캐나다 온타리오 소재 5성급 호텔

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

저는 출장으로 이 호텔에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 직원분들은 매우 전문적이고 친절했으며, 특히 저희를 위해 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 배려해 주신 점에 깊이 감사드립니다. 덕분에 하루 일정을 계획하는 데 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔 로비는 아름답게 디자인되었고, 호텔 전체의 청결 상태도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 바쁜 하루 일과 후, 편안한 침대와 좋은 베개 덕분에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 위치는 정말 큰 장점입니다. 호텔이 시내 중심가와 매우 가깝고, 바로 앞에 중앙역이 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 전반적으로 저는 이 호텔에서의 숙박을 매우 만족스럽게 생각하며, 강력 추천합니다!

방이 정말 크고, 매우 깨끗했고, 웨이터의 태도도 매우 좋았습니다! 객실 청소 아줌마가 정말 친절해요! 시설은 조금 오래되었지만, 호텔이 캐피톨 힐에 인접해 있어 위치가 매우 좋고, 주변에 레스토랑이 많은데, 특히 호텔 야외 레스토랑은 경치가 매우 아름답습니다! 정말 사랑해요! 강력 추천합니다!

객실은 크고 넓습니다. 스탠딩 샤워 시설이 있는 업데이트된 욕실. 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 위치는 나이아가라 아울렛 컬렉션 바로 바깥(말 그대로 건너편)에 훌륭합니다. 구내 주차는 CAD 15(2023)의 요금으로 가능합니다.

This place felt like visiting my parents' home in my hometown, a place that shattered my prejudices. It was incredibly clean, and it was quiet and cozy. It was the best hotel for having alone time. I want to come back again. And I'm so grateful that the owner and his wife were so kind and comfortable.

아주 좋아요..아름다운 전망. 나는 다시 거기에 머물 것이다. 수영장의 크기와 수영장 옆에 있으려면 2시간의 창구를 예약해야 한다는 점에 약간 실망했지만 그 외에도 BMO 필드와 버드와이저 무대에서 완벽한 거리였습니다. 직원들도 정중하고 친절했습니다.

The bar near the lobby is nice and they have a beautiful bar. The breakfast is not good. They say is included and they only let you have one option from the menu. Luxury is flexibility. Having to pay extra if I want to eat more in a five star hotel feels cheap.

역사적인 분위기의 좋은 호텔 같은 느낌으로 전반적으로 직원들의 느낌이 좋고, 머무는 동안 자주 부주의하게 전화를 걸어주었습니다. 방도 멋지고 불평없이 편안한 호텔이었습니다. 아침에는 로비에 커피가 준비되어 있고, 호텔 내 레스토랑에서 일품 조식(유료)도 이용할 수 있고, 근처에 멋진 카페도 있어 편리한 장소입니다. 편의 시설은 인근 호텔 리뷰 등을 봐도 칫솔이나 슬리퍼가 없을지도 모른다고 생각했지만 역시 없었습니다. 또한 이번 방은 옷을 보관할 수 있는 선반이 있지만 걸 수 있는 공간과 옷걸이가 드문 것이 아닙니다. 2박 숙박으로 캐주얼한 옷만 가져오지 않은 우리는 문제 없었지만, 수트 등 필요한 분들은 호텔에 확인하는 것이 좋을지도 모릅니다. 처음으로 캐나다인데 이번에 호텔을 찾는 시간이 충분하고 전날 같은 가격 범위의 안정적인 대형 호텔과 비교할 때 망설였습니다만, 사진과 약간의 일본인의 입소문에 어쩐지 매료되어 예약했습니다. 결과적으로 여기에있어 좋았고 다음에 꼭 이용하고 싶습니다.

이 호텔은 가격이 아깝지 않을 만큼 훌륭했어요! 위치도 좋고 직원들도 정말 친절하고 배려심이 넘쳤습니다. 항상 신속하게 도와주셨고 객실도 아주 깨끗했어요. 수영장과 헬스장도 아주 좋았습니다.
