이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 응대하며, 질문에도 성심껏 답변해 줍니다. 객실에는 냉장고, 커피 메이커, 전기 주전자, 심지어 다리미와 다리미판까지 갖춰져 있어 모든 것이 세심하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭했는데, 갓 짜낸 오렌지 주스와 스무디가 제공되었습니다.

전반적으로, 우리는 아주 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 위치는 훌륭했고 도심과 매우 가깝고 주차가 쉽고 편리했습니다. 나는 또한 손님을 위한 과자, 사과, 물과 같은 로비에서 작은 손길에 정말 감사했습니다. 이러한 세부 사항은 환영하는 첫인상을 만들었습니다. 욕실에는 약간의 낭비된 공간이 있었고 세면도구를 놓을 선반이 없었습니다. 불행히도, 호텔은 진지하게 받아 들여야 할 보안 우려가있었습니다. 체크인시 프론트 데스크 직원이 객실 번호를 크게 말했는데, 손님의 안전과 사생활 보호상의 이유로 발생해서는 안됩니다. 두 번째 문제는 추가 방 열쇠 처리였습니다. 다른 열쇠를 요청했을 때 방 번호와 이름 만 요청했습니다. 신분증이 확인되지 않았고 다른 확인이 수행되지 않았습니다. 이는 누군가가 잠재적으로 방에 접근을 요청하는 것이 너무 쉽습니다. 가장 걱정스러운 부분은 가정부가 그녀와 함께 내 활동적인 방 열쇠를 가져갔다는 것입니다. 무엇이든 누락되고 그 열쇠가 사용되었다면 내가 책임이 없다는 것을 증명할 방법이 없었을 것입니다. 이것은 심각한 직원 교육 문제처럼 느껴졌고 호텔은 즉시 수정해야 할 사항이었습니다. 객실 번호, 열쇠 처리 및 신분 확인에 대한 더 나은 직원 교육으로 쉽게 훌륭한 호텔이 될 수 있습니다.

I booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again.

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

The room didn't have an air conditioning system which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night as it was quite warm. Also, when we opened the windows the noise from the outside (people partying or chatting) was too much. The locker wasn't in working condition which created problems in securing our valuables. Overall, it was not value for money

Our stay at Hotel 2L was simply perfect. The staff provided warm and welcoming service, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. An experience I would gladly recommend!

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

호텔은 로테르담 중심가에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있습니다 버스로는 약 30분이 걸립니다. 인근에 버스 정류장이 하나뿐이고, 도시 밖으로 나갈 수 있는 버스는 1~2대 있습니다. 셀프드라이빙 투어는 이 호텔에 머물 것을 추천합니다 직접 운전하지 않는다면 도시 근처의 호텔을 선택할 수 있습니다. 하지만 호텔 풍경은 10점 아름답습니다

We kennen hotel The President zakelijk al langer, sinds de jaren 90 was dit de standaard voor buitenlandse collega’s, voor onszelf boeken we privé als we voor een evenement in Utrecht moeten zijn. De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen. De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.
