리리뷰어호텔 프런트 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 책임감이 강했어요. 제가 주차 예약을 잊어버렸을 때도 주차 공간을 마련해 주시는 등 큰 도움을 주셨습니다. 정말 최고였어요! 호텔은 해변에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 근처에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많습니다. 호텔 내 바와 레스토랑도 꽤 괜찮아서 강력 추천합니다.

리리뷰어다른 숙박은 매우 좋았지 만 후자는 나빴습니다. 나는 항상 그렇듯이 1 침대 크기의 방을 예약했고 힘든 하루를 보낸 후 가방을 낭비하고 간식을 먹고 식사 후, 잠옷으로 나를 잠들게했다 ... 예약 할 때 방에 나타나야 할 큰 침대가 2 개의 작은 침대라는 것을 알았을 때 놀라움은 매우 불편했습니다. 매우 성가신, 예약에 나타난 크기의 침대가 없었다면 오해의 소지가 있는 광고라고 말했어야 했다. 3일 만에 방을 나왔을 때 리셉션에서 정상도 보지 못했다고 말했지만 아무 것도 아닌 것처럼 설명을하지 않았습니다.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

익익명 사용자酒店很乾凈，服務也好，因為出差行程長，行程有點記混淆，我應該要退房的卻沒有退房，直到下午兩三點去酒店進不去門才發現自己應該退房，和酒店説明情況後，竟然沒有產生一分錢費用，比國內酒店都人性化

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

리리뷰어The hotel is located in a quiet, scenic area up in the mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. However, there aren’t many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so planning ahead is recommended. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel by bus from the city center or the train/bus station.
I loved the interior design of the room — it felt very refreshing and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and ambiance.
Check-in can be a bit frustrating — during my visit, I noticed several groups of Asian tourists waiting, though I’m not sure what caused the delay. That said, the gentlemen at the front desk were all very helpful, and the hotel responded quickly to any requests.
Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, which I hope to experience next time.

리리뷰어우리는 빌바오에서 버스를 얻은 차가없는 곳에서 여기에 왔습니다. 수영장이있는 호텔을 쉽게 찾을 수 없으며 LaGuardia 안에 있으므로 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 4 성급은 아니지만 편안했고 수영장은 사랑 스럽습니다.

리리뷰어호텔은 해변과 구시가지까지 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에는 작은 옥상 수영장과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 복도와 화장실에서 소리가 크게 들립니다. 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 바닥이 더러웠습니다. 호텔에는 전기 자동차를 위한 무료 충전소가 있는 주차장이 있습니다. 하지만 주차장이 매우 좁습니다. 맛있고 다양한 아침 식사.
