The staff are excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated the birthday cake in the room, such a thoughtful surprise. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good sleep. That said, some areas of the hotel could use a refresh; the amenities feel dated, the conditioner was nearly empty, and the sauna wasn’t as hot as expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special

Very nice, although small room in downtown Winnipeg. Very comfortable bed, and incredible shower. The only downside: no in-room fridge. Would definitely recommend.

My son with autism enjoy the stay here. for sure this won't be the last.

Fantastic location? City bus stops right outside which could take you downtown Winnipeg for a shopping, or to restaurants. About 25 steps to the Winnipeg airport. Could not be a better location for travelers.

The room was beyond expectation. Very clean and spacious for my weekend getaway. Desk service is top notch. And my vehicle was secured overnight. Keep the good work up. I'm will definitely book again when I visit.
