⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 모리셔스에서의 잊지 못할 숙박 모리셔스는 우리가 항상 우리와 함께 할 감정을 주었지만 이 정말 특별한 휴가를 만든 것은 호텔의 환영과 우수성이었습니다. 세부 사항이 모두 잘 처리된 우아하고 잘 관리된 객실, 현지 및 세계 각국의 풍미가 있는 세련된 주방, 항상 미소를 지으며 이용 가능한 직원, 카드 해변 및 절대적인 휴식의 분위기. 불공정한 서비스부터 제공되는 경험에 이르기까지 모든 것이 우리의 기대를 뛰어 넘었습니다. 가장 편안하고 사치스럽고 진정성 있는 모리셔스에 살고 싶은 사람에게 조언할 수 있는 곳입니다. 우리 여행을 완벽하게 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

Хороший отель с красивой и ухоженной территорией. Просторный пляж, где плавают черепахи. Завтрак довольно однообразный, но есть всё.  Удобный вход в воду, пляж чистят. Можно брать каяк на прокат бесплатно. Минусы: обед и ужин дорогой, если не всё включено. Отель достаточно старый.  В целом нам понравилось: живописный пляж, доброжелательный персонал, повезло увидеть черепах в океане.

the hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in my life ... it was only 3 nights, but fortunately, it was filled with much joy and many beautiful memories with my wife ... my wife and I were very satisfied, and we were sorry to leave the hotel .. I recommend it to everyone

식사를 미리 주문하고 문에 들어갈 때 왼손으로 예약해야 합니다. 확인해야 합니다. 주문이 있는지 확인하기 위해 설정하는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 그렇지 않으면 먹을 수 없을 수 있습니다. 이 경험도 놀랍습니다. 결과적으로 아시아 레스토랑에서 먹고 싶은 것을 먹지 않았습니다. 점심과 저녁은 매우 달랐습니다. 2층 통로는 때때로 닫혀 있으므로 아래층으로 내려가서 위층으로 올라가야 합니다. 3개의 수영장은 각각의 특징이 있습니다. 바람이 많이 불어서 놀 곳이 3일 동안 안 플레이해서 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠네요. 바다에서 수영할 가능성이 거의 없고 암초가 너무 많아서 해변에서 발을 씻는 것도 괜찮습니다. 전반적으로 아무것도 없습니다.

아난 타라는 매우 아름다운 리조트입니다. 장식은 최고 수준이며 편안합니다. 직원들은 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하며 항상 도움을받을 수 있습니다. 이 리조트는 많은 활동을하는 해변 앞 호텔입니다. 이 속성은 놀랍고 선택하여 잘못되지 않을 것입니다. 유세프, 신시아, 카림, 샤론, 폴 및 더 많은 직원 (이름이 좋지 않음)은 모든 요구에 참석합니다.

호텔에 매우 만족하고, 호텔에서 운전할 때 버스에서 내릴 필요가 없으며, 직원이 체크인하기 위해 방으로 데려갔습니다. 방은 넓고 침실이 2 개 있으며 우리 중 2 명이 한 방에 머물지 않았습니다. 호텔은 전망이 좋고 사람이 거의 없으며 서비스가 특히 좋습니다. 나는 식사에 익숙하지 않기 때문에 며칠 동안 저녁 식사를 위해 뷔페를 선택하는 것도 나쁘지 않습니다. 호텔은 사카시마 맞은 편에 전용 해변이 있으며, 자동차와 보트를 타는 것이 특히 편리합니다. 호텔에는 아름다운 골프 코스가 있으며 초보자 Xiaobai 연습장은 잠시 동안 무료로 놀 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족, 추천
