Lovely new boutique hotel in a great location. We booked the room with a courtyard which was more expensive but worth every penny. The hotel is located in a little alley only accessible by foot or bike. They were great in sending us instructions via WeChat on how to get there and also helped us arrange a private car hire from the high speed rail station. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the main road with our luggage. The little alleyways are full of character. The hotel also sent us tons of info on local food and attractions close to the hotel as well. The room itself was beautiful, with everything you’ll need and we especially loved the courtyard. We enjoyed the little box of local snacks and the local tea offered in the room. No coffee though, so make sure you bring your own instant coffee packets. The location is great - we walked everywhere. It’s just mere minutes to Pai Fang Street and also walkable to attractions like Kai Yuan Temple, Guang Ji Bridge and Tower Gate. Lots of food options in the area - from local snacks to little eateries and full service restaurants. We’ll be back if we ever come back to Chaozhou.

We were assigned a projector room initially (ie no tv but a projector screen). Its bit dirty and run down. We are fine with it since we don't spend much time there. However, the aircon wasn't working. It auto off after 3-5min. Told the staffs and they investigate and ended up moving us to a different room. The new room is cleaner and newer! However there is a strong smell of smoke. 😐 feedback to front desk the next morning, and they managed to remove the smell by the time I'm back to the hotel that night.

I had an incredible stay at Caiku Hotel, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smile and exceptional hospitality, check in process was smooth. To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to the best room in the hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The comfort and luxury made my stay truly unforgettable. Beyond the amazing room, the hotel itself was well-maintained, with great facilities and a perfect location. But what really stood out was the personal touch in the service. SanSan went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and comfort. Thank you, San San, for making my stay exceptional!

歐式風格的裝飾，很高級。落地大窗面對古城，視野開闊。衞生條件服務設施都是一流的。服務質量很高，有求必應，很舒適温馨。房間裏還有浴缸和按摩椅，泡澡後按摩一下很舒服的。酒店有停車場，但是入住前最好要聯繫酒店，會有人引導停車。唯一不足是酒店樓體外沒有店名牌子，據説是市政方面的原因，可以理解。入住前一定要和酒店聯繫。

這次臨時選中了雙季居，看到酒店天井位置有一些園林裝修還挺好看。到了現場看覺得環境真的還不錯，房間乾淨無異味，智能馬桶。而且貼心的提供了廁圈套。洗護用品洗感也很好，工作人員熱情招待，也給了古城的介紹物料。非常驚喜的入住體驗。

Really excellent location in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from all the major sights. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

시설: 매우 완벽함 위생상태 : 매우 깨끗함 환경 : 환경도 매우 좋습니다 서비스: 훌륭한 서비스 예약할 때 별 관심을 두지 않고 내부창이 있는 방을 예약했는데, 매장에서 확인해보니 방이 꽤 좋아보였는데, 아이들이 강이 보이는 방에 살고 싶어해서 물어봤습니다. 리버뷰룸으로 변경하려고 프런트에서 직접 가격차액을 지불하고 리버뷰룸으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 리버뷰룸이 길가에 있다고는 하지만 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 모두 호텔 객실은 7층, 8층, 9층을 포함해 3층에 있습니다. 우리는 7층 객실을 선택했습니다. 매우 편안했고 아침 식사도 다양했습니다. 호텔에는 3 층짜리 주차장도있어 무료 주차가 매우 편리합니다. 7 층에는 셀프 서비스 세탁실도있어 옷을 세탁하는 데 매우 편리합니다. 웨이터에게 도움을 요청할 수도 있습니다. 세탁도 잘해주시고 방까지 배달해주시네요. 프론트 직원 나나님 칭찬해주고 싶습니다. 추천 숙박

이 호텔의 서비스는 정말 훌륭합니다! 체크인부터 출발까지 모든 세부 사항이 세심하게 관리됩니다. 직원들의 미소와 열정, 다음에 여기에 오면 반드시 선택할 것입니다. 큰 화장실도 있고 욕조가 있습니다. 🛁 하루 동안 거품을 만들 수 있습니다.

潮州是第一站 這家店也是之前臨時換定的 電話溝通希望我們一早落地飛機可以先睡覺老闆娘也答應沒有問題 沒人訂，真到了 告知全部住滿要等 ，沒辦法衹能等 去吃了隔壁的早茶，不便宜哦。還等了一小時，茶點不多然後才知道這家不是潮州早茶是廣州早茶😂😂😂😂 這家地點方便門口很多電動車騎着一公里，去廣濟橋要點路；智能馬桶 摩洛哥風 就是護髮素沒有要前台要才給，，就很汗顏畢竟春節漲了一千多該有的還是要有 怪不得跟老闆反應洗漱牙刷不好 原來潮汕地區都是統一標配，，一個批發市場來的嗎😂 反正是最差標配 但是老闆親自送的茶具非常精美值了！

今快速會議 酒店的位置非常好，在這裏完全不用考慮出行方不方便的問題，當然還有入住酒店的體驗感啦，看了下評論，都是滿滿的五星好評，所以就抱着試試的心態試一下哈，果真網站推薦的酒店真的不錯，比同類型酒店大很多，床睡着很舒服，整潔的床上用品，可以讓你很輕鬆的入睡，而且前台小盈小姐姐很細心，酒店用的洗漱用品也是一次性的很衞生乾淨，而且窗户都非常大，很通風。價格也很親民，總體來説是一次很滿意的酒店之行，下次還來！
