The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Good location on the Lungomare promenade and a great service from receptionist ( Emily) on arrival Breakfast was not so great. It was meant to be served from 830 but wasn’t ready until nearer 9am. We ordered coffee, assuming it would be included in the price, like every other hotel we stayed in Albania, but the manager ( Lydia?) insisted that we had to pay for these. The selection was good but the attitude of the manager soured our experience. Fridge in room lacked listed items, and there was no tea or coffee supplied with the in-room the kettle- only sugar. What could be a great hotel needs to improve to secure repeat bookings.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent staff who try very hard. The location is great, lots of free parking available, the view is amazing, very good breakfast and the staff are incredibly friendly. Great air conditioning, clean comfortable rooms, good wifi, there was nothing we didn’t like. Special mention to Nora at the front desk who was superb and young Dion who will clearly be running the place soon. I will recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Sarande

아름답긴 했지만 어른도 아니었지만, 옳은 행동은 아닌 것 같아요.

Nice, friendly, family run hotel. It is right on the main road so weight of traffic in the season can be an issue (as it will be for the majority of hotels in town) but that does mean clear sea views and great sunsets over the bay. It's just out of the main downtown area, so noise from the clubs and bars aren't an issue. Showers are good, water piping hot, breakfast is standard Albanian and tastely. Wifi was a bit sketchy at times, so is cell signal - but that was down to volume of people using it...at 6am it worked great! :)

My family had the pleasure of visiting Julia Hotel in June 2024 and were very impressed with many things. Firstly we have to say that all of the staff were extremely friendly and would go above and beyond to ensure that their guests needs are facilitated. I stayed in a double room and the room was very clean and was a good size as well as a very air conditioning system in the room. The bathroom was very modern although there could of perhaps been a shower door as the water does splash very easily onto the floor due to the pressure of the shower The price of drinks is very reasonable and it was great in the evenings enjoying the great cocktails on offer and local beer on the rooftop terrace which has a great view of Saranda overall we would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a great location and was a very goods price as well
