Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

방은 매우 아름답고 이번에 가장 만족스러운 숙박 시설입니다. 창 앞에 테이블 마운틴이 있는데 일출, 일몰, 야경은 말할 것도 없이 정말 아름답습니다. 동화 속에서 살고 싶습니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다! ! 평가에서 왜 평가가 좋지 않다고 말하는지 모르겠습니다! ! 나는 혼자 여행하는 소녀이고 감히 도심에 가지 않습니다. 호텔 로비 관리자는 특별히 나와 함께 역까지 걸어 가서 사진을 찍는 데 도움을주었습니다. 우리는 아주 좋은 친구가되었습니다. 호텔 전체가 로비로 들어가는 통로부터 뒷마당 항구까지 구식 럭셔리를 드러내고 있습니다. 옆집 1w보다 훨씬 낫다고 생각합니다. 그 집의 전망은 많이 차단됩니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다! ! 굴 뷔페가 있습니다 ... 굴 머리에 너무 적합합니다. 나는 바베큐를 먹는 것을 좋아하지만 다음날 구운 정도가 다르고 뒷 주방이 특별히 나를 위해 다시 구워주었습니다. 아래층에는 훌륭한 식사가 있으며 요리사 / 주인은 여성이며 요리는 많은 문화 해석을 통해 이루어집니다. Michelle Obama를 즐겁게하는 요리가 있습니다. 여기에서 페미니즘이 등장하는 것에 놀랐습니다. 며칠 동안 머물면서 이것은 내 인생에서 가장 좋아하는 호텔 중 하나입니다.

Beautiful city boutique hotel with fab staff, creative culinary offerings and stylish industrial look rooms. End the night on their rooftop bar with one of their amazing cocktails! Well done!

This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

Buon hotel situato nel centro della città. Struttura moderna e personale gentile ad eccezione di un’addetto alla reception che dava l’impressione di essere infastidito quando gli venivano poste delle semplici domande

В восторге от отеля! - другими словами и не скажешь. Очень комфортный и большой номер с видом на океан, кухня с продуктами, всё очень удобно. Расположен через дорогу от пляжа. Милые девушки на ресепшн - помогли вызвать такси, а так как у меня не было наличных, только карта, то помогли провести платеж через отель. А потом ещё и донесли мой чемодан до такси и погрузили его, таксист даже из машины не вышел. Не ожидала такого от убера в ЮАР... Видимо там так принято.

호텔은 처음에 나에게 도로변 방을 주었다. 그것은 매우 시끄럽고 바로 자고있는 것처럼 들렸다. 나중에 프론트 데스크에서 방을 바꿨습니다. 그것은 매우 좋았습니다. 방 장식은 매우 좋았고 가격은 비싸지 않았습니다.

환경과 장비는 매우 좋지만 서비스 태도는 매우 무뚝뚝하고 전문성이 높지 않으며 서비스에 만족하지 않습니다.

Восхитительно место! Виды прекрасны. Вилла отличная, персонал приветлив! Рядом поместье-винодельня Графф с отличными ресторанами. Везде произведения искусства. Были один день и очень пожали что это был крайний день в Юар. А то бы остались точно ещё!

좋은 위치. v와 해안가에 정말 가깝습니다. 서비스는 특별했고 아침 식사는 굉장했습니다.
