멕시코 푸에블라주 소재 4성급 호텔

호텔 직원은 프론트 데스크에서 정말 친절합니다. 그러나 그들은 우리가 물건을 요청할 때 우리의 요청을 준수하지 않습니다. 하우스 키핑은 수건, 컵, 머리카락용 샤워 캡과 같은 간단한 것들로 요청한 것을 우리에게 제공하는 것을 잊어 버립니다. 우리는 프론트 데스크에 우리 방을 청소해 달라고 요청했고, 우리는 나가서 몇 시간 후에 다시 왔지만 우리 방은 여전히 깨끗하지 않습니다. 이것은 여러 번 발생했으며 긴 하루를 보내고 일을 한 후 방이 청소되기를 기다려야합니다. 이것은 매일 밤 머물기에 꽤 비싼 호텔이며 우리가 요청한 것은 제공되지 않거나 이루어지지 않습니다.

Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

위치는 도심과 가깝고 대학과 가깝습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 침대는 푹신했습니다. 수영장을 사용할 수 없습니다. 주변에 버스 시스템이 없고 운전이나 택시를 타는 것이 더 편리합니다.

이 호텔에 대한 매우 좋은 인상, 멕시코 시티 공항보다 비용 효율적이고 더 좋고 저렴합니다. 글쎄요, 공항은 비행기를 연결하는 곳입니다. 멕시코시티 공항에서 푸에블라로 가는 버스가 있습니다. 버스에서 내려 택시를 타고 호텔까지 10분이 소요됩니다. 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 현지식이지만 스크램블 에그와 브로콜리는 중국인의 위장에 매우 적합합니다. ㅎㅎ 과일이 아주 신선하네요. 우리가 예약한 객실에는 조식이 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 우리는 아침에 카드를 지불했습니다. 웨이터는 매우 훌륭하지만 영어는 많지 않지만 기본적인 의사 소통에는 여전히 문제가 없습니다.

2211호실은 깨끗하고 좋은 냄새가 나며 조용했습니다. 조식 없이 예약했습니다. 우리 가족은 잘 쉬고 있습니다. 도시 쪽의 전망이 좋습니다.

The Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. My room provided a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Volcano mountain, which was the absolute highlight—truly spectacular to wake up to. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

방은 꽤 크고 침대는 크고 창 밖의 경치도 좋습니다. 유일한 단점은 창문을 열 곳이없고 욕실의 환풍기가 스위치가 없다는 것입니다. 집안의 공기가 어떻게 순환되는지 모르겠습니다. 아침 식사는 300 페소입니다. 너무 비싸다

📍 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 당신은 btwn Angelopolis와 Juan Pablo II입니다. 👩🏻💻 내 경험에서 리셉션이 좋지 않았고, 프론트 데스크의 소녀가 불친절했습니다. 직접 체크인해야하며 (QR 스캔) 여성은 키 카드 만 제공합니다. 🛏️ 방은 매우 엄격하고 아늑하지 않으며 낡아 보입니다. 그러나 침대는 편안합니다.  🚽🚿 욕실은 크고 수건, 비누 🧼 및 샴푸가 있습니다. 손 씻기 대야에는 곰팡이가 있고 샤워 바닥은 젖었습니다.  🅿️ 주차는 괜찮지 만 호텔 투숙객뿐만 아니라 약간 불안한 느낌이 듭니다.

모든 것이 완벽했지만 항상 방에 물 한 병을 더 넣어달라고 요청했습니다 ((그들은하지 않았습니다)). 물을 요청하기 위해 리셉션에 전화하면 그는 말합니다 ((우리는 식수가 부족합니다. 24/7 근처의 상점에서 구입해야합니다)) 너희들 뭐가 문제야? ? ? 물이 없어 ? ? ? 진지해? ?

Mi estancia fue placentera, el cuarto bastante espacioso. El bufet de los desayunos es amplio y sabroso. Lo único que de alguna manera no está a la altura del hotel es la alberca, porque solo sirve de adorno ya que el agua está fría, por el frío que hace en Puebla sería mejor una alberca techada, sino tienen caldera para calentar el agua.
