Shlomit은 또한 Nachal Bokek에서 ”젖은 트레일” 하이킹을 추천했습니다. 그것은 훌륭했고 무료였습니다. Excellent service, especially when resolving problems. We arrived late for breakfast after the food had already been cleared away—our fault entirely—but the staff still found a solution and went out of their way to help. We really appreciated that.

!!! מאוד נהנינו מהיומיים במלון !!! השרות אדיב ומהיר (תקלה בטלוויזיה תוקנה תוך 5 דקות...), ארוחות הבוקר מדהימות בשפע המאכלים וכל המנות טעימות ביותר . המקלחת לא בנויה טוב (כל שטח הרצפה נרטב לגמרי...) אבל שאר החדר נפלא. ערב התרבות (הופעה של ”הכושים העבריים” היה מלהיב ביותר (רקדנו עד אפיסת כוחות...), אם כי הערב השני היה חלש לעומתו.

호텔 뒤쪽에 전용 해변이 있으며 호텔 앞에 버스 정류장이 있고 옆에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다! 호텔 객실은 사해를 향하고 있으며 5성 무적의 바다 전망, 객실 시설도 레버, 아침 식사가 풍부하고 서비스 직원이 열정적이며 유일한 단점은 신용 카드 500Nis로 체크인하는 것입니다. 이것은 약간 불편합니다. . 총평!

호텔은 해변에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 객실은 기본적이었고 호텔에서 공기 청정기로 덮으려는 냄새가 있었지만 익숙해졌습니다. 욕실은 약간의 업데이트가 필요하지만 단기 체류에는 괜찮았습니다. 수영장은 아름다웠다
