영국 에식스 소재 4성급 호텔

호텔은 훌륭했고 스파 지역은 비현실적이었습니다. 저녁 식사 예약이 있었고 서비스는 정말 나빴습니다. 물건을 요구해야했습니다. 내가 주문한 물건은 오지 않았고 서버는 눈 접촉을 피 했으므로 우리는 서비스를 받기 위해 나이를 기다려야했습니다. 음식은 최고로 따뜻했습니다. 매우 비싸고 의상 서비스가 단순히 없었습니다.

전에 머물렀고 다시 머물 것입니다. 아주 좋습니다. 일부 객실은 약간 날짜가 있을 수 있지만 개인적인 선호 사항입니다. 우리는 그들을 좋아합니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하며 실제로 우리 모든 직원은 위에서 아래로 환영하고 도움이 됩니다.

Quiet and cosy place. Rooms very traditional. Breakfast is acceptable. Jogging machine at the gym strangely facing a opaque wall. Not really a convenient place, unless you are driving. The first night we checked in, the receptionist said there was no double bed (deluxe king room we booked and prepaid) and gave us twin beds. Then the solo traveller who checked in after us got a deluxe king room. Apalling. All other staff are friendly and cheerful.

We stayed 1 night while visiting family. The room was a reasonable size, comfortable bed, and clean environment. There was a wedding in our first evening but we were not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast was really good but expensive for a buffet style breakfast. Parking is quite tricky given that the area is busy. We became members to get it free. The desk clerk was very quick and organised. Unfortunately, the morning after the wedding, there was a smell of vomit outside the main door.

Good location. Friendly welcome staff. Room was clean. Was little cold but extra blanket helped. I didn’t use the facilities. Only issue i found uncomfortable was getting to room via the stairs in bar area. A big round table when occupied i found little uncomfortable having to pass through to get to. I left early, no one on reception to give key back too. Waited a little, then went and looked. Found a member of staff in dining area behind, who advised was not her job. So left the key on reception side. Nice hotel tho. Thank you

這家飯店整體體驗非常不錯，從入住到退房的流程都很順暢。服務人員親切有禮，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全且保養良好。地點便利，周邊生活機能也很方便。整體住宿環境舒適，讓人放鬆，是一次愉快的住宿經驗，未來有機會會再回訪。

Really nice hotel with really good restaurant. All staff members were really amazing, and made my stay really enjoyable.  The only thing they need to sort out the loud noise that comes from the air conditioning in the middle of the night that can’t be stopped from the room. It kept me awake for the most part of my night.

Lovely little hotel very near to Marks Tey station. Comfortable, well-equipped rooms, a nice restaurant for breakfast, and great front desk service too! Some minor quibbles: The electricity in the room kept tripping, and we couldn’t turn off the lights in the wardrobe without everything shutting off. Also, the shower bath liquid dispenser wouldn’t reattach after falling down mid-shower. Other than that, a pleasant enough stopover. Wish parking wasn’t so expensive though!

The service was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and service in the restaurant was first class. The food was lovely .  We felt very welcome and would love to return if the opportunity arises.

리셉션 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 내가 직원을 체크인하려고했을 때 내 이름이 없었지만 방을 지불 한 사람이 었는데도 친구 만 있었습니까? 바 음식은 충분했지만 1 파니, 1 칩, 청량 음료 및 차에 대해 18 파니 이상으로 꽤 비쌌습니다! 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 매우 조용했지만 불행히도 침대가 정말 불편했기 때문에 최고의 수면을하지 못했습니다. 스프링은 매트리스를 통해 나오고 정말 엉성한 베개도 부끄러웠습니다! 콜체스터 파크에서 음악 행사가 진행되고 가장 가까운 호텔 인 것처럼 보였지만 주요 도로를 가로 질러 피난한 골목길을 통과해야했던 것처럼 걷는 것은 약간 까다 롭습니다. 산업 건물 뒤에는 그렇지 않았습니다. 이벤트가 끝난 후 호텔로 돌아가기 위해 마을을 돌아 다니며 먼 길을 걸어야했습니다.
