객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 위치가 매우 좋고 교통이 편리합니다. 여주인은 매우 환영하고 방은 장식되어 있습니다. 스타일이 있고 장식이 따뜻하고 편안하며 조명과 위생이 제자리에 있습니다. Wuyi Square 바로 옆에 있어 주변 여행도 편리합니다. 생활도 매우 편안하고 집에가는 것처럼 편안합니다.

방 분위기가 정말 마음에 들었고, 전체적으로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 특히 공용 활동 공간이 있어서 돌아와서 가족들과 함께 시간을 보낼 수 있었던 점이 좋았어요. 위챗 고객 서비스도 언제든 문의하면 바로 답장해주고 신속하게 처리해줘서 매우 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 청소 담당 이모님을 정말 칭찬하고 싶어요. 그 태도는 정말 최고였고, 마치 집에 온 것처럼 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 원래는 이곳에 하루만 예약하고 다른 숙소에 이틀을 예약했는데, 결국 모든 일정을 바꿔서 이곳에서 사흘이나 묵게 되었어요. 지하철 이용도 매우 편리했습니다. 골목을 나서면 바로 지하철 1호선이 있고, 여러 관광지까지도 한두 정거장 거리라서 어디든 편하게 다닐 수 있었어요. 역시 5.0점 평점의 민박집다웠습니다!

My trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

방 3개, 욕실 2개, 세탁기가 있다고 해서 예약했는데, 욕실 하나에는 변기와 샤워기가 있고, 다른 하나는 샤워기 없는 변기였습니다. 샤워기가 두 개 있을 줄 알았는데 그렇지 않았습니다. 샤워실에서는 구토 냄새 같은 불쾌한 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 세탁기도 세탁과 건조가 모두 가능한 줄 알았는데, 세탁만 가능해서 빨래를 빨리 말려야 하는 단기 숙박에는 불편했습니다. 지도를 보고 건물을 찾았는데도 입구를 찾기가 너무 어려웠습니다. 주변을 한참 돌아다니고 근처 가게에 물어봐야 했습니다. 사진보다 훨씬 낡은 숙소였지만, 네 명이 지내기에는 적당한 크기였고 포지 거리 근처에 있어서 위치는 좋았습니다.

객실은 Taiping Old Street 거리에 있으며 Pozi Street, Wuyi Square, ifs 및 Huangxing Square와 매우 가깝습니다! 여행도 비교적 편리해요. 지하철 입구에서 도보로 약 5~10분 거리에 있어요! 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며 독특한 장식과 냉장고, 프로젝터 등 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있으며 헤어드라이어도 매우 잘 작동합니다! 호텔 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 체크인 시 작은 선물로 과일과 케이크가 제공됩니다. 프론트 데스크에서는 매번 객실 문까지 테이크아웃을 배달해 드릴 것입니다. 궁금한 점이 있으면 참을성 있게 도와드리겠습니다!

친구랑 얘기해서 창사 유명 거리를 구경하려고 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠어요! 가장 마음에 들었던 건 위치와 교통편이었어요. 고속철도 이용하기 편리하고, 지하철로 30분이면 도착하며, 건물 바로 아래에 지하철역이 있어서 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있었어요. 호텔은 비즈니스 빌딩 안에 있어서 외관과 내부 시설은 좀 오래된 느낌이 있지만, 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 정돈이 잘 되어 있었고, 찾기도 아주 쉬웠어요. 주변에는 다양한 먹거리와 맛집이 많았고, 도보로 몇 분이면 타이핑 라오지에(太平老街)와 차오쭝지에(潮宗街) 같은 유명 관광지에 갈 수 있었어요. 숙소 가성비는 기대 이상이었고, 조용해서 좋았으며, 세면도구도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 커플 여행이든 친구들과의 방문이든 모두에게 최고의 선택이라고 진심으로 추천합니다! 출장 때문에 이 호텔에 묵었는데, 정말 만족스러웠어요. 객실 배치가 효율적이어서 업무와 휴식을 동시에 취할 수 있었고, 프런트에서 체크인도 굉장히 빨랐습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 미소가 아름답고 서비스도 훌륭했어요. 인테리어도 마음에 들었고, 객실은 넓고 밝았으며 암막 효과도 좋았습니다. 빔 프로젝터도 훌륭했고, 세면도구도 완벽하게 갖춰져 있었으며 세면 파우치까지 제공되어 정말 좋았습니다. 방음도 잘 되고, 주변 교통도 편리하며 위치도 아주 좋아서 나가면 바로 상업 지구와 지하철역이 있습니다. 직원분들도 언제든지 신속하게 응대해주셨어요. 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다! 다음에 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶어요.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

욕조가 있는 객실을 예약했는데, 쇼핑 후 목욕하기가 정말 편했습니다. 밤에 큰 화면으로 TV를 보는 것도 아주 편안했습니다. 차오종가와 완다 플라자와도 매우 가깝습니다. 프런트 데스크에서 우산을 빌려 쓸 수 있습니다. 숙박은 즐거웠지만, 객실 내 테이블이 조금 작고 욕실도 좁았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 단점이 장점을 모두 커버하기에는 부족합니다. 테이크아웃도 매우 편리합니다.

이 동네가 매우 번화하고 근처에 모든 것이 있고 어디든 가기가 매우 편리하기 때문에 경험이 매우 좋습니다. Juzizhoutou가 근처에 있고 방도 매우 깨끗하고 방에 마작 기계가 있습니다. 이것은 매우 좋은 일이며 서비스 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 침구는 매우 편안합니다  요컨대, 여기에 사는 것이 편안하고 에어컨의 난방 효과도 매우 좋습니다. 가격이 매우 높기 때문에 여기에 오면 모두가 여기에 살기를 바랍니다.
