Great place, well maintained, with swimming pools, its own rice paddies!, marvelous service. We've been here for one night, but had to regret our plan did not let us stay longer. Our objective was to trek Ijen, which is just 30 minutes away from here. The frontdesk can help you with the driver, the health check, tickets and supplying breakfast in a box. However, there is much more on site and around to make a longer stay enjoyable.

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Pro - excellent service from the staff! - We have a baby (＜ 1 yr old), they provided us with baby cot, baby bath tub and water scoop (gayung) - View of the animals from the room is breathtaking - Can throw carrots (3 pieces were provided by the hotel) from the room to the animals - Breakfast is yummy. They have a selection of local and international buffet spread - Can take photo with giraffes if you missed the breakfast with giraffe slot - Can feed the fishes at the lobby for free - Souvenir shopping at the hotel for convenience - there was a bird (cockatoo?) available for photo taking for free too Cons - stinks of animal poops at the lobby - Giraffe, rhino and meerkat feeding are extra charge - Only rain shower head (ie, not moveable)

프로모션을 할때 여기서 생일을 축하했는데, 저렴한 가격이지만 고급스러워서 매우 만족스러웠고, 시설과 청결함이 완벽했고, 서비스는 친절하고 24시간 이용 가능했고, 인테리어 가격도 표준 수준이어서 너무 비싸지 않았고, 아침 식사도 무료였습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴가 다양합니다. 제안된 바에 따르면, 대중이 즐길 수 있는 오락거리를 늘리고 수영장 시설이 있다면 더욱 좋고 완벽해질 것입니다. 다음에는 꼭 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었으면 좋겠어요🥰

Banyuwangi truly is the ultimate ”sanctuary of stillness,” and ÉL Hotel Banyuwangi provides a beautiful, serene backdrop to experience it. I had a wonderful stay overall, and while there are a few areas where the hotel can step up its game, the foundation is absolutely there for this to become an exceptional property. 🏨 The Hardware & Facilities (Top-Notch!) On the physical side of things, the hotel completely delivers. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, and the swimming pool area is beautiful—perfect for soaking in the quiet energy of the region. 🍳 Food & A Soothing Morning Ritual The culinary experience was a highlight. The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back! 호텔은 새롭고 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하며 직원들은 매우 훌륭합니다. 서비스는 항상 미소를 지으며 Bromo 일출과 매우 가까운 위치는 Bromo 여행에서이 리조트를 적극 추천합니다.

모든 시설이 깨끗하고 품질도 꽤 좋습니다. 단 하나의 단점이 있다면, 문이 복도의 소리를 완전히 차단하지 못한다는 점입니다. 밤에 다른 방에서 노크 소리와 종소리가 또렷하게 들립니다. 하지만 전반적으로는 꽤 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

Incredible hotel. Very aesthetic deco right from its entrance to the open air lobby and the spacious very well facilitated room. The restaurant food is great too! Facing the sea overlooking Bali. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

전반적으로 숙박은 괜찮았지만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 조식이 레스토랑이 아닌 회의실에서 제공되어 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 체크인 과정이었습니다. 여러 번 직원에게 요청한 후에도 오후 4시가 되어서야 객실이 준비되었는데, 다른 가족들도 비슷한 상황을 겪은 것 같았습니다.

말랑을 관통하는 중심가 바로 외곽에 위치해 교통 소음의 영향을 덜 받습니다. 이 호텔의 작은 단점 중 하나는 로비에 하차 공간이 없고, 주차 공간이 부족하다는 것입니다. 호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 경비원부터 리셉션 직원, 직원들까지 따뜻한 미소로 맞이하는 친절하고 도움이 되는 고객 서비스를 느낄 수 있습니다. 체크인 절차도 순조로웠고, 오후 1시 이전에 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 객실을 찾아주었습니다. 레스토랑 직원들도 세심하고 정중했습니다. 호텔은 비교적 새 건물처럼 보였으며, 지은 지 2년밖에 되지 않아 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 침실에는 약간 딱딱하지만 편안한 매트리스와 넉넉한 베개가 놓여 있었습니다. 다행히 55인치 LG 스마트 TV가 있어서 넷플릭스, 디즈니, 프라임, 비디오, 유튜브 등 최신 스트리밍 서비스를 이용할 수 있었고, 케이블 TV에서는 AXN, 일본어, 아랍어 등 해외 채널도 볼 수 있었습니다. 객실은 하루 종일 일하거나 여행 후 쉬기에 아주 아늑했습니다. 욕실은 욕조는 없고 샤워부스만 있었지만 수압과 온수는 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 측의 유일한 불만은 연결문 때문인 것 같습니다. 다른 방 문이 크게 닫히고 열리는 소리와 다른 방에서 대화하는 소리가 들렸습니다. 호텔에는 운동을 할 수 있는 흥미로운 헬스장과 루프탑 카페/레스토랑이 있었습니다. 이번 여행에서는 이런 시설들을 이용해보지 못했지만, 다음 여행에는 이용해 볼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 101에서 두 번째 숙박인데, 다시 방문할 날을 고대하고 있습니다. 호텔 바로 맞은편에는 맛있는 케이크와 베이커리를 판매하는 사라 베이커리가 있으며, 다양한 레스토랑 메뉴도 있습니다.
